[PL 140,974] The crack in hell had been closing and it wasn't long before the near silent skies above the majority ruined of north city began to blanketed with the sound of battle. But almost masked as if perhaps far away or locked in some type of facility. Getting louder and louder as time went on power levels flickering here and there but never fully noticeable as of yet as if something was interfering. After this went on for a series of minutes. The sky above the city would glow lightly at first before lines begin to form in the sky. At first not really related to anything besides stretching lines of pure light. But as it grew it began to resemble a crack pattern as if from broken glass or destroyed materials. But this merely hovered in the air as if either it was some form of energy or the fabric of the dimension was suffering at the moment. A shaking occurred that made some of the few people in the dangerous section of the city that was in ruins and need of repair began to flee. Worried perhaps this was some form of attack and at present weren't ready to greet any unknown unknowns that came round. There was a loud cracking sound like the sound barrier breaking only enhanced ten fold when the rip finally popped open. Strange sounds of contorting energy that sounded almost convoluted at first were echoing out. The link went deep and if one flew in and went far enough they'd find the nearly mended hole in hell. But whatever made that only made that end the more stable link. This whole was torn from battle and would not stay open nearly as long. As the fleeing souls of the damned fled for their way home. Back to the living. The lead was a blue haired half saiyan who given had established link first had opened the portal to the spot of his death. Likely letting out those with great sense feel openly and briefly the power levels of hell. Likely not knowing what it was but one dark evil force all clumped together at the exit point feeling like one massive darkness. Jarvis's hand came shoving out of the portal that seemed to pulsate in its broken glass crack like shape. Two other men trying to follow but as they got their midriff out the crack began to shrink and give strange side fractures as it began to collapse on itself. One of the large men was fighting hard to get out and Jarvis could see the strange borders of the portal closing. Fear in his eyes as the idea of going back. What fate would await him on the other end. No this wasn't gonna happen... This two spirits of old were not his friends nor his allies merely means to a end. A few ogres trying to catch up at the present. Jarvis turned to his first comrade still mostly converged and a strange attraction of energy trying to yank him back in made it hard to push out of rip. His blue eyes stared on the strange red fin headed ally behind him. " Sorry... One of has to get out..." It was at this point he noticed as well the fact they'd touched past the world of the dead to the living their halos were gone. Did that mean... No he'd worry about it leader. He'd think to himself as a elbow surprisingly collided with the red mans jaw smashing him back and then sending a rough kick to the mans chest. Shoving him back at the upper corner of the closing tear. His body providing a sort of temporary wedge. It would aid in keeping the hole just big enough for Jarvis to fly his midriff through.
Hell however was not someplace you just left or escaped. The ogres were no shooting to kill as they only had a brief few moments before this was about to end. If they killed them they'd simply return to hell and this would be rectified they perhaps thought. Either way Jarvis wasn't taking that chance. The large green alien with long black hair was still distracted by the force behind them and hardly noticed at first as Jarvis grabbed the straps of the aliens shorts and positioned him in front of him. To take the blasts as a form of shield. Jarvis held the man firmly as the beams meant for both him and large green fool fried and vaporized the front portion of the poor guy. "Forgive me.... May you make it heaven this time a full half hour... Before they come to find you're dead." He'd say sighing out feeling some regret for this one as he kicked the body downward towards the ogres and rocketed upward straight for the door a blade of energy forming around his forearm. He wasn't a monster... He couldn't let the other die like this but he couldn't save him now either. He was the reason one of them at least was getting out.
A quick slash of his blade along the creatures chest and neck would end its life quickly in a few seconds of gurgling pain rather then what was about to happen as Jarvis tore out the portals end sprayed with blood as he did so. His face and upper body covered lightly as the liquid smoothed over his toned frame. It would only be a few moments after he did when the man had died and the crack roughly snapped shut belching out the evil of hell and chomping the man in half. The upper half of the poor red finned creature would fall to the earth and the ruins bellow. Tumbling dangerously and splattering on the ground. Jarvis hovering for a few moments in those black pants and boots he'd gotten in hell. His upper body bare aside for the blood that covered him in a mix of crimson and his natural blue and pale features. He had not yet realized he was above north city. He was in the ruins where the great battle had taken place. Merely that he was alive. The cool air rushing his lungs as he looked back to see the portal slowly fade from existence. Not even bothering to see if anyone was round to investigate yet as he let out a loud roar and yell of victory and joy. "I'M ALIIIIVVVVE Ahahahahahahahaha!!!!" Shooting of various blasts of ki to the sky and beams of energy in random directions for a moment. Even shattering down on of the ruined buildings that was burned and singed to near black nothing finishing the job as it tumbled to the ground making the ground shake as it greeted back one of the damned.
In his victory display however he'd been noticed by a small couple of guards. Blue Banner that had been out surveying the scene perhaps doing some form of damage control given who was responsible for all this. Jarvis was still giggling and shaking a bit perhaps in a light state of shock he was back. He'd escaped hell and boy that was something you added to your list of escapes in your time. This wasn't just leaving some slave ship near dangerous arcosian space this was escaping the reaper! He quickly made the connection of these soldiers as a devilish grin slid along his lips. Whether someone was already watching or on there way was besides the point and he was too far to see what they were saying on their radios. But he quickly zoomed down to give them a little.... well to let out some aggression on them. An perhaps snag one of those uniforms. He wanted greatly to get out of these damned clothes. Cipher 24

Cipher shot through the sky as he headed in the direction of what was once the Northern Capitol. It had been a rather quiet day up on the Big Blu, nothing too stressful, just keeping the BBA in order and trying to keep the world calm with the Vipoi crisis. But then, that was when he had felt it. A large, and definitely familiar power suddenly appearing out of nowhere.
It couldn't be...
He had sent soldiers over there to survey the wreckage and to assist any survivors. He was dreading having to assist in rebuilding the entire city. At least with the Western Capitol, only part of it was damage. The entire Northern Capitol had been reduced to rubble. It would take forever to rebuild, even with the resources the BBA had. Ah, the downsides to being the Earth's military.
But right now, Cipher was more concerned with the power emanating from the ruins. He knew that power signature anywhere. But, it couldn't possible be. Reports had said that Jarvis had DIED during the conflict. And there were no questions about it. Getting your upper half blown off didn't really leave much chance for survival...unless you were a majin or a bio android, and he was pretty sure Jarvis wasn't either of those. So how? Could it just be someone with a similar power signature? Was it someone pretending to be him? As an android made from a dead man, Cipher cared little for those who disrespected the dead, even if said dead were annoying.
As he approached the city, he saw numerous ki blasts and beams firing into the air. Something was definitely going on down there. Yet, he didn't see any explosions. Was someone fighting down there, or just throwing around ki blasts? Someone training perhaps? He began to worry about the safety of his men. He sped towards the ruins, aiming for the source of the ki signature.

Among the Rubble still covered in blood some of his blue features and pale skin visible through the red crimson coverings still visible. He had while not killed beaten and demolished the surrounding soldiers. Jarvis had heard of this vi-poi and blue banner before his death and given the message and name people called out in his... memories. He was at this moment letting quite a bit of his aggression bleed over towards the BBA. Jarvis had his code and his morals and any who knew him would know if he had a debt to pay he'd pay it whether that was in money work or blood. He'd abandoned the hell clothing and slipped into a BBA body suit much like the saiyans in style. He wore them up to his waist Just pants in style from the soldier he'd taken them from. Slipping on the white boots shortly after.
His upper body still sticky and read so he hadn't bothered with taking their armor or any upper uniforms. Merely making himself more comfortable on lower clothing as his tail waved freely behind swaying from side to side. The soldiers were tossed about here and there and had been walloped without too much trouble. Still impressive for soldiers of their power levels Jarvis able to feel out their energy now unlike before. Although he had no idea Cipher was coming as he couldn't feel the Androids power. His scouter not yet regained stashed away somewhere with some other supplies of his in a few caches on earth in a hideout or two he'd prepare. Before his unexpected and early demise.
He'd take a moment looking in the air though as the high was wearing off Jarvis sitting on his knees for a moment kneeling on both knees surrounded by beaten soldiers covered in the blood from the other who had died escaping hell. The smell of fresh air and blood as well as charred ruins all around was almost heavenly since it was in the living world. He drew in heavy breath with a smile that seemed to slither along his face like that of a serpent. He'd start to laugh opening his arms as if letting the cool air and warm sunlight bask down on him and bathe him in warmth and relaxing energy.
"Alive and it feels so damn good. God I never thought I'd actually miss this place... I suppose now its just a matter of finding how to make that Red bastard pay! An destroying all he cares about... Debts need to be paid after all." Speaking rather loudly so the soldiers could hear. "Your boss owes me many payments for what he did. This was just the first of many installments I intend to collect boyos." Reaching out towards the sun wondering if he should continue and do worse. But he didn't wish to go killing soldiers who were just doing a job. Just sending a message was good enough. As far as he knew they were still under that Vi-Poi fellow. "This damn planet... Why die for something when no one will even realize you were gone...." Angered at his thoughts he had in hell. Expecting not a soul who knew would have even missed him for his sacrifice. It angered him and himself for ever sticking his nose in something that was not his business. But at the same time... some hidden part of him glade the earth still was here.

"If you wish to make Realigner Red pay, then you're taking your frustrations out on the wrong people." It seemed that the impossible was indeed possible. The power signature he had sensed did indeed belong to the Saiyan Brenchian hybrid. The same blue haired man who was now standing amongst a group of unconscious BBA soldiers, and one whom he had seemingly stolen the pants and boots off of. The android slowly touched down upon one of the ruined structures, looking down at the man with sharp eyes. He knew that if he left Jarvis alone, he would start causing problems for the BBA in his misguided attempts at revenge against the man who killed him.
"After his corruption, Realigner Red effectively abandoned the BBA and is now acting alone. Hell, we've been running ourselves ragged trying to hold the world together after what he has done. So if you want to get back at him, focus on him, not us." Jarvis was definitely stronger than when they last encountered eachother. Though with his upgrades, Cipher's power dwarfed his own, he didn't doubt that Jarvis would have a trick up his sleeve if they came to blows. And to be honest, with the greater threat of Realigner Red running around, the android was not looking for a fight. But he would do what he must if it meant the protection of others.

He'd chuckle hearing a very familiar voice coming down as someone neared. Realizing that for some reason he could not feel this man like his scouter used too. Something note... was it because he was a android as he said? Something to small to worry about. Jarvis merely chuckled Wiping some of the blood from his chest still staring towards the warm horizon briefly taking in the relaxing sights. "Oh? They seemed a pretty good way to let out some of the steam... They are his men. Blue banner.... You all..." He'd hear the man speak again and only smile curving a grin licking his lips and some of the blood from his chin. Looking at Cipher with a almost ghoulish expression. Blue eyes sticking out like clear crystals on a face stained with blood from those that were spat out of hell. "Or are you just covering your tracks? Big boy goes crazy and offs a few people maybe you all hide it? Regardless there is a debt owed to me..." He'd say standing up slowly and began breathing rather heavily as his chest was heaving lightly. Smiling down at Cipher feeling anger grow not sure what to do. He was angry and wanted someone to pay. Someone to acknowledge him and feel the pain he had to go through.
"He's some machine... I saw that arm of his and the strange way he got cut... So surely you all have some connection to him. Some way to hurt him? I do plan to kill him... Want him to die very slowly and painfully... Do you have any idea what hells like boyo... Its not fun..." Gritting his teeth. His fists clenching and popping at the knuckles. He'd take in a deep breath gritting his teeth and after a second some of it snapped as he let a beam of energy roar from his palm blasting out the base of one of the ruined building letting it fall and crush several abandoned ruins as well. "This is what helping people gets you... Dead and nothing but ruins... I'll be glad to see him fall. That little fool just wanted to fix him in the battle...." Shaking his head. "Fixing isn't enough anymore. That doesn't fit the bill..." He began to focus his energy gathering it around him staring down Cipher. An chuckled lightly laughing shortly after. "So boyo? Where is this Red? Vi-Poi? whatever you wanna call a dead man..." It didn't sound particularly like he as 'asking' persay. "I have... as you can imagine... A very aching head from escaping that damned place... So I'd very much like the information I want." Making it sound like he intended to go after him perhaps. Angry with a clouded mind. Clearly not in the most stable states after just recently being freed from the grasp of hell.

Cipher tried not to sigh as Jarvis went on about debts and getting revenge on Vipoi. While he wished to defeat the mad android as well, he could tell that Jarvis' brash actions were just going to get himself killed...again.
"You're correct about Realigner Red being a machine, he's an android like myself. However, when that virus effected him and made him what he is now, he abandoned the BBA. We've been scrambling to undo all the damage that maniac has caused. Like I said, if you want to get revenge on him, focus on him, don't attack the BBA."
He watched as Jarvis destroyed one of the ruined buildings. Yep, the guy was clearly letting his anger get to him. He stared back at Jarvis evenly as he began charging energy, demanding to know where he was.
"Ah yes, you missed the announcement didn't you? Realigner Red made a challange to battle the Earth's strongest warrior in a week's time, in the northern mountains. As for his current location, I've been too busy trying to keep this planet in order to focus on finding where he's hiding.
If you wish to fight him though, I would advise against it. You're definitely stronger, that's for certain, but nowhere near Red's level. There were warriors stronger than you in that conflict, and even they couldn't defeat him. So I advise you cool down and think this through, before you rush off and get yourself killed a second time."
He hoped that Jarvis would see reason, though judging by how he was now, as well as his normal personality (in which doing stupid things seemed the norm), he had a feeling Jarvis was going to be extremely difficult about this matter.

He listened breathing heavily drawing in heavy deep breaths letting them out with a light growl almost. He rolled his eyes angrily seeming to dislike this information. "I don't want a tournament... I want him dead.. I want to see his little metal bits rain down to the earth bellow... Or take him apart myself. An if he does find some way out of this and re assumes any power on earth you can be sure I'll be behind him shortly to collect any debts I desire. Red? Vi? Doesn't matter what he calls himself. That thing will pay... Do you understand?" He spoke coldly with the eyes of a killer. This was business and personal. If Jarvis died even if folks would likely just believe he somehow pulled through injured it wasn't good for someone who survived of jobs and reputation on getting jobs to get beaten so easily as he was. His survival and self providing ways were destroyed along with his life when he was sent to hell.
He seemed to snarl lightly a bit growing more tense. "I'm stronger then you think Boyo! Don't go thinkin you can tell everything about me by just what you can see or scan or whatever it is you do! That son of a bitch sent me to hell. Do you have fucking clue what that's like? He took everything from me because I stuck my nose out for this little dirt ball planet cause I was dumb enough to think it was worth protecting!" Scorn in his voice letting out a little truth. Feeling like he'd been the fool for letting himself care. Growling and his breathing growing a little erratic. The portal he'd just come out of. It was hell behind him hell that had just recently closed off.The blood smearing on his body the cost of a another he had to use to escape. Jarvis trying to wipe some of it off his face but only managed to smear it around making himself look more crimson in turn. "I saw what your greatest people did and how must just stood and watched before the end! It took real men to get them to stop pissing themselves and actually act up I bet. Right? Little piss ants just stared on like cowards as a new war lord came rampaging in to say he was in charge. FUCK THAT! I fought before most your damn warriors even threw a punch... I was the first one to strike that bastard for your little piss ant planet! So before you go thinking I don't stand a chance how about some god damn respect or at least a thank you!" Even if it wasn't intentional and cipher meant nothing by it. That way he spoke and acted so evenly and calm. So void of emotion it just ate him. It was like those people back on arcose that were always above you. The calm toned Arcosians that always though they were better then you. "I died for this planet.... while I have to hear from the damned and the dead my home world is being assaulted as well. But you wouldn't give a damn about that right? You selfish earth pricks use use folks as long as earth is fine we just forget all about the others out there don't we." Clearly emotionally after returning from hell. So many things he'd forced himself not to think of now filling his mind. For in hell he had little else to do but reflect...
As he grumbled and snarled growing clearly angry not necessarily at cipher but all of it. His death and the fact he clearly thought not a soul cared. That he was the first to fight and felt mocked. His own planet that he tried to scorn was likely burning and no matter how much he denied it it hurt inside to consider it. His hair lightly began flickering gold but kept going back to normal as his eyes took on the greenish hue as well quickly fading to blue. "Maybe I should stop saying VI RED! And just say earth owes me a debt! Maybe I'll get earth forces to pay me whats owed before I rip that androids head off and use it as a god damn trophy! Maybe I'll demand payment from the BBA you were his army before all this right? You all think your so god damned better then us all right! Your strange little laws for saiyans. Don't think I don't recognize the way laws can work against people boyo I've been around the block in the Arcosian controlled space. GOD DAMMIT STOP LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT!" He'd say as his hair spiked his aura roaring out gold as his hair took on the golden hues. His eyes solidifying in the greenish hue. His power sky rocketing as well as he was losing control of his emotions. Arcose... his death... the others... his career... Hell... He'd lost everything and felt like he was only to lose more. He was a fighter and a type to even when at the bottom would scratch and claw to get back on top. Seen the worst planets and prisons as well as held on slave ships. When faced with hell itself that still felt like it was clawing at his back. He couldn't help but start feeling unbalanced. "Still think I'm just some wet behind the ears saiyan crash landed on earth?" Implying what he thought Cipher though of him. [Ssj x11 PL 1,550,714]

Cipher remained quiet as Jarvis made his little rant, throwing insults at those who fought in the Northern Capitol conflict, as well as insulting Earth in general. He was tempted to tell the blue haired fool exactly what he thought of him, but kept quiet. He knew the man was on edge at the moment, especially after escaping from Hell, and antagonizing him further wasn't going to help matters. He then watched, a little surprise, as Jarvis' rage eventually caused him to turn into a Super Saiyan. Apparently Cipher was the young man's berserk button or something. Who knew? His power now surpassed his own, though not by much. He had a feeling though that with Jarvis' current frame of mind, he might prove more a danger to himself than to Cipher.
He waited until he was done talking, a small silence falling over the area before Cipher finally spoke up.
"Are you done yet?"
With a small sigh, he lifted off of the ground, floating until he was level with Jarvis. "First off, I don't take lightly anything you've been through, from your sacrifice, to your time in Hell, to your power now. Many people lost their lives during that conflict, and each and every one of you has the Earth's gratitude for your sacrifice. What I'm saying is that you need to be smart about this. Even with your new level of power, you wont be able to defeat Realigner Red. All that will happen is another repeat of what happened here earlier. You'll be killed and sent back to Hell. And from what you've been saying about the place, I highly doubt you wish to go back there.
Jarvis, if we're to beat Realigner Red, we need to be smart about this. He's stronger than anyone else on the planet. Nobody alone could defeat him. That doesn't mean we shouldn't try. I'm planning on getting a team together, some of the strongest on Earth and team up and defeat Vipoi. Even though the last battle with him ended in failure, that doesn't mean we can't learn from it and work out how to defeat him. You just need to calm down and think this through Jarvis. That's all I'm asking. I'm not insulting you. I'm not treating you as a lesser. I'm just telling you to think."
He then fell quiet and waited for Jarvis' reply. He hoped that the hybrid was as smart as he thought he was.

He growled a bit a eye twitching but seemed to take some of the words seriously as he wasn't attacking at least not yet. Merely controlling his breathing as he was surprised lightly by some of what he heard but kai's be damned if he'd let it show. Those teal eyes stared down and seemed to take a eternity before he finally blinked and let out a heavy breath. He nearly sounded like he was growling as he let the breath out. He had not gotten enough of a work out on this guards as he still had allot of aggression he had to get out and tension that had built up ever since he got a new body back in hell. "A team?... Heh... Are we gonna kill him? How do I know as soon as you all get a chance you won't just fix your friend and throw me back out to the dogs? I'm not exactly on your armies friends list after all... I'm sure you've all got plenty of reports of my... Extra curricular activities... " It would be hard to tell if he was trying to gauge a reaction or just seriously asking. Or maybe he didn't even know himself. But right now this power running through his veins was pure energizing pleasure. The Power to stand against things he never could before and he enjoyed it like a high he'd never felt before. His eyes however still holding a cold stare. Like the kinda that he had often behind the joking gaze. The eyes if a killer and man who had seen the worst of the galaxies and kept moving. Little pieces of it all always sticking with him though.
"Either we do kill him... Or I get to have words with him or whatever remains after. There are things I need an things I'd ask of the man that killed me. This is how it works in my side of life! Maybe I'll consider this! Maybe... Might boost my reputation where it matters again..." A hand to his chin as he seemed to think seriously for a moment. If he was involved in Red's take down... that would most certainty grab a few eyes and ears as to his competence again. Would at least put him above where he was before and definitely better then how people would think of him now... especially since most probably thought he was still dead. He'd draw in a heavy breath an try to make it business. "Lets say I agree... Certainly that would make me... a ally? Of earth an as you said I already made my sacrifice once too? So certainly such a ally would be worth to have any record or any information your bba may have on me to be deleted? Clean slate? AS well as you open your resources to me? I could use some any information you have and I'm sure you got some toys and fun little things to aid a fellow like me? Training areas? Equipment? I know If I fell... many others likely did too... Heh I'm a businessman at heart! Well more a pirate but still! What I'm saying is.... If I'm to be.... A ally. A team player! I need a team! An well... to do what I like to do it would most certainly help being on a team that won't be chasing me anymore... I'm guessing with your power you have strings you can pull? If I do this I want to be listed as someone of importance in your little group.... People don't question me... I get access to your stuff and in trade I aid you and... Heh,.. I'll even give you my word I won't do anything as bad as I've done prior on earth again! Or you can refuse me! But I think you an I both know sad as it is sooner or later either you and I are gonna come to terms... or one day you are gonna have to get in my way and we come to blows just as I did with Red... Well boyo? Thats my offer.... No negotiations... I've literally been through hell and back so my price is set.... As well as I get a conference with this Vi-poi if he ever gets back to normal!" Jarvis was twitching a little. He was resisting fighting breathing heavy as he wanted to hit something right now... anything. It was clear in his eyes he may resort to attacking if his deal was refused. "I know there's no way someone as strong as you is just some small fry. Common Cipher! What do you say! Wanna secure a ally? Or likely keep working towards till we likely just finally duke it out? Between me and you... I like this planet... My dying for it should prove that... An now that I have...." Gesturing to his boy an the golden aura. "Surely you want me to keep liking it?"
Jarvis spoke fast and now and again had pauses where he seemed to have some form of ache in his head. He looked over his shoulder as well while waiting for a answer. Often looking past Cipher never right at him. It seemed to be he thought someone was watching. Those ogres were not in this dimension but still he couldn't help but always feel they were there just like in hell. He was just a inch from going over the edge. So he threw his offer just as he often did in moments like this. His knuckles popping as he had offered to at least as a face wanting to be within the BBA. Abandon his dirty work on earth and in exchange gain resources. Earth could be a home and when he had jobs there was always plentiful work elsewhere on other worlds. Right now he was thinking of his life on earth. Of course on the flip side of it all he was clearly ready to brawl if he didn't get the answer he was looking for. Hoping Cipher at this point at least knew him well enough to see that. "I mean not a bad deal is it? You lose one trouble on earth and you get help to stop another? Not really all that high a cost for one of the people who died for your planet fighting YOUR leader." Or at least figure head he used to be. Whatever Vi-poi was officially Jarvis had no idea. But given the power he encountered leader was a safe bet.

Finally, that was the Jarvis Cipher had come to expect. The smooth talking, somewhat overly cocky smuggler rather than the anger fueled idiot he was just moments ago. He listened quietly as Jarvis made his offer, asking for a clean slate as well as resources from the BBA itself. Cipher wasn't prepared to hand over critical intelligence to the man, but some hardware as well as access to the training facilities didn't seem to hurt. Jarvis didn't look like the type to try and use that for some evil scheme.
"Jarvis, in regards to your activites on and off this planet, they're not of the BBA's concern. We act against global threats. Smuggling is more of a matter for the regular authorities, which really shouldn't be an issue for you anyway." he crossed his arms, giving a small smile, the first expression on his face since this little conversation began. "Still, being one of the few who helped put an end to Realigner Red's madness would get you a noticeable amount of fame. I'm sure someone such as yourself would have no problem in taking advantage of that." He figured a potential ego boost would be good to secure Jarvis' assistance. "As for whether we destroy or repair Vipoi, that depends on what happens. While I would prefer to restore him to normal, if we must destroy him, than we will. Either way, you will get your rewards and wont simply be discarded like trash. I don't know what you've been through Jarvis, but I personally am not in the habit of betraying my allies.
As for resources from the BBA, I can get you hardware as well as access to the training facilities. You'll understand if I wont give you access to critical information. that's for the BBA's eyes only. But rest assured, this enterprise will be made worth your while. Sound good to you?" The android quietly awaited Jarvis' response. He could see that the Brenchian hybrid was bristling with energy from his new transformation. He kept himself on guard just in case Jarvis decided to pull something stupid...again...

He started to pace walking around slowly in a cricle around Cipher throwing the ideas around in his head. Chuckling a bit here and there as if he liked some of what he was hearing. "Guess thats one thing off my list... But as for this Vi-poi I will still be having words for him even if you restore him. I can perhaps... look past killing him should you find a way of turning that monster back into whatever he was before to you... But personally he'll still need to...'discuss' certain things with me." He rubbed his hand at his chin as he continued his pacing walk slowly circling around Cipher eyeing him constantly as he did. Clearly enjoying his new form Occasionally with pleasure coated eyes with how he felt from it. This form of power was much more desirable then that damned ape form. Jarvis's tail twitching lightly at the though as it was secured around his waist for a few moments before unraveling and flowing freely behind him.
"But one part you left out! I want to be on paper... One of your people... IT would... aid me in certain ways..." Eluding why he desired that for a moment. "Heh... bar me from information if you wish. But I would very much like to have my name officially added to whatever it is you people have! On paper whatever you wish to call it! As for what it is really... A mercenary set of hands... You'd really be surprised how many of your earth criminals I've... removed from your trouble. On behests of other criminals usually but that's just a minor detail! Certainly... This is not so bad to ask! My word is my bond! As it has to be in the world of a man like me. Otherwise why would people ever trust me when they come to me with a contract? What good is a contract to a oath breaker? Make me BBA in the light of the world... and I'll be merc hands to aid you against Red... and other threats,... While training in your facilities... An of course BBA will foot the bill when I aid this planet to my rates? Consider it a soldiers pay. A soldiers very well pay?" Jarvis was talking quickly as he kept circling looking for openings but be damned if he could find any. He spoke of what he wanted in a bit more detail. A front really but this way 'sticking his nose out' like he did before wouldn't be that next time. If he started cleaning up and cleaning out some of the low life scum or big threats to earth and had his way on the paper work he'd be like a employee who was entitled to bonuses. As well as he was tired of sleeping in two bit ins and hideouts. He wanted AT least one earth. To have some stability. Rubbing his head occasionally still as that damn ache and feeling of eyes on the back of his neck was still there. No one really there but still the feeling of eyes watching.
"I also want it on paper... I don't want anyone else to be able to overturn it later... I'm sure you people got money. What do you have to lose from getting me on your side? Fully?" He licked his lips drawing in a heavy breath. He wanted to sleep... fuck... eat and drink... He just wanted to clear his head but was trying very hard at the moment clearly to keep his cool. "Also... what word do you have on whats happening on Arcose? Or do you people even know of my world? I hear problems have stirred there? I am... curious of BBA's ears for information on that? Certainly you can see my possible interest?" He'd say with a sly grin. Weighing on some extra info. Something on the table to pull back as well to secure is entrance as if to offer a take away of good faith if not received well. A haggling tactic.

Cipher raised an eyebrow at Jarvis' words. Was he saying that he wanted to be a part of the BBA? He certainly wasn't expecting this from the brenchian. Still, the BBA did accept all comers, and someone of his strength and skills would be helpful. Besides, it would help him keep an eye on him in case he started causing trouble. "If you wish to join the BBA, we would be glad to have you. We accept any willing applicants. Plus with your skills, you'd be accepted into KAOS, the higher section of the army. You'd be more than just a regular soldier. As for anyone overturning your application, I'm sure that even Vipoi, if we're able to restore him, would not object to your acceptance. And if anyone does, I will vouch for you.
As for you wanting to speak with Vipoi if we managed to repair him, I have no issues with that. As fas as I'm concerned, that's between you and him." He gave a light shrug. If Jarvis wanted to vent his anger out on Vipoi, he was more than entitled to. It was none of his concern.
Then he mentioned the conditions on Arcose. This was a problem. Cipher had heard from Kaula exactly what was happening on the planet. "From what we've heard, the Solar Saiyan Empire has launched a campaign against the Arcosian Empire. We don't have any details, though right now we're more concerned with the current crisis happening here right now, as you are more than aware."

He couldn't help but chuckle. But lick his lips and hungrily feel he had been on the winning end of his deal. He'd take moment and with a deep breath exhale as the golden aura shot away dispersing. His hair falling back from spikes into normal strands of blue hair a little more messy then it was before as Jarvis smoothed it back lightly trying to get it back to its normal. He walked closer to stand a few feet away from the android tilting his head still looking in his eyes now. Blue hues cold but lightly with a look of intrigue. "Kaos? I like the sound of that... One of them fancy titles... Don't much fancy being bottom barrel anyway. Well if that's all well and good then consider me your man... Business is business... Mans gotta have a planet that's safe for him to be on after all.... Earth fits the bill. At lest better then others I've come across." Toying with the rest of the words he heard rolling them in his head. The man respected at least it sounded like there was business between Jarvis and vi that could only be settled between them personally. But that was no officially a different matter. But accepting this deal with Cipher Jarvis inwardly could not let that interfere with the work. Only when a opportune time presented itself. Talk to any of his clients and you'd find he actually was a man of his word... among other things.
"Very well on that as well. I'll let the 'discussion' with him if he lives come to pass when it comes. But know that by agreeing I'm trusting your vouch for me to work? I'll give you a say on good faith and for now we'll forget a contract of power and ink?" Offering a hand shake while grinning like a serpent in the water eyeing its prey. Jarvis had no tricks but for some reason he couldn't help but love holding the expression. If the man shook that would be all she wrote. "Know this is a contract of terms... I'm trusting you to hold up your end for this.. Kaos position. An in exchange... Heh... we'll save this planet from that red bastard!" This was when the grin would turn more playful. His shiny pearly whites showing in a open mouth grin and chuckle. The transition from shaken to business to playful. He was always a bit of a emotional sort in his own way.
but he shot wide eyes at the explanation right after. Clearly a bit... unexpected to hear what he heard. He wondered if the spirits were right and be damned they were... "Saiyans fighting arcosians.... Kai's be damned... Thats a bit of a problem... I was born there and even I have no favor for the place.... Damn. An by all people too. I'm sure you know by now but I am only half brenchian and also part saiyan. This whole war business to me is like two dysfunctional parents going at it with sword and shield.... Do you have any plans to intervene later? Is it possible? I understand if we can't discuss it now but surely you see why I'm curious?" He asked a little serious in tone his eyes looking towards the man with some concern in them. Love lost or not for home it was still a home. A man couldn't help but wonder on his home planets fate.

Cipher was a bit relieved when Jarvis seemed to return completely to normal. He reached out, shaking the mans hand when he accepted their little agreement. Cipher himself was a man of his word. If anyone objected to Jarvis joining the BBA, than Cipher would vouch for him. He still wouldn't consider the man a friend just yet, but that didn't change the fact that he respected Jarvis' skill.
Cipher had already figured out that Jarvis was half Brenchian, half Saiyan. His tail, oozaru, and super saiyan transformation were a testament to that. Though he could understand his conflicted feelings about this. Both halves of what made Jarvis, well, Jarvis were at war with eachother. And in order to Reikiko's help, Cipher had to promise Kaula not to intefere. "I can't really say right now," Cipher said, not because he wasn't allowed to, but because he legitimately didn't know, "Though I will say I'm still wary of the Solar Saiyan Empire. They're no friends of ours, and to be honest, I would not put it past their queen to turn her eyes onto this planet once she has Arcose, especially if Vipoi is destroyed. It seems like he would be the one thing keeping her from trying to invade the planet." While he was more doing it because Vipoi was a friend of his, that was another plus to trying to restore him rather than destroy him. Vipoi would be a massive asset in the planet's defense. There was still Reikiko, but if it came to a war between Earth and Vegeta, where would her loyalties lie?

A firm strong grip handshake was given grin curving up his cheek but still ever curious of what information Cipher had to offer. Jarvis grumbled a bit after the shake at hearing of that damn empires queen. Saiyan queens and the damn arcosian queen. He couldn't help but think life would have been easier if both empire had fissile out long ago and just left the planets behind. He had faced a great amount of dirty looks and rough treatment growing up being half saiyan. An in his mercenary work each saiyan that crossed his path looked down upon for being one of mixed blood. Home was home but the empire that ruled it wasn't what his heart worried for.
Jarvis cleared his throat curling his lip lightly when he had to hear of the SSE. "If it wasn't for the fact I've seen how things are... somewhat differnet on earth I wouldn't be considering these... Me joining in your organization. I don't trust empires.... But... I have formed a special opinion of this planet so this is beneficial for us both. But believe you me when I say I have no love for either queen nor empress of either empire. But I heard whispers down under... deep down under... Its bad up there. Vi-Poi will have much to answer for... Heh... Suppose I could try to ask for a little aid to at least ensure my home remains intact... I don't really care about Wyntre... Sure she seems a little different but I only got the view of a street rat.... That empire will never change. But I don't my home burning and anyone I may still have there dying out with it. IF.... This boss of yours gets back to normal. It would disauded SSE in attacking earth I do agree with you there. If you lose him you lose allot.... But if he does get fixed...." Jarvis seemed to distaste the idea of what he was about to say. Working with the one who killed him but he was curious and at the moment in a bit of curiosity and worry. "Would he have any pull with the SSE? Or any connection to the Empire? I'm not gonna galavanting off to a planet that may already be doomed but if there's a shot... Would he listen?" He asked curious of what cipher would say being he likely knew the man well this Vi-poi who was now red.
Jarvis didn't care about the war but he did wish that planet to stay intact. He tried to hide from it or lie to himself but he just couldn't forget home. Forget where he came from. Even if it was a rough life the idea of the planet frying up or being wiped of life of whatever remained of his brenchian clan there.... He may not have held them close to chest like a family normally does. He was likely dead to them for leaving behind the empire an they to him for how he was treated. But wishing them dead and actually standing back and letting them die were to different things. Thinking above himself and how he knew he'd regret the loss of the planet. He asked Cipher basically if there was any hope. Or if he was gonna have to get used to calling earth home and this being his new place of rest.
