((Full Moon out, if you so dare. PL of 87,418, using 50% of available power with 43,709.))
Wyntre was going to leave Earth. Yes, leave it altogether. With any luck, she'll leave this backwater planet altogether, never to return in her life's entirety, except maybe to check up on Vi-Poi every ten years or so. But she couldn't simply leave the planet like she had originally anticipated, that would be quite disrespectful. After all, she had gotten quite a lot of pretty views from its mountainous frost and barren plains. No, she had to do one last thing before she left, perhaps forever. What point was there in coming to Earth if she had nothing to show for it? I mean, sure, her recruiters have have recruited a few dozen able-bodied humans, ready to make the Universe many shades greater, and with the appropriate power ranging (0.5-5kPL). Sure, she's gotten 50 or so extra soldiers, but nowadays they are coming to be costly. All of their medical needs, their food, their free insurance and their homing all have to be payed for in amounts that exactly correspond with their competency.
You see, she needed something else to remember Earth by. Whatever majestic prize she got from this Tournament would do. Yes, the Tournament. You see, these humans have tournaments, just like many other alien races. It's a bracket-based system used for finding the ones with a certain desired quality by pitting heads together, and Wyntre decided she may as well join in. She originally had believed that she merely had to push over some hermits and she would have passed by without a scratch, but her Scouter had shown multiple high Power Levels nearby, including Kaula and Zucceta. Yes, the Lady of Death that Wyntre has heard about. They had been near multiple times, but now it seemed they may be able to fight at last. She simply flew into the Tournament Grounds, which seemed to have sustained some damage from a source she did not know. She jumped out of her Hover-Chair and slipped multiple extravagant pieces of gear off of her battle armor up until it was only that: battle armor. She had a feeling this wasn't going to be as easy as originally thought.

Zucceta steps into the ring.
She looked mostly as normal, clad in a set of black and red PTO-style armour that the saiyan people had adopted whole-sale in the days after the formation of an independent saiyan empire; almost every warrior had a set, so it was mostly a matter of convenience that they did not create a new style of armour, and it reminded them of their origins under the great tyrant, the Kold arcosian. This armour was a new set, created in the image of her old, destroyed in her fight with Virtual Poi.
Another point of destruction in that fight was the entirety of her left forearm, removed just below the elbow. In its place was a raw mess of mechanical pistons and levers. It was raw, brute metal, reinforced steadily by her own bodily chi like any weapon; the mechanical 'claw' that served as her fingers, and the stub that served as the thumb, were both controlled by her bodily chi, and subtle movements in her upper arm, which was still functioning.
It had been weeks since the fight with Virtual Poi, and her body had healed spectacularly, almost doubling in power due to her saiyan zenkai, and her insistence on training as soon as she was physically able.
She looks around the arena, and her eyes settle on the arcosian. She realises that this is the one she had chosen as her rival long ago, even though they had never met face-to-face until now; this must be Wyntre, she could sense the energy coming from her body. She chuckles, folding her arms across her chest. The metal arm still felt slightly weird on her body, but she had spent the last few weeks training with it; she would be able to use it effectively in combat, just like a real limb, and she didn't need to worry too much about damaging it.
"Well well, Empress. It's an honour to finally meet you."

"Death, be not proud, though some have called thee Mighty and dreadful, for thou art not so; For those whom thou think'st thou dost overthrow Die not, poor Death, nor yet canst thou kill me. From rest and sleep, which but thy pictures be, Much pleasure; then from thee much more must flow, And soonest our best men with thee do go, Rest of their bones, and soul's delivery. Thou art slave to fate, chance, kings, and desperate men, And dost with poison, war, and sickness dwell, And poppy or charms can make us sleep as well And better than thy stroke; why swell'st thou then? One short sleep past, we wake eternally And death shall be no more; Death, thou shalt die." John Donne It was already definite that scouters do not malfunction, especially the one that currently conformed gently to Wyntre's certain ear shape. She looked over the details of the holographic purple technological marvel as she saw both a Power Level and its source. A source, and this should be added soon henceforth, that had just arrived. With a slight eye movement, the holographic portion disappeared, leaving only a small object on her ear. This might have been weird if it hadn't fallen off into Wyntre's hand where it was soon hereafter put into its specialized pocket. She had here gotten a good look of Zucceta. She had heard things about her. She had heard she was a terrible being going under the pseudonym 'Lady Death' or something of the sort. How absolutely silly. If she wanted to strike fear into the hearts of her enemies, she should have used something a bit scarier as an alias as 'death' is just the lack of life, something she wouldn't have a problem with not being ironic, as well as a quite good thing, especially if you think about it. Zucceta wore PTO battle armor, a design ever so blatantly stolen by the Saiyans. It was a mockery to have a Saiyan in a uniform like that. It was a mockery to have such a lowly creature to wear such a grand uniform. It was a mockery, merely this yet so much more. Zucceta likely did not understand the history behind her uniform, but this was not expected of her. She likely did not understand the sacrifices made in uniforms not too dissimilar, the acts that pained and the history that had been made. She likely did not understand the importance of the history yet to be wrote. Sure, while none of this had been expected of her, that gives her no right to wear such a style of armor. She also had spotted the robotic replacements, but those were of little importance. Every time the two have gotten close, they never had met, not exactly. There was that time when Zucceta was a great ape, sure, but Zucceta had no control over the Saiyan abomination inside of her. On the outside, she thought none of these things. Actually, she even had a little smile. She was very good at discerning what she thought and what she did, after all. "Likewise, Lady Death. As this is my final visit on earth, I decided I may as well remember the planet somehow. Try not to make this easily forgettable. Shall we begin?" she stated almost as if an order as she changed her position to that of an Ancient Arcosian Martial Art.

If Zucceta was a mind-reader, many of Wyntre's initial analysis would have made her smirk. 'Lady Death' was purposefully tongue-in-cheek, although Zucceta had little issue, physically or morally, acting out the role of her title's namesake. She didn't need anything but her sheer mercilessness to strike fear into the hearts of anybody. Besides, death is not the 'lack' of life so much as the removal of life; one cannot 'die' unless one has been alive.
Zucceta didn't know much about the origins of her armour, but to claim her use of it a mockery to Wyntre's heritage was ludicrous. Armour was armour. Protective clothing. And, at this level, it was more decorative than useful. It showed her as a warrior. It was not a uniform but a symbol of status to saiyan kind. We are soldiers.
With this line, she likely did not understand the importance of the history yet to be wrote, Zucceta would have burst out laughing. What the HFIL does that even mean?
But Zucceta didn't have access to Wyntre's mind, and probably wouldn't be interested enough even if she had that power. She had no interest in the famous Arcosian delusions of grandeur.
She shifts into a loose defensive style, one that she had learned in many years of study at her academy, refined with many more years of experience on real battlefields. She wonders if Wyntre had ever really seen true war, and not just martial duels like the one they were about to engage in.
"Enough talk."

"Well,-"
If Wyntre was a mind-reader, capable of reading the mind of Zucceta as she hypothetically could have read hers, she would first be confused as to why she suddenly has the strange power to read minds, why Zucceta seemingly has this too with no questions asked and if this is some sort of trick, all of this with a good, healthy dose of skepticism because that is the reasonable, logical thing to do, or at least would be if it was not simply just a hypothetical situation. If Wyntre was a mind-reader but, for whatever reason, did not question why she was a mind-reader, she would scoff at the extreme ignorance presented by Zucceta. Wyntre was well aware that the alias was, as she put it, 'tongue-in-cheek'. If, and this is just a hypothetical situation within another hypothetical situation, the actual embodiment of Death were to appear right before the two, he, she or it would likely sigh, ashamed that his, her or its name is, as the metaphor I just invented goes, 'the mighty flag over the half-dug hole'. Immediately after that he (or her or it) would go 'reap' some dead plant or rat or whatever, as it is his (or her or its) job after all, if the personification even existed.
"-Very well then.""
Also, concerning the meaning of death, Wyntre would likely shun Zucceta for how her mind was closed by what she thought was true. Many words have many meanings: by no means does 'death' only mean a lack of life in something once living. Death could also easily be used to identify a lack of life entirely: for example, the Universe before life came along was very much dead. The random comet that crashed into Jupiter during its early formation never had any life on it. Mars is a dead planet, and as far as we know, there have been no life there, yet alone the entire planet being alive.
"According to battle regulations Section C, portion 15 of the third amendment, edit 3 of version 9 of the Fair Battle Union Act, I declare that I shall begin. I don't think you want to start, so I may as well."
Oh, we're not even getting started yet. That's right, we're finishing up. Concerning the utterly disrespectful display Zucceta had (hypothetically) shown, Wyntre would continually throw a mountain of books concerning the subjects of the Art of War and the finesse and lineage that goes into a suit of armor through different cultures and ages all at Zucceta, after having translated each and every single one. Hypothetically, that is, if she both had the time and had a giant mountain of exactly those books right beside her. That style of armor is no 'simple protection' or 'sign of a warrior', it is a sign of who you are. She remembered some history she learnt as a child: many thousands of years ago: suits of armor would be inherited from parent to child, with each new set of shoulders to bear the 'wearable shield of honor' would come a new inscription: a new mark. In those families that held this tradition, the suit, the symbol of their family, it would have marvelous markings through-out.
"Beware."
Lastly, as for the history yet to be wrote, everyone's favorite Arcosian Empress would probably just, out of the blue, start reading poetry for another two reasons. The first one is to simply annoy Zucceta, while the second reason simply being this: Zucceta could do with some things other than the mindless slaughter she's used to. A toddler could tell you what 'history yet to be wrote' means, a toddler! But, alas, Wyntre had no access to Zucceta's mind, just like Zucceta had no access to her's. But then again, she wouldn't want access to Zucceta's mind: by no means would she like to know what horrible, sick things lie in there. She would like no part in knowing what horrible table-manners she has or what she does in her spare time.
Wyntre sped forwards for a punch, but- what was this? It was, alas, a feint: a distraction to occur as Wyntre's tail would smash directly into Zucceta's back.

(I don't think non-tech attacks are 33%, hence the need for an n1 melee tech for that purpose)
It was a good thing Zucceta wasn't a mind reader, or else she might have drowned in the Empress's mental flatulence; perhaps she would even have wished for her own cessation. Clearly, Wyntre was overconfident in her intelligence and education compared to Zucceta's; the saiyan was actually a fan of literary works, much like the empress herself, and had even tried her hand at a type of poetry popular in saiyan taverns (although it was a type of epic often violent in nature).
The partially-disabled saiyan rolls her eyes when the head of the Arcosian Empire begins to cite some bureaucratic regulation nonsense, presumably something she had implemented in the transition from the 'Planet Trade'. She allows herself to refocus once the Arcosian had ceased her melodrama.
The arcosian barrels towards her in what was an obvious feint. Zucceta knocks aside the thrown punch with the back of her mechanical prosthetic, before shifting backwards and meeting the tail, sliding with the impact, lessening the destructive force of the blow. She keeps her balance from the blow, and smirks, before raising her right hand to Wyntre's face, fingers unfurled.
She squints, before uttering the famous words: "Solar Flare!"
Blinding white light erupts from her fingers in that instant, with the intent of both disabling Wyntre's vision and causing her an intense amount of (temporary) pain.

((Sure thing.))
Perhaps it might have been a good thing if Wyntre had been a mind-reader for whatever reason and for whatever other reason she would not have questioned how. In the hypothetical 'discussion' and all of its surprises, Wyntre would be very happy to know that Zucceta had, at least, learnt at least the very basics of one of the most barbaric, simple types of war-poetry known to the Universe.
As for the blatant disregard concerning the armor, Wyntre would sigh. Zucceta could not saved from her absolute ignorance. Wyntre had no part in implementing what aren't even rules. The culture concerning the making and traditions of armor are only this: culture and traditions. Neither, and this is to be added, did Wyntre add the 'Bureaucratic Regulation Nonsense' to anything. The Official Battle Regulations (or more commonly referred to simply as either the Battle Regulations or the OBR) had been in place for at least five-hundred years. Aren't hypotheticals such fun?
Oh, her feint was doomed to fail, she had accepted that from the start. She was never good at feinting because she had never learnt how to. Why this had been is simply because she views it, correctly, as lying. It's dishonest, dishonorable and could be considered cheating. So why did she do it? Multiple reasons, really. Firstly, she thought Zucceta would think highly enough of her to not use such a dirty trick that her Saiyan friends would have used (namely Orache and Orion) every second attack. Secondly, she decided she may as well learn in a serious battle environment where defeat would not equal: not that she was expecting this, of course, but the smallest of things can defeat the largest if the largest believes itself large enough to not worry.
"Solar Flare!"
Wyntre had faced opponents using this technique before: thieves, liars and cheaters who hoped to gain an unfair advantage by sidestepping the rules of combat and degenerating into filth. Zucceta was no different. She had been affronted by this technique enough times to, instinctively, close her eyes. She did this, but it was too late... there was a stinging in her eyes as she flew backwards, to the other side of the arena. Here, she would promptly do a whole lot of nothing. Moving her tail to the ground, she would gather her sight and prepare her Death Beam [Tier 2] if, and only if, Zucceta either got in a close proximity or had shot an attack of her own.
"You cheat! I suppose you hadn't read the O.B.R., then. Too bad for you. Huh, here I thought the Saiyans were supposed to be honorable..."

Zucceta smirks as Wyntre flails backwards, her Taiyoken blast piercing the Arcosian's eyes and temporarily blinding her.
Now's the time for action.
Zucceta's body surges with chi as the empress staggers back. Lady Death can feel the arcosian's own chi building; probably smart, in this instance, but indecision in this battle would be fatal. As Wyntre's words roll into Zucceta's ears, she can't help but chuckle at the Arcosian's foolishness, as she quickly closes the distance. "All's fair in love and war, you should know this as Empress; besides, this is not a cheat but a technique!"
And what the hell is an oh beer?
She had under a minute before the blindness would wear off, Zucceta calculated. She had to do as much damage as possible in that time.
A thin, potent red piercer erupts from Wyntre's finger when Lady Death chose to close the distance. It was fortunate that Wyntre was both blind and, distractingly, pained by Zucceta's technique. The blast might've been aimed at Zucceta's head or chest, but in reality it slams painfully into Zucceta's left shoulder, bursting painfully through her armour and exploding the adjacent plate. She groans, blood splashing from a wound, but her momentum continues.
Ki surges into her organic fist, and she aims to slam the swift, heavy punch into the Arcosian's jaw, before following up with a swing around, her body shifting past Wyntre's with a vicious momentum as her mechanical elbow would aim to slam into the back of the Empress's head.
The would-be Saiyan Queen wanted Wyntre to know fear of her people.

((Do you think Durability counts as going above 50k? Not that I'm using it... yet.)) Wyntre's major disadvantage at the time was that her eyes felt like boiling lemon juice was being poured into them. However, Wyntre also had some advantages. First of all, many thieves have tried this before: many have failed. Second of all: Zucceta was likely underestimating her power. That was fine by her. Within only an instant, Wyntre's power increased slightly as her muscles increased in size ever so slightly. This was no longer just half of her Suppressed Form; no, this was slightly more than half. Within the smallest of seconds, she began to use 55% of her power. If Zucceta had her scouter at the ready, it would read '48,080PL', giving the Empress an increase of around five thousand Power Level units. "Just because it is a technique does not mean it is a cheat. Do you understand, or does even this logic escape you?" Yes, perhaps Wyntre was mostly blind, but she could still see her Death Beam move straight through Zucceta's left shoulder: the very same attached to the Furiosa prosthetic. Perhaps... perhaps Wyntre could utilize the weakness in that joint to cause great pain in Zucceta. Perhaps. Moving into a defensive stance, she hardened her defenses, although not so much as what she could have. She gets damaged, quite a lot, by a heavy punch into her jaw and then again by a elbow to the back of her head. Although, the latter attack did not actually do as much, especially on the higher portion. It all depended on where Zucceta attacked: as it is common knowledge, bio-gems are unusually hard. Wyntre would be happy knowing that perhaps the artificial arm would have at least some sort of (completely flavored) damage. After this, Wyntre would do her best to translate and focus her irritated anger into a trip from behind, hopefully tripping Zucceta over for her next attack... [KP+1, 2/3]

Wyntre was mostly blind, to sense and logic. Zucceta hadn't plucked a bottle of acid from somewhere and thrown it into her eyes; she had generated a light using her own ki. Her insistence on Zucceta's "cheat" was intensely irritating to the saiyan warrior. Did David cheat the Goliath by using a stone to knock him down, before cutting off his head on a more equal ground and hoisting his head for all to see?
Zucceta had taken an interest in Earth literature, when she realised she would be on the planet for a more extended duration than she was used to. She was particularly interested in one of their religions; their god was very saiyan-like.
Lady Death did not underestimate the empress's strength; she could feel her chi, felt it quickly increase by a notable measure. She frowns momentarily, before chuckling. It was, nevertheless, a winnable fight, and greater adversity would only make it more interesting. She would just have to choose her attacks more cautiously than versus a fighter of equal ki strength.
Her fist crunches into Wyntre's jaw satisfactorily, an instant purple swelling of bruises upon the Changeling queen's face from her blow. She continues her momentum and curls her mechanical implement, the elbow rapidly swinging backwards. The elbow collides with the bio-gem, her arm vibrating from the impact; as Wyntre herself had mused, it is common knowledge that the bio-gems are slightly harder than other parts of the Arcosian biology, and Zucceta had fought a couple of others in her galactic circuit. However, she doubted that the bio-gem would simply shrug off a blow from her Furiosa; it might not look like much, but the arm was constructed from a hyper-dense alloy forged in the experimental gravity furnaces of the suspicious Para-Sol Corporation operating out of Earth.
If Wyntre's bio-gems were harder than the rest of her, so was Zucceta's prosthetic. The trade-off was, she couldn't shoot normal ki from the arm, instead only capable of an inefficient (but none-the-less deadly) channeling of ki that heats it until the air in front of the hand combusts.
Zucceta internally sets herself the goal of shattering Wyntre's bio-gem before she kills the Arcosian.
Wyntre's leg sweep manages to trip the saiya-jin; instead of wasting time trying to right herself, she rolls with the fall, instead thrusting her right hand forwards and releasing a white ki blast, her fingers crackling with energy. All the while, she can't remove the grin from her face. This was what life was about.
The fight.

If Wyntre was a mind-reader, yet she did not question this for reasons that had been covered previously, she would have sighed. The definition of cheat, what was it again? Oh, yes. act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage. Not only does the 'Solar Flare' technique fit into the category of an cheat-technique better than a hot knife can cut through half-melted butter, but it wouldn't be very much of a far stretch to correctly state that 'plucking a bottle of acid' and throwing it into her eyes would be a lot more fair than the Solar Flare technique. Not only is a bottle of acid so very obvious that it would give you ages to respond, not only would the pathetic acid do very little, but it would it be momentarily-easy to dodge. Wyntre was never blind to sense and logic, but only now, again, was she not blind to the physical things surrounding her. Whoever David or Goliath was (was silly non-food related names!), they would matter little. However, no, David did not cheat, at least according to the little available knowledge Wyntre had gotten. It, of course, would have been if David had blinded Goliath with the Solar Flare technique.
Wyntre, again, would hypothetically congratulate Zucceta on her interests in literature as she began to wonder how the statement concerning how saiyan-like one of their gods was relevant, soon to be followed by Wyntre believing she had figured it out. Zucceta believed religion had strong ties to literature. How humorous. Sure, the two were very linked, but by no means strongly. No, the day the two would be strongly linked is the day literature falters and dies for various different reasons. But yes, despite this, Wyntre would have to agree. Their gods certainly would be very Saiyan-like. Yes, many earth gods have a tendency for such mad things as incest, having sex while disguised as animals, rape, senseless violence and drowning countless cute kittens for the hell of it. The similarities, excluding power, are endless.
Zucceta did not make any noticeable marks marks on any of the Empress' biogems unless you looked and focused on the area for a while, in which case you'd see multiple minuscule scuff marks. Just because it didn't look like it hurt much, however, by no means disqualifies the possibility of actual pain. Zucceta didn't need to know that, though. Wyntre, as I had likely mentioned previously, was very good at differentiating what she feels on the inside and what she does on the outside. If Zucceta believed life was all about fighting, Wyntre would suppose that would explain how closed the saiyan's mind was to things that might be worth your time: for example, theoretical quantum physics.
Wyntre gathered red energy on her finger as she prepared one of her signature techniques: the Death Beam. Almost immediately after, a thin, piercing beam of red would follow out, strike through the ki blast, and than head directly into Zucceta's heart. That is, unless something was done about it...
"I have a proposal. How about we both disregard the silly fifty thousand Power Level rule maximum and go full power against each other without masking our powers? It wasn't a part of the OBR, anyway. How about it?" she would say. However, if Zucceta would simply die, she wouldn't. That would just be silly.

If Zucceta was a mind-reader, she'd have long realised Wyntre continuously missed the point. The definition of cheating was to break a rule. A Solar Flare was not dishonest or unfair by any law of combat. It was not an external weapon that Zucceta had snuck into the battle, like a theoretical bottle of acid, that, again, Wyntre would have missed the point of the comparison. It was a martial arts technique generated by her own ki. Zucceta, in this scenario, was the David to Wyntre's Goliath; Wyntre had access to more power, so Zucceta needed to use her wits to gain the advantage. There was nothing unfair about that, and both warriors should know that.
Religion's power over entire communities entirely depended on works of literature, and their translations, and the meanings men derived from their passages. There would be no large groups of religion without the constant revision of religious texts. And it was not gods which wrote these texts, but men. Zucceta would have shrugged off Wyntre's racism, and besides, she was particularly referring to the Christian God of the old testament; a bloodthirsty cleanser of ethnicities, unforgiving, genocidal, sadomasochistic, malevolent. In fact, it echoed both traditional saiyan AND arcosian policies.
Zucceta would respond that a Queen ought to have bigger worries than theoretical quantum nonsense; for instance, the imminent destruction of their galactic empire. What good is the knowledge of the nature of matter when your people are burning? Besides, the sport of battle was a majestic pursuit, bloodshed or no; Wyntre's own mastery of battle confirmed her own support of Zucceta's view.
Lady Death had barely the time to respond to the energy gathering at Wyntre's finger, less in the instant it was released. The red blast shoots towards the saiyan in an instant, with a power greater than her weighted form. She had seconds to raise her arms, the organic one covered by the prosthetic.
The death beam punctures through the Furiosa, easily, but a lot of its power was lost. The death beam shoots through Zucceta's right arm, blood spraying out, but by the time it reaches her chest it only has the power to throw her backwards. She tumbles, crashing into the ground, the force of a huge punch exploding on her chest, causing her central armour piece to crack.
She slowly pulls herself to her feet. She attempts to flex her metal fingers; the digits do not shift. She growls, before offering up a smile; she reaches around with her wounded right arm, wincing as a trickle of blood continues to spurt from her Death Beam-pierced limb, unplugging the prosthetic's tension cable from her shoulder, before squeezing down on the higher part of the arm and pulling the broken arm from her nub. She throws the gravity-forged prosthesis onto the ground. "Not bad. That'll be a pain to fix up."
The saiyan warrior catches her breath as she hears Wyntre's proposal, her smile slowly spreading across her face. Sure, she only had one working arm, now, but the restriction of her weights on her native ki was a clear irritation to Lady Death. "That'd be a pleasure, empress."
She quickly pulls the bands off of her legs and arm; with each removal, her power spikes until reaching a comfortable 129,800. She'd allow the Arcosian to power up, in kind.

Empress Wyntre did not need to be a mind-reader to know what Zucceta would be thinking if she did, indeed, have that power to read minds. The definition of cheat Zucceta had nearly hypothetically gotten correct. The correct definition she was likely trying to state, however, was as such: 'to violate rules or regulations', which, Wyntre would hypothetically admit, was pretty close. However, not only does it leave many technicalities in the dark, it also leaves many other definitions. However, let's look at another definition: 'to practice fraud or deceit'. This should be very common knowledge.
But let's put that aside for just one hypothetical moment. If we, now, assumed that the definition of cheating was as Zucceta hypothetically stated ('to break a rule'), than let us analyze if or if not Solar Flare counts as a cheat. Yes, it does break a rule. A few actually. A few rules of the O.B.R. and a few other rule systems. By now, Wyntre would hypothetically be regretting not having went over the rule system before the battle. Again, Zucceta would be missing the fact that just because the 'Solar Flare' is a technique, this does not, by any means, rule out it breaking the rules. If Zucceta hypothetically didn't want the point to be missed she shouldn't have made it such a horrible point with an example much worse.
This whole David and Goliath example wasn't very good, or at least Wyntre would have hypothetically thought. If a battle is unfair, than it is best to formally request for the other participant to match it by suppressing their power, for yourself to transform (perhaps) and then suppress any more power you would have over the enemy or you could give the foe some sort of disadvantage, but this disadvantage should not be 'inflicted' during the battle, as it is unfair. If Zucceta wanted a fair fight, she should have requested Wyntre suppress her power further. It's simple hypothetical etiquette. However, if you think Wyntre should have matched Zucceta's power, let it be known that she did. If you think Wyntre should have matched her power exactly, than 50% is enough. Wyntre, you see, only gives charity to those who deserve it.
Religion's power over entire communities was in no way entirely dependent on literature or any of its translations. The vast majority of belief was spoken and passed down from generation to generation. Wyntre hypothetically supposed her previously theoretical comments had been rash and rude, she would apologize for this, but nothing mentioned, sadly, was not true. This was not after, however, the claim that the god (the very same Wyntre would have to admit she had never heard of) is similar to Arcosian policy. If Zucceta was referring to traditional Arcosian policy, than Wyntre would have to admit with the righteous pride caused by the monumental changes in the ranks. She didn't know how much more political pressure she could handle...
Next, Wyntre would hypothetically be flattered that Zucceta had stated that she was a master of battle, perhaps thanking Zucceta, before she would state that this is not the case. Wyntre was not a master of battle, as such. Rather, she is natural prodigy that is moderately-versed in the art of battle. Besides, Wyntre would be sad to know the confirmed ignorance of Zucceta. It was not 'theoretical quantum nonsense', although it can be considered theoretical from the hypotheticality of the situation. However, it should be added that it is not nonsense, either. The perfect beauty of the universe is entwined with all else at all angles. What use is some petty battle skills or hair-dye alternatives going to be to you, really? The Universe was not meant for us. We simply just happened to be formed due to an advanced series of events. What use it defeating your enemy when the best that could be done is to watch and to understand?
Wyntre wouldn't really expect Zucceta to understand the entire concept from such a sort description, but even hypothetical situations must end. Her Death Beam punctured the foe as Wyntre became content with her aiming skills. As Zucceta tumbled and crashed, Wyntre stood, not quite looking at her enemy, but rather her and everything around her. It was nice, however, to see a foe genuinely smile in something other than madness. Wyntre gave back a pleasant smile as the artificial arm was removed. "Thank you," she responded calmly, already thinking up what to do, now that Zucceta had taken up her offer. She decided against transforming at the current time originally, but rather decided against it.
With a simply and sudden bang of energy, a glaringly-large purple aura with seemingly liquid qualities surrounded Wyntre as the transformation begun. Within mere seconds, her entire torso doubled in size, her limbs and head where very soon to follow. The horns atop her head bent, almost forcingly, and her overall size was a little over double that of which it was prior. Enter, Brute-Form Wyntre. She was suppressing her energy, however, using only 30% of her Brute Form power, or 150% of her Suppressed Form. If Zucceta had a scouter, it would read 134,127PL.
"Give me your all!"

((Sorry for mixing up past and present tenses. Does transforming cost any KP?))
