For Milac, reality had become a difficult concept to grasp. He had seen his planet and people destroyed in countless nightmares. His encounters with the Kagami species, who harbored powerful beings within their mortal coils, had been the catalyst for the extremely ki sensitive child's curse. It started with the nightmares of the one called Emer, ripping his head from his fragile body. The brief flashes of dreams about a woman named Mimiku that never seemed to come together. Then came dreams of a tormenting creature, who had used his dream as a means to enter the mortal world. He had become a burden to his people, his sensitivity so powerful that he was visibly disturbed.
So when the being known as realigner red came to destroy his planet. Milac had thought of it as just another nightmare. He had become desensitized from living in a state of constant fear. When he awoke from death in his little bed in a small hut in the Village of the Grand Elder, Milac was sure that he had just awoken from another nightmare. But he could feel a strange ki covering the landscape, the mystical energy of something ancient and powerful. It was as if an aura of life was dancing throughout the land.
The young clansman got out of his bed, staggering forward and out the door into his village. People were laying on the ground, some were getting up with confused looks upon their faces, while others stared into the sky. Milac stood in shock. Had the destruction not been another nightmare... but then, why were they back?
"Children of the Dragon Clan!" a voice called out from an aged Namekian who stood at the center of the village. He was shrouded in elegant white robes, and stood at a hunch with a staff in hand. "Through the grace of one of our young prodigies, Scargot, and those who follow him on earth... we have been sparred from our terrible fate!"
There were small cheers that filled the village, though most were still too dazed from the experience of resurrection to celebrate.
Milac stood far from the elder, a small frown on his face. He could not remember death... why couldn't he remember? He turned away from the village, and began pacing slowly into the field. A small jagged tree sitting near a pond full of frog like creatures greeted him with its serenity as it always had. He sat down and meditated to the sound of croaking. It was the only comfort that he could find.

Rock floated a distance away from the Grand Elder village, fiddling with his scouter. There seemed to be a gathering of sorts, the scouter didn't pick up anything noteworthy at first, but the familiar beeping guided his face away from the village towards a pond where he watched a child walk over and sit in a meditative manner. The young man looked towards the village once more, before shifting his attention to the child. Gently he floated down, till his feet made a small 'tack' on the ground under him.
"Hey kid," He began, but paused. If the kid wandered away from the gathering, then the kids interest in it must not have been that high. "Whatcha doing over here, missing out on the festivities?" He tried to speak in a congenial way, being a stranger to the planet might not put the kid at ease. A strange muddy green Namekian in foreign clothes might raise some eyebrow ridges.

Milac did not seem surprised when the namekian with muddy green skin landed next to him on the ground. His ki sense was very acute, both a gift and a causer of great and powerful migraines. Particularly now, the whole planet seemed to be alive with energy. Still, in some strange sense of trying to be polite, he waited until he heard a tap on the ground to turn towards the arrival.
"Oh, hello," Milac replied, there was a sense of dryness about the way he spoke, but he managed to force a little smile to the adult namekian. His eyes widened a bit as he noticed the strange regalia the warrior was wearing, as well as the red scouter on his face. He was a bit surprised to see such things, and it through him off guard for a moment.
"Umm... I, well I was just checking on the frogs! I wanted to be sure that they were back too," Milac lied a tiny lie. He put on another fake half-grin as he looked up at the towering warrior, wondering what side of the planet that he must have been on. The more he looked Rock, the more he was reminded of Banna. Then the thought occurred to him that perhaps the old pilot namekian had been revived as well, but his heart quickly sank as he dismissed the possibility.
Milac suddenly brought his hands up to his forehead, covering his antenna and letting out a small groan. He fell onto his butt... and then after a brief couple of second he scrambled back onto his feet, at about knee height with the adult.
"Um... so I... my name is Milac, I live here as a student of the dragon caste..." He said, trying to ignore the little fall that had just happened. One of the veins on Milac's forehead looked rather large, as if he were strained. "Are you one of the warrior caste? Thank you all for your efforts in trying to keep us safe,"
He was pretty sure he spent a lot of time off-world, like Banna had, but Milac didn't want to offend in case he was wrong.

The older Namekian raised a browridge at the little one, noting the forced smile and the dryness. The Shanite Namekian crossed his arms at the kid, smirking a little at the child's excuse. "Well, Let's see then." He says, walking over to crouch at the edge of the lake, "See any?" The dark skinned Namekian asked, looking over his shoulder to Milac. His browridges raised when the kid suddenly fell backward, "Eh... you ok, kid?" He says as he stood and took a step towards him.
"Milac?" He noddded, balling a hand into a fist, and thumping his own chest. "I am Rock, Son of Shan..." Dragon caste? Warrior caste? Rock was puzzled at this, not having been born on Namek, he didn't know much about traditional Customs. By the time his egg was hatched his father, Shan, was already drawing his last breaths. Or so Rock was told, he was much too young to remember such things. The only family, or Namekians, he'd ever encountered and interacted with were his brothers. And if they had met any Namekians in their travels, well, they didn't say.
Rock continued to puzzle over the kid's question for a moment more before answering."Well kid. I suppose I am a Warrior. Dunno about anything about castes. But then, I'm not from around here, so if you want to thank someone, shouldn't you look for them at the party?" He said as he thumbed towards the village.
"Oh yeah... What's that about anyway?"

Milac nodded.
“They are there, but they are near the bottom… I can feel them,” Milac said. “I’m...alright, just a little woozy I guess,”
“There’s a frog!” Miac said excitedly, pointing at a small creature swimming in the pool, moving out from underneath a lilly pad. He listened as Rock had difficulty in understanding what the different castes were. This confirmed for him that he was an off-world Namek. How peculiar that one had arrived the same day that the planet had been restored. If he had arrived hours earlier Milac imagined that all he would have found was an asteroid field.
“Oh I apologize, I didn’t realize you weren’t from around here… we um, well… we were dead,” Milac explained. “Someone had come here in search of an ancient secret… I thought I was just dreaming, but I think we were really gone,”
“Don’t worry though, I am sure that regarless of the situation the villagers will be more than happy to receive a guest. I can take you to them if you desire,” Milac offered. He seemed to avoid explaining why he wasn’t among the others celebrating.

The dark skinned Namek smirked when the kid found a frog, finding them charming little things. Spending most of his time in space, he'd rarely seen a frog. How fortunate it was that the foreigner hadn't arrived earlier, he might have had to go all the way back to his brothers ship in dissapointment. Of course, Rock had no idea about any of that. So when Melic sheepishly made such a statement it threw the Shanite Namekian off guard. "Wh-what?!" He said in shock, his face a goofball combination of worry, surprise, and confusion, "Uh... I don't get it... You were all dead?" Rock looked a bit skeptical after the initial shock faded, and he rubbed the back of his bald, tattooed head. "You sure it wasn't a dream kid?" He dubiously looked around the landscape, "The world seems pretty intact to me." Maybe the kid just had a bad dream? Seemed likely to him. Rock returned his gaze back to the kid at mention of the villagers, bringing the young adult Namekian back to the original scene. The kid was away from the festivities, alone. "Well, we could do that I guess..." The Shanite crouched down until his gaze was nearly height level with the kid, balancing on the balls of his feet. Rock gave a kindly smile to the kid, "Buuut, I'm more interested to know what's up with you." He says pointing at Milac. "Did the party get too roudy for you or somethin, kid?"

Milac seemed to shiver at the utterance of Rock's words "You sure it wasn't a dream kid?". What if this had all been another of his nightmares? If the destruction of Namek was a nightmare, than the people in the square celebrating its return were also fabrications. He couldn't be sure, sometimes his dreams were so normal that they did seem like waking hours- and then things would suddenly go haywire and the poor child would find himself under attack by strange creatures. Paranoia filled the young namekian's head, and he began carefully eyeing the world around him. Looking for something out of place.
Then it hit him. The stranger Rock.
"P-please, don't hurt me!" Milac begged as he fell backwards, splashing into the shallow side of the pond. The combination of Rock's discolored skin, strange attire, and interest in him had led Milac to believe that he was indeed dreaming. He also bore a striking resemblance to the deceased Banna.
Milac looked terrified as he peered up at Rock, biting his lip. He fully expected that at any second the landscape would become warped and Rock would be a disfigured demon coming to torment him.
"Please wake up, please wake up, please wake up..." Milac gasped under his breath, hyperventilating.

Rock's jaw dropped in a half shock as the kid started to beg him, a somber look crossed his expression for a moment. The older Namekian though perhaps he'd said something wrong... Or maybe the kid sensed something in him that was wrong. He grimaced at the kid. "H-Hey! It's alright, kid! I won't hurt ya." Raising his hands in an attempt to show he was harmless. When Milac started to chant to himself, hyperventilating, Rock stepped forward. He didn't understand what he'd done wrong, or what he had said wrong, up until that moment. Realizing that the kid thought he was in a dream of some sort, and it caused the kid to panic? He thought he was in a nightmare? "..."
He didn't know if this would work. Maybe it will just make the kid panic more, either way he couldn't just let the boy keep going as he was. Rock took a decisive step forward, gently placing his hands on the boy if he was allowed to. If he did get a hand on the kid, his grip would be firm, but not constricting. "Kid. Snap out of it," He spoke in a commanding, albeit as gentle as he could. Coddling the boy wouldn't help, would this? "You are not dreaming. See?" He placed a hand in the water, then lifted it to flick the water at Milac's face. "Water isn't wet in dreams, kid."

Milac felt the water being flicked into his face, and Rock's reminder about water not being wet in dreams did the trick to get the young namekian back to reality, although he was still visibly shaken from his panic attack. "I-I'm sorry!" Milac replied with a few tears visible, as he stood up out of the shallow pool. The little guy quickly took to the air in embarrassment trying to put some distance between himself and the stranger that he had just wronged. He darted off towards a small group of hills in the distance. "Apologies stranger, Milac is a very... special child," an unexpected voice called out from behind Rock. It was an older namekian wearing pristine white robes with a purple vest, and was wrinkled with signs of age. "The poor young one had once been one been a prodigy, even a candidate to oversee the defense of our allies on earth at one point if you can believe it... but ever since he experienced a tragedy on that planet, he has been plagued with terrible nightmares," "I would love to welcome you into the village, but i've got to go and fetch the little one. Perhaps you would like to accompany me?" the elderly namekain offered.
Meanwhile, Milac had landed between the hills, still sniffling. He sat down on the grass, trying to meditate in order to calm himself. Soon, the namekian felt a strange ki, causing his antenna to twitch... but he couldn't quite figure out where it was at. With each passing second the signature got stronger, until finally the ground began to tremble beneath him. Bursting out of the ground, a giant dark grey creature with a slender body and a round mouth filled with teeth roared. Milac fell backwards as the creature towered over him, circling around him preparing to strike.

"Hey, its no sweat kid." Rock relaxed when Milac seemed to snap back together, he was about to reply, maybe give a few real words of comfort, if he could think of anything to say, when the child flew off. "Hey! Wait! KID!" He didn't go after the child at first, turning when he heard the elderly voice behind him. Rock looked at him for some time before looking at his own hand. As if something just struck him. Why were all the Namekians from here so light in complexion compared to him? They weren't all that different, right? Listening to the old man's words about Milac, Rock was surprised at first. So the kid was a prodigy? after a moment he gave a solomn nod. "Poor kid." The kid was plagued with nightmares eh? He knew something about that. Nightmares were a bitch to deal with. More so if the kid had them that badly. At the offer to accompany the old man to retrieve the boy, the Shanite Namekian nodded. He reached up to his scouter, clicking it on letting the device go through its motions, and messing with the button a little bit. "Yeah, I'll go with you, gramps. Just lead the way."

The elder nodded and began floating above the ground without saying a word, heading towards the small valley between the hills. He stopped as Milac and the great worm came into sight. Despite the elders age, his power level registered under 500. He seemed to tense up as he watched the young namekian.
Milac was crawling backwards on his hands as the worm let out a strange guttural roar. Milac closed his eyes and grit his teeth as the worm lunged towards him, in a mere matter of moments the young child might be devoured by the strange creature from below. Milac made it clear that he wasn't aware that his own powerlevel was about twice as large as the worms. For someone with such keen ki sensing abilities, he seemed to be blind to the power within himself.
Rock | Sorry it is so short. Save meh!

The Shanite Namekian looked at his scouter as it beeped at him, the reading of the old man displayed, as did Milac's. The worm's power level also came up, very close to Milac . Unfortunately the scouter could not tell between friend and foe, so it wasn't until him and the old man were in eye sight did Rock react to the worm. "KIIID!!" He yelled as he charged as fast as his flight could take him, throwing his lower body as he came close to the worm. He hit the worm at an fourty-five degree angle, a mere ten feet or so in front of the kid. Any more time would have been too late. But Rock was in time, and with his efforts the creature's course was cut short as its head careened into the ground, kicking up dust and sod. There was a tense moment of silence before, from the plume of dust, Rock jumped. A bit of the plume following him as he landed near the kid. He reached back to grab his Ki Torch, holding it back handed as he readied into a fighting stance. A gust of wind flowing through, clearing out the dust as it did so, making their clothing, and the long sash with the symbol of his house. His back, still to Milac, also bore the symbol of his house. Of his clan. On earth it was the Chinese symbol for 'Mountain'. He looked over his shoulder to the kid, "GET BACK!" He growled, fangs bearing for a moment before he turned away. "Don't worry, kid... I'll Protect ya." His expression was serious, and his body was tense as he watched the cloud.
(Its funny cause Milac has a higher PL)

Milac closed his eyes, this was it, his revival had been in vain. As the worm lunged for him, his heart skipped a beat and he breathed what he thought would be his final breath. Then dust seemed to pick up, and the worm was recoiling back at the presence of a new threat. It had been the foreign Namekian from before, he had come to save him. Milac remained motionless and still, his eyes widened as he watched, overcome with fear.
The worm rose back up vertically towards the sky, the teeth that rounded its circular mouth in three rows gnashed angrily. It writhed around on the lower part of its body, circling around Rock and Milac. It lunged forward with its mouth, heading towards the ground again with its massive form. It made an attempt to grab Rock with its teeth, wanting to trap it and force it into its gullet.
The elder remained in the distance, watching but to fearful to provide any real assistance. Milac himself found a bit of bravery, inspired by his rescuer. He remained on his bottom sitting on the ground, but he raised up his tiny hand and a ball of green energy appeared in his hand. He flicked his shaking wrist towards the worm, and the little blast of energy struck it on the nose. Unfortunately, it was not enough to stop the creatures advance towards Rock, though it did let out an agitated growl.
Rock |Milac might be stronger, but he is worse than Gohan when it comes to getting him to put out in a fight.

Rock looked back toward Milac when the kid didn't run, realizing the frozen look of fear on his face. Shit. Kid was probably terrified out of his right mind. The Shanite Namekian backed up until he was nearly standing over the kid now. As the worm lept forward Rock was at an impasse, he did not have enough time to turn to grab the kid and jump away, they might not make it out anyway if he did seeing as how it was already wrapped around them. It would take less time for the creature to constrict. Seeing no other way, he rotated the Ki Torch in his hand, and - and the kid got it in the face with a blast. Rock was so surprised that the kid acted, he lost his chance for the complicated move he was going to attempt, and instead opted at the last moment for something a bit more stupid, but it would make sure the kid wouldn't be the center of the creature's attention. He lept towards the creature, forcing it to curl nearly under itself to get at him. For a brief, tense moment, it almost seemed like the creature had gotten Rock. The Shanite giving out a yelp as it grabbed a hold of his arm, letting his muscles go slack at the elbow, he jumped up and around its head. Letting his trapped arm stretch as he traveled, wrapping his legs around the side of its head to hold himself as good as he could. With his other hand, he held the Ki Torch back handed, sparking it to life and extending the blade to its full fifteen inches. He drove the ki powered blade into the creature's head, aiming to carve into its brain, though he didn't know where that was exactly. Regardless the creature writhed in agony, flailing his head back as it roared again, its teeth grinding nearly pulling Rock down as it tried to pull the Namekian into its maw. With a guttural growl, the Shanite yanked his arm back, the sinew and bone tearing off as he did so. Leaving behind a stump, but at least he wasn't being pulled from the top of its head.

Milac got up on his feet as he saw the worm had torn an appendage off of his savior. His heart continued to pump rapidly and he felt a sense of uselessness, though he was releaved that Rock had not been devoured by the worm. He rushed forwards towards Rock.
"S-Sir, you are wounded! I can help!" Milac cried as he came closer to the wounded Namekian, inadvertently throwing himself back onto the front lines of danger. He raised both of his hands up and closed his eyes tightly. At first, small sparks of yellow energy began to emit from his hands, but they began to fade away before they could take hold onto Rock's wound. Milac felt a massive pain in his head as he fell again, this time onto a knee.
Meanwhile, the worm had bounded its head back away from Rock and into the air. Wounded and with a clumsy body, the creature made another lunging attempt... this time it was going for the young Namekian who had stepped dangerously close to Rock.
Rock - Milac used "blocked healing" and failed to generate healing energy!
