NattoTomorokoWith only one good arm, it was incredibly difficult for Tomoroko to push herself back up with the weight of the brute saiyan above her. Every time she managed to get up just enough that she might be able to use her legs, the brute stomped down on the young saiyan again until she was flat on her face. The other male, the one who had been the weakest of the three was flying just a little bit above the two, a blue energy beam charging in his hands, pointed directly down at Tomoroko. There was an angry expression on his face, and even the faintest hint of tears in his eyes. She was so furious with their partners death that he was shaking, fueling as much energy as he could into his ki blast. "We were just going to... rough you up and let you leave... but now... I'm going to kill you... im going to make you suffer... like you made her suffer! DIE!"The man cried out, launching the beam towards the incapacitated Tomoroko. There was little that the young girl could do while face first in the dirt. There was a pool of her own blood building up around her from the open wound on her chest, her back was badly burnt, her right shoulder visibly broken as even her under armor was peeling away from her skin. She attempted to draw her energy to herself once more, attempting to perform another Explosion wave, but again her red ki began to sputter in the face of the oncoming blue energy that was meant to kill her. The brute remained with one foot on Tomoroko, his own white ki flared up around him as he prepared to clear the blast zone at the last moment so that he wouldn't get fried along with Tomoroko. -------------------- Word count: 307

[Thread Power Level: 169.067] Natto was searching for Tomoroko with his scouter while flying carrying her newly modeled weighted battle suit when he received a coordinate from her scouter frequency. – Ha! There she is! Let’s rush there! Hahaha! So glad she is calling for me! Wonder if it’s for a training or something! – he said to himself, as he flared his ghostly-white ki aura around his body, flying at such a high speed, scratching the crimson skies of Planet Vegeta, leaving only a trail of his white energy behind him. Natto was amazingly fast and it took him less than a minute to reach a point close enough to Tomoroko’s coordinates, for him to become concerned.
As he got close, Natto’s scouter detected a couple power levels of 19.000 that made him concerned. On top of that, Tomoroko’s power level wasn’t there, or it was there, but different, which could mean that she was suppressing it somehow or… worse! That she was somehow injured. ”What the hell is going on?!” he frowned his eyebrows and gritted his teeth as he got even closer and saw a really infuriating scene. There was Tomoroko, laying down on a poll of blood that seemed like her own blood, with a man standing near her, preparing to fire a ki blast on her. One of his foot was on top of Tomo’s back and that pissed Natto off even more. ”You are so FUCKING DEAD!!!!” Natto’s fury took over him, making him drop the weighted battle suit to the floor, making a loud sound as it created a crater upon impact. At the same time, the earth all around that area began to shake and crack, as Natto’s ghostly-white ki aura became bright gold. His hair bristled and became gold in color, and his eyes became teal, as he tapped into his legendary transformation in a blink of an eye, fueled by sheer rage.
[Super Saiyan Transformation: PL 2.028.804!!!!]
– I DON’T CARE IF YOU ARE SAIYANS! YOU ARE GOING TO DIE!!!! – he shouted with all his heart as he vanished. Natto reappeared right next to the man that was about to fire at Tomoroko’s back and, with a punch, he exploded his head to pieces with such a strength that there was nothing left of it after the punch to tell a story. With a glare, he looked at the other man with the flames of rage burning inside his eyes. His golden and threatening aura would give an overwhelming sensation of anger even to those unable to feel any ki at all.
– DISAPPEAR FROM SIGHT!!! – Natto shouted as he pointed his right hand to the man, firing a single ki blast that was so freaking strong, that it disintegrated him from existence with a single blow. They had made the young super saiyan furious, as they messed with the only person that hurting was beyond any chance of forgiving, even from the gentle and kind Natto: the one he liked, his trigger and motivation… Tomoroko!
Immediately after that, he would turn his attention to her, running to her side, where he kneed to look at her condition. Tears filled up his teal eyes, as his warm aura also engulfed her, like it was trying to cuddle the young saiyan girl. – Tomo! Tomo! Are you alive?! Please… Please answer me! – he begged, as the tears started running down his cheeks. ”This… This is all my fault! If I hadn’t disappeared for almost a week none of this would have happened! I was supposed to protect her from any harm! And I couldn’t even protect her from our own kind!!” he hiccupped in between his tears. ”I can’t lose you, Tomo! I just can’t!!” he was almost in complete despair, awaiting from any sign of life in her. Word Count: 636

The beam that was fired never even made it to Tomoroko as the man's death happened faster than his brain could even register what had happened. One minute, he was about to kill the low class scum that had killed their partner, the next there was an incredibly intense power level nearby yelling at him, then nothing. The energy completely missed as his body fell to the floor, blood oozing out of the gaping hole where his head should have been.
The second saiyan stared wide eyed at the being before him. A golden haired fighter, a saiyan with teal eyes, golden hair and golden energy standing right there! The fact that he had blown off his partners head seemed completely irrelevant at the moment as he stood in the presence of a friggen super saiyan. Had he been on Natto's side, he would have stood in awe of what he saw. However it seemed that he wasn't, as he was given a warning to leave, and as much as he wanted to avenge his friends, he wasn't THAT stupid. He took off into the air without hesitation and flew away as fast as his damaged body could go.
As for Tomoroko, it only took her a few moments before she attempted to push herself back up again, using only her left arm to get up onto her knees. She was shaking so badly, but her mind was still in the same battle mode she had been in for the duration of the fight. When Natto got too close, she growled and swung out at the man, red energy sputtering around her fist, disappearing long before her weak strike would ever make contact with anything. Weakened or no, she still felt as if she needed to defend herself to live, and now Natto was the only one there 'threatening her'. The only thing that seemed to start soothing her at that moment was his energy, which was slowly driving away the blood lust and fight or flight provided by her battle mode. -------------- Word count: 342

The young super saiyan hated to kill fellow saiyans, but he was extremely angered by them and did not hesitate nor did he regret what he did. Anyway, Tomoroko was in such a dire situation, that her first reaction was to try and attack him. He didn’t even flinch, since, at his current state, there was almost nothing on the planet capable of harming him now. He strike hit his face, but did nothing to him, just making him sigh both relieved and sad to see her on such a terrible state. – Tomo, it’s me, Natto… I may look different now, but it’s still me! Come on… Let me take care of you… And… And… - the tears kept on running down his face, as he took her on his arms, getting up from that pool of blood. – I’m sorry… Sorry I didn’t come here sooner… But… But I promise you that you are going to be okay! I will take care of you! – he told her, even though he knew she was either not being able to listen to what he was saying, or not making any sense out of it.
In a blink of an eye, Natto was in the skies, with his warm golden aura engulfing their bodies as he flew at an absurd speed. In a matter of seconds he reached the same healing facility they used before, and he burst through the room with the young girl on his arms. Nabana, the kagami, came to see who was there and, the moment he saw Natto, the always bored man widened his eyes, completely speechless and awestruck. – S-super saiyan?! – he gulped, feeling his body shaking and all, but Natto had no time to deal with that. – Get a grip on yourself! – he roared, angrier than he intended to be, making Nabana almost piss on his pants. – Heal her, right now!! – he said to the kagami, that was quick on taking Tomoroko and placing her inside the healing pod, initiating the machine at that exact second.
When she was finally there, Natto sighed, making his golden aura vanish and, with that, his hair came back to its normal pitch black color, and so did his eyes. ”Tomoroko… You are going to be fine…” he thought to himself, as he stood there staring at the healing pod. Nabana approached, opening his mouth to speak, but Natto wasn’t in the mood. – I will talk to you later! – he said, glaring at the kagami, that understood the message and left the room, leaving the two of them alone. Her punch doing nothing didn't mean she was going to stop there, she shakily pushed herself to her feet, but was quick to fall again, instead this time she was caught by Natto. She stopped moving then, and her eyes actually closed having officially exhausted everything she possibly could and finally passed out. She could still faintly hear him in the back of her mind, and she could feel the cold of his tears on her skin even as they were quickly wiped away by the wind as she was picked up and carried back to the healing tank.
She didn't remember most of the fight, bits and pieces slowly coming back to her as she was now floating in the healing liquid of the chamber. The severe wound on her chest had slowly started to heal up, and yet still left a long scar leading from just above her belly button to the top of her left shoulder. Had anyone been able to hear anything within the chamber, there would be a few sickening pops as her right shoulder popped itself back into place and the bones began to reconnect themselves. The cuts on her tail would heal up, along with the burns all over her body, however instead of the usual hour, it took Tomoroko two before she was ever able to open her eyes again.
The monitor would start to show her elevated heart rate as she opened her eyes, now faced with an unfamiliar scene. Where was she? She should be out in the wastes! In fact she should be dead! Had those three captured her??! As quickly as she could in the fluid she brought her hands in front of her, inspecting them and then bringing them up to the scar on her chest. She could feel the groove of where the energy disk had hit her, and winced remembering the pain she hadn't been able to feel then.
She looked herself over, little bit by little bit, then eventually reached up and hesitantly pushed the button to drain the water from around her. It did just that, and Tomo hesitantly took off the oxygen mask, peering out of the tank suspiciously before opening the hatch. She quickly jumped out, keeping herself slightly levitated off of the floor so that she didn't slip and brought up her fists in the event that they tried to jump her. She must have looked like a train wreck, just barely hovering there in a defensive stance, her under armor barely clinging to her chest as it was. Her scar was exposed, meaning that the fabric was cut open all the way down her torso. Even the back of the armor was exposed, leaving very little to hide anything at all. She didn't pay attention to it however, she needed to be ready for what was waiting for her... ------------ Word count: 480

Natto was around the area, sitting in a corner on the healing room, waiting for her to heal. He knew it would take far longer than an hour for her to be able to leave the healing pod, so he let himself get distracted into his thoughts. His mind was racing so much, that he couldn’t even rest. He took off his scouter, so it wouldn’t beep or bother him with any messages. Nothing else matters, but Tomoroko, and he wanted to be there for her until she was safe and sound again. He felt guilty for disappearing for a week. His journey towards becoming strong made him stray away from her, but he had to do that in order to protect her. The young saiyan commander was feeling rather conflicted with himself, and would sigh countless times while he waited for any signs of improvement from Tomoroko.
After a couple hours, he heard the familiar sound that the healing pod made when someone was about to get out of it. Natto quickly got back on his feet and run towards the healing pod, to look for Tomoroko. The young saiyan girl was there. She had a huge scar on her chest area and barely any cloth or armor covering it, due to the massive amount of damage she received. Natto sighed with the sight: if it was under any different condition, he would blush heavily and feel weird things inside his chest, but on the current situation, he was just honestly and deeply concerned for her well-being. On top of that, she seemed to still be alert, and it made him sad. ”She must have been through some sort of hell…” he imagined, as he slowly approached, trying not to get her startled.
– Tomo… Are you okay? – he asked hesitantly. His eyes were deeply concerned and, by the looks of it, he had been crying quite a lot recently, as they were quite red. His voice also showed that he was sad, concerned and somehow tired. His mind was feeling rather exhausted due to stress. Word Count: 348

Slowly but surely the place she was standing in began to feel familiar to her. It took her a moment to recognize it as she had slowly started working herself into a panic, worrying that there might be enemies around every corner. When she finally came to terms with where she was she sighed lowly and began to hover towards the first open archway she saw. Before she could even round the corner however, she spotted Natto coming towards her and sighed again. How had he gotten here? She guessed the real question was why was she here? She didn't get a chance to voice her question however as she lowered her arms then launched herself at Natto, wrapping herself around him and hugging him tightly as she buried her face in his armor.
"You got my call... I'm sorry... I didn't..." She stopped her stuttering, taking in a deep breath before looking up into his face. She would have smiled but when she spotted how exhausted he looked she felt horrible... she gently reached up with her right hand, lightly placing her hand on his cheek and traced an imaginary tear line.
"I'm fine... I'm sorry I scared you." She said gently, looking at him with concern now. How stupid could she get, of course he would get worried about her... she sent out a call with nothing but her co-ordinates and she could only imagine what sort of sight she presented whenever he got there... she did remember enjoying herself as she pounded into the saiyan female, remembered every single hit she inflicted, and every single one they got on her too. She must of been near dead whenever he found her.

Without saying a thing, Tomoroko lowered her arms and launched herself at Natto, wrapping herself around him tightly as she buried her face on his battle suit. He was caught by surprise and felt a shiver running down his spine the moment she did that. However, he was quick to respond and he immediately hugged her back by her waist, holding her tightly onto himself, he touched the top of her head with his face for a bit, before pulling it back a little, as she spoke and raised her head to look at him. – I did… I’m sorry I was almost too late… - he said, with a guilty and disappointed tone on his voice. Her right hand touched his cheek, tracing an imaginary line of tear all the way down his cross-shaped scar, making him blush slightly. He wanted to smile, but he was too concerned about her to be able to do so.
She gently apologized for scaring him and said that she was fine, making him sigh in relief to hear that she was fine, but she didn’t look fine. She was covered in scars and was so badly injured that he actually felt like she would die on his arms before he could even reach the healing facility. Natto shook his head and a single tear ran down his face, even though he was trying his best to hold them in. – I was scared… I cannot lose you… You are just too important to me… I’m so sorry, Tomo… I promised I would protect you… And then I went on and disappeared for almost a week… I can’t apologize enough! I’ve failed you! – he said, feeling terrible with himself.
With his right hand he touched her left cheek and stroke her face with his thumb gently. – I… I just… - he was having trouble saying what he wanted. So many things happened on that past week and he wanted to tell her, he wanted her to understand why he had been absent, but he couldn’t find the words, since he was just too emotional to be holding her on his arms, safe and sound. "Natto... don't cry, please. It's not your fault at all... They jumped me after I fell asleep when I was training. I need to get stronger for myself, I can't always rely on you to protect me..." She stated as she moved her hand to wipe away the tears that were falling down his face. This time she forced up a smile as she looked at him, she really needed to let him know that she was okay, and that she would continue to be.
"I lost my head when I was fighting... and I'm teaching myself to control that better... I got into such a rage that I ignored every battle instinct in my body. I couldn't feel the pain that they were inflicting, I ignored it in order to just keep fighting... It's my own fault I got hurt. You leaving for a week wouldn't have made a difference. This just showed me that I still have a lot of training to do... just maybe not out in the Tuffle ruins is all." She attempted to explain to him, she knew that her explanation was all over the place, and probably did no good in calming his mind but she hoped she could help him understand in some way that she wasn't this fragile little girl that always needed protecting. Regardless of how different she was than the rest of her race she was still a saiyan warrior. She could fight, and she was damned good at it. She was simply caught in a bad situation... --------- Word count: 258

He stopped to listen to what she had to say. He was a little embarrassed to be crying in front of her, but he couldn’t help it, since he was too scared she was going to die. At least he was able to stop it by the time she started wiping it out. She said she needed to become stronger herself, and that she couldn’t always rely on him protecting her and he nodded, agreeing with her. ”But I will still be looking after you…” he thought at the same time. He smile comforted him a little bit, and then she proceed to explain what the heck happened there.
Tomoroko said that she lost her cool when she was fighting, and that she needed to learn how to control herself, since her rage made her forget about every battle instinct on her body, as she ignored the pain and just kept on fighting against her attackers. She blamed herself for getting so injured, but he shook his head, disagreeing with her. Then she told him that he leaving for a week wouldn’t have made a difference and he sighed. It was true, but it hurt nonetheless. When she finished speaking he grazed away for a bit.
– Look… I believe in your strength, that’s why I selected you to be on my squad… I’ll get into the squad part later… - he said, since she wouldn’t have heard of a “Natto’s squad” up until now, but it was clear from that point that, if she was to be on a squad with Natto, it meant that it was something top tier. – But there are far too dangerous things around the universe… There are beings that far surpasses my power… And I went on a training spree because I wanted to reach a legendary power that our race possesses… I wanted to achieve the state of a super saiyan… In order to protect our people, our Empire… And mostly… You… - he sighed again, staring back at her with his concerned expression. – I didn’t tell you anything so far… But we, saiyans, are in a dire situation… The Queen is waging war on the Arcosian Empire, our greatest rivals since the dawn of time… - he was explaining it all, since she had lost her memory, and needed to be told about even the most obvious parts. – At the same time, she didn’t take all of the elite because there’s a creature… An android that is threatening to attack Planet Vegeta, and his power far surpasses the most powerful beings I’ve ever met… Meaning that his power level should be far over four millions! – he said, putting special emphasis on Virtual Poi’s estimated power level, not knowing that it was almost twice as big as he imagined.
He stroke her cheek again with his thumb, staring into her eyes. – With the queen gone, Kaula, another super saiyan, was left in charge of the planet, but she betrayed us to go to earth, fight the earthlings battle… And she left me in charge of Planet Vegeta, since I’ve too, become a super saiyan… - he paused, since she would have quite a lot to digest from that initial explanation. This was hardly where she was expecting the conversation to go. In fact she was completely blown away by all the information he was throwing at her. At first he mentioned her being part of some sort of squad? If she was that was total news to her... then he went on talking about a war with Arcosians, who she had actually read on while staying with her mother and knew at least a little bit about them... then he mentioned someone names Kaula... then some kind of killer android that wanted to attack Vegeta, super saiyans and something about a war both on Acrosia and Earth.
She had to blink several times, not once saying a word as she attempted to process everything he told her, trying to fit in in with her current memories and what she had learned while she had been back on Vegeta. She hadn't expected everything to be perfect, they were a warrior race after-all it was only to be expected that they were at war but...
"Okay okay okay... one piece at a time Natto you know I can't remember what's going on..." This time she took a step back, finally letting herself land on the ground as she was no longer afraid of slipping. She stepped back only enough that her neck wouldn't be so cramped looking up at the taller saiyan.
"So... in other words, you're saying I need to get stronger a lot faster so you don't have to worry about me so much... and I'm part of your squad? So that means I'm going to be in a lot more intense battles than I was in... I don't know anything about this Kaula person or this killer android thing so you're going to have to clear that one up for me... and what the hell is a super saiyan? Is that like... a rank above super elite or something?" She asked now, taking a breath after her own slew of questions. She needed a very much clearer picture of the situation at hand to really understand everything Natto was going through without her adding un-necessary stress to his workload.

He was indeed overloading her with information, but he had to do so, since there was no other way to make her understand that his protective nature towards her had a very good reason for existing: they could all die at any time, and he was the best chance Planet Vegeta had in a fight until either the queen or Kaula were to come back home. Tomoroko told him to hold on, as he knew she couldn’t remember their history, and he nodded, as she stepped back. He resisted a bit, since – subconsciously – he didn’t want to let go of her, but he did, blushing a little bit when he noticed that. ”Oh my…” he thought to himself, before getting his mind back at the conversation.
Tomoroko asked quite a lot of questions, and he scratched the back of his head. Yes, she had to get stronger, yes they would get into some deep serious missions, but it didn’t mean he wouldn’t worry about her, it was quite the opposite: he worried a lot about her, and with the possibilities the future held, he would get even more worried. Natto sighed again and then proceeded to try and explain things.
– First things first… I’m the Commander-in-Chief of the Saiyan Empire’s Stationary Defense Army… Which means I’m the highest ranking official of the saiyans for now… And, due to our situation, I had to create a lot of squads with specific missions and stuff… And I also created a squad of my own… I hadn’t had the opportunity to inform the people on the squad yet, but we are the main defensive force of our planet now… - he paused for a bit, grabbing Tomoroko’s scouter with his hand, and giving it to her. – As for the super saiyan… It is not a rank, it is a transformation that far surpasses the Great Ape form… If you can put your scouter on, I will show it to you… - he said, handing the scouter to her and taking some steps back. – My power level now is 169.067… Remember that… - he said.
”Here we go…” Natto spread his legs a bit and bent his knees, bringing both his arms to the side of his body, clenching his fists. Natto flared his ghostly-white ki aura and suddenly his power level started increasing like CRAZY. It doubled, then tripled and so forth. – AAAAHHHHH!!! – he screamed, making the whole place shake like it was about to crumble to the ground. Then, strains of bright gold started to appear on his ki aura, and soon enough his whole ki aura became bright gold in color. His hair bristled while his eyes started to change color from black to greenish-blue. Then, both his hair and eyebrows became golden and his eyes finally became teal. The ground beneath him cracked and the sensation was completely overwhelming.
[Super Saiyan Transformation: PL 2.028.804]!!!
Tomo’s scouter would detect an astonishing power level of over two million now. When he finished transforming, he adjusted his posture to a regular standing position, with his warm golden aura all around his body. – This… Is the legendary super saiyan form… - he said, staring at her with his new teal eyes. Tomo's face went red whenever Natto explained his full rank. She knew he had to be important if he was a super elite, but to be the Commander in chief of the army? She opened her mouth to say something but then quickly closed it again. The last thing Natto needed to hear were her thoughts on that matter at the moment... he should have told her he had such an important standing with the saiyans! No wonder those three elites had attacked her... she was very familiar with the mentality that most saiyans possessed, low class stayed low while the elite continued to rise... she had been from a low class family and now she was clinging onto Natto's coat tails, Natto one of the most powerful saiyans on the planet... of course that wouldn't sit well with a lot of saiyan elites... She started to think of just how much danger she was actually in now, no doubt those three wouldn't be the last ones to try and take her down a peg. She wanted to get angry that he didn't tell her this sooner, but couldn't bring herself to be mad with him... he was, after-all, just trying to protect her. She bit her lower lip before finally sighing as if finally letting go of those thoughts for the time being. Natto continued to speak, finishing his explanation of the squad he had mentioned, and of others he hadn't before continuing onto this super saiyan transformation. Apparently it was a transformation that surpassed that of even their great ape forms. It was hard for her to believe what he was saying, she couldn't even remember the last time she had transformed into the great ape but could only imagine it's immense power... to go even beyond that... it would make sense that after gaining so much power, one could evolve further than the ape form. She silently took her scouter back from Natto, noting the chips and cracks in it from her earlier battle that day and sighed. Her mother would have to fix it, again, and no doubt the woman would be quickly getting fed up of fixing it for her. She brought it up to her face, pushing the button to make sure it still worked and watchign the numbers fly across the screen before finally locking onto Natto and displaying his usual power level of roughly 160,000. "Wow You've gotten a lot stronger since the last time I saw you..."She mumbled, already impressed with his current power level. She locked the scouter in place, and barely had her hand away from the device when the numbers suddenly continued to climb. She glanced at Natto as she watched him power up, then back to her scouter. The number had doubled! It was over 300,000! and it was still climbing. Her mouth began to drop in awe, but as she could suddenly feel a familiar intense presence, she looked back over to Natto in time to see his hair slowly begin to change. Strand by strand it began to turn golden, matching the aura that was now around him as well. Even his eyes began to flicker, going from their regular pitch black to a bluish green colour. This time, her mouth did fall open as she stared at Natto, barely registerign the constantly climbing numbers on her scouter. Whenever the number reached 2million, the crack already present in the scouter widened until the display stopped functioning. She simply stared at him in disbelief, looking him over as if she was meeting a handsome stranger for the first time. However it wasn't the first time that she had met him like this was it? I’m sorry… Sorry I didn’t come here sooner… But… But I promise you that you are going to be okay! I will take care of you! "Wow... Natto... that's incredible... and I hit you... I'm so sorry I didn't... I mean obviously I didn't hurt you but... wow!"So far during their conversation, her tail had been down, unmoving behind her which was very much unlike her. However after she had finally spoke, her tail perked up, swinging excitedly behind her as she took one hesitant step towards Natto. She wasn't scared of him, simply totally awestruck. One step at a time she walked up until she was directly in front of him again. She reached up and passed her hand through his golden hair, then inspected her hand to see if any of the color had come out. -------- word count: 758

When he finished transforming, he slowly got back into his normal standing posture, instead of the ki charging one. His aura was still there, but there was no threat in it, on the contrary, it was quite a welcoming and warm aura, specially towards Tomoroko, allowing her to get closer to him. She spoke to him, saying that she had hit him, to which he chuckled, shaking his head. – Don’t worry about that, Tomo… It is fine… - he said in a calm voice. When she got close enough, she could feel the heat of his aura, and it was something completely out of ordinary. With a closer look, she could notice that, even though he was calm, his had a slightly angry expression, mostly on his eyes, as if the trigger to achieve such a state was somehow related to that feeling, which wasn’t strange at all, since saiyans were very close to their inner rage, even the gentler ones.
When she touched his hair, he blushed a little, but his smile appeared on his face again. She could feel some shudder when she touched his hair, as if it had some electricity on it, but it was completely harmless at this moment. By the looks of it, seemed like his hair was filled from the inside with that golden bright light and that it emanated outwards, giving it its new color, and it was the same of his eyes. When she got close, he gulped and took a deep breath, as he was gathering some courage to speak. ”Just say it…” he motivated himself.
– To achieve such a state… One must have a high enough power level… But not only that… It requires a trigger… - he said, staring her right on her eyes. He was somehow embarrassed, with his cheeks getting rather red, but he continued. – Because this transformation doesn’t come in response to a desire… It comes in response to a need. And I needed to transform… Because… - he grazed away, feeling too shy to speak while looking into her eyes. – Because… Even though I had to protect our empire, our kind… It wasn’t enough as a motivation to become a super saiyan… My trigger… Was… - he blushed even more. – You, Tomoroko… I became a super saiyan so that I could protect you, more than anything else… - he said, unable to stare at her at the moment. "It's not fine... Here you are, Commander in chief of the whole army and you are worrying about me, only to have me hit you when you are trying to help... I promise... I'll be a hundred times better from now on... I can't drag you down any-" Her words were cut off by his own as he explained how to achieve a super saiyan form. At first, it sounded as if he was trying to tell her how exactly she could one day achieve it, but the more he spoke, the more her face turned red. Soon enough, her entire face looked as red as a tomato. She took her hand out of his hair after the shudder coursed through his body and took a step back again.
"But... why me?" She asked now, unsure of what was going on with her all of a sudden. She felt happy to hear him say that, but at the same time she didn't understand how someone as powerful and important as him could even spare time to look and train her. He had rescued her, yes but he never had to continue helping her... Was he just feeling bad for her? Thinking she was so small that she needed protection? Or did he truly care about what happened to her? Her heart was beating so fast then that she had to bring her hand up to cover it, as if stopping it from popping out of her chest.
"What is it... I mean... that makes me your trigger... why am I special? I don't even compare at all to you..." She began mumbling the last part.
