”Muahaha!!! Consider this roof to be officially conquered!” came ROSE’s triumphant cry from the roof of the two-storied former hotel she called home. The android’s hands were proudly placed on her hips as she stood there and looked down at the Ryashi that had just slithered out the main double doors. Nai-Ran chuckled as she waved up to the green-haired girl. ROSE had just finished re-shingling the roof and was apparently having another one of her ‘moments’. In the short time that she had known the synthetic oddball, the young woman had gotten used to how eccentric she was. There was definitely a certain charm to it.
Things were going rather smoothly for what used to be the Prickly Pear Inn. Nai-Ran had successfully acquired the deed from South Capitol after yet another unpleasant boat ride to the island it sat upon. ROSE stuck around as promised, and actually made the old hotel look inhabitable again by the time that the Ryashi had returned. She was awfully efficient for just one small android. It was actually quite amazing how much she was able to accomplish by herself in such a short amount of time.
Nai-Ran had been helping where she could now that she was back. However, for the most part she had just been overseeing what needed to be done and ordering the supplies for each task. Her new friend seemed to have everything else just about covered. ”Point me to my next foe! I will dominate it and make it submit to me just like the rest! It will rue the day that it thought it could stand against ROSE the Destroyer!” the petite android practically roared out from her perch on top of the building. Nai-Ran smiled and casually waved her challenge away. ”Excellent work, ROSE,” she called up to the roof. ”I think that’s good for now until we receive the next batch of supplies that was ordered. Why don’t you take a break for now?” The android grinned and plopped down cross-legged on the roof, pulling a comic book from one of the pockets of her fluffy, white apron. ”Teehee! Whatever you say, boss-lady!” she cheered before burying her face in the book’s pages.
Nai-Ran gazed up at ROSE for a moment before shrugging her shoulders. That girl was practically obsessed over those comic books of hers. They were even how she asked to be compensated for all of her hard work whenever Nai-Ran had the resources to do such a thing. Well, comic books and one other thing. That girl wasn’t only be infatuated with her comics; she was nearly as enamored with cake of all things. The Ryashi didn’t even know that she could eat in the first place! Apparently ROSE was just full of surprises.
The serpentine lass turned to re-enter the hotel and started slithering towards the newly remodeled kitchen area. Perhaps she would try her hand at baking again since there wasn’t much else to do at the moment. If ROSE wanted to be payed in cake so badly, she figured she might as well attempt to make one herself. It’s not like she could just ‘make’ a comic book, after all. Unfortunately, she hadn’t had much success when it came to baking. Cooking on an open flame was one thing. The young woman could just toss a chunk of meat on a spit and flavor whatever her prey had been however she wanted depending on what had on her. It was so much easier than baking! She didn’t have to be nearly as precise! Still, as much as she dreaded pulling another black pile of mush out of the oven accompanied by the billowing dark smoke that would surely fill the room, this was the only way she knew to get better at something. It would be a good skill to develop with someone like ROSE around.

Bing had been travelling down a road made of Eggs for what Seemed like hours. His feet were covered in Yolk and regret. He thought back to the Bet he made with Donatsu: "I bet you 500 Zeni I can make it to the other end of this Egg road without going 'Yuck'" "You'll never pull that off! It's a deal!" That deal was made hours ago, and he was still doing just fine. There were a Few moments here and there were he said "gross" or "eww" but never "Yuck". He had neared the end of the road where he found a Nice Waffle Hotel. He walked up gleefully to see a Ginger-BreadWoman on the Roof reading through a Cookbook...
Bing awoke with a sneeze. It seemed that whatever Strange dream he was having lead him to a Hotel in the middle of a Desert, where a Small Green-haired girl was Reading a Book on the Roof. Bing took a moment to look around to see it was really far from much of anything. Just Desert as far as the eye can see. He looked up at the girl and yelled "Excuse Me, could you tell me where I am?"

This was awesome! ROSE knew that after hibernating for so long, there would be a lot to catch up on with some of her favorite series, much like issue #113 of Universe Squad that she was currently all wrapped up in. Was it just her, or was the writing a lot more amazing than she remembered it? The Universe Squad, currently lead by The Comet since their usual leader was temporarily put out of commission in their last fight with Dr. Drone, were deep in the underground base of the evil alien army that had taken control of over 12 planets so far. Half of the squad had been captured while the other half were on a stealth mission to try to set them free. ROSE continued read on with wide eyes as The Comet got jumped by a group of soldiers that were patrolling the base. How was he going to get out of this one?! She reached out to turn the page, her hand trembling with anticipation.
”Hmm?” ROSE snapped out of it as she heard a voice coming from below her. The green haired girl slowly lowered comic from in front of her face to see a man with dark hair standing in front of the building. She lightly bit her lower lip and glanced back at the book. Oh, how she desperately wanted to keep going! The Comet was depending on her to keep turning the pages so his story could go on! Alas, it simply could not be! She had duties to attend to! With a heavy heart, she closed the book and returned it to the pocket in her apron.
With that little bit of drama out of the way, the girl bounced to the edge of the roof and waved down to the man who had interrupted her. ”Hey there! You just so happen to be in the Diablo Desert!” she shouted cheerily. ROSE then paused for a moment and tapped lightly on her cheek. ”Unless you mean what this building is called. It used to be the Prickly Pear Inn. Now, I’m not so sure. Hmm...”
Giving absolutely no warning, ROSE leapt off the roof and landed gracefully a few feet away from the man. Without missing a beat, she skipped over to one of the windows and threw them open, which might have looked a bit odd since she was opening it from the outside. With how long she had worked in that building and given her personality, the girl had surely managed stranger tasks. ”Heeeeey boss-lady! Question for ya! What’re we callin’ this place?” the girl called out.
Nai-Ran, who had been looking around kitchen for ingredients with a troubled look on her face, perked up as she heard ROSE shouting from outside. What was she going on about? That was a strange question to ask out of the blue. The Ryashi had already told the girl that it was going to be more of a home than a hotel. Hopefully she wasn’t trying to start up some sort of side project. The serpentine lass wasn’t sure what her mind might have cooked up for an independent job like that. While ROSE knew how to run the building far better than she, the idea of leaving her to her own devices was still a little scary.
”This place doesn’t really have a name,” Nai-Ran answered loudly as she slithered out of the kitchen. When she reached the open window, she saw that ROSE was accompanied by what appeared to be a human. He kind of looked like he could pass for a Saiyan with his dark hair and eyes, but she saw no tail. ”Oh! Hello there,” Nai-Ran greeted from the window with a small bow before moving to slither outside to join them. ”You don’t see many people in the desert. What brings you all the way out here, stranger? If you’re looking for the hotel that used to be here, I’m afraid it went out of business long ago.”

The Small girl had jumped down and yelled into the Window of the Hotel, which caused a incited a Loud Reply from inside. The Woman from inside had come to the front and Greeted Bing. He was about to return the pleasantries but then he Noticed her Snake-like lower half. "Wow, A Half-Serpent! It's an honor to meet you Miss! My Name's Bing, what's yours?" He said with an overly drawn-out Bow. Bing turned and bowed to the Small Apron Wearing woman as well.
Bing took a small moment to Sense the two Girls Ki. The Serpent woman was Very Strong but she had a Kind Aura to her. The Little Girl he couldn't sense however, He assumed she was an Android similar to Vipoi.
"A Half-Serpent is an honor? Last time you met a Full-Serpent It threw you into a Volcano and Tried to Kill you." Tang Said. he was sitting on the Roof, Flipping through a ghostly version of the Girls comic Book. "It's clear to me that She Is a very nice Person, If she wasn't she would have tried to Kill me already" Bing replied with a Confident Tone. "Whatever you say boy, I'll be up here if you need me." Tang disappeared from view.
"So miss, tell me why Is It you decided to make a Hotel in the Desert? I assume It must be quite difficult to get supplies for a place so out of the way." Bing asked Curiously, He hadn't seen many hotels to be perfectly honest so maybe this was the style for them.
Suddenly, Bings stomach growled Violently. "You wouldn't happen to have any food would you? I'll gladly pay for it" He checked his Pouch to find he was running awfully low on Zeni, he hoped it Wouldn't cost too much.

[Heavy Weight, ki-supressing: power level sensable:7]
Wearing his turtle master dogi with his weighted closer under it, Daiki was, as ever, training a bit, flying around the Earth, both training and looking for something interesting to happen. Were is everybody today? I didn't feel anything going on today, maybe everyone is having a relaxing day... or maybe everyone is using the ki-supression.... who know... Daiki though as he was flying above a desert known as the Diable Desert. the heat wasn't bothering Daiki, it was even pleasing him at some point, but the lifeless infinite ocean of sand was making him unconfortable, and unfortunately, there was two power level close to him, one he already felt, that guy with the snake school, and another, much stronger, standing next to him, a power surprisingly close to Daiki's, what took his attention and set his adventure for the day. Lets go see what kind of people live in this desert. He though heading to the power's location.
Getting closer, Daiki noticed a big building was surrounding the two power level, so one of them was literally living in the desert, and with an house that was competiting with Wyntre's ship in beauty. ''Wow, its really something i didn't expect in a desert... now i'm even more curious about who is that high power level beside the Snake guy... wasn't Bing his name?'' Daiki though while enterring the building, seaching for the people he was looking for, those with the hightest power level. He finally end up landing in the middle of a conversation with three person, when Bing was talking, he didn't talked, waiting for the man to finish what he was saying to introduce himself. Daiki looked closely at the girl Bing was talking to, a snake-woman, must be a literal godess to the man who was almost praying snakes with his technique and martial art's school. Daiki already saw someone like this, his name was Sha-ung, someone he had a spar with back when he was much weaker, so he knew the woman's power level could grow hugely, especially in desert. The human finally finished to talk, it was Daiki's turn some sort of. ''Hi Bing, Hi miss.'' He said saluting Bing and the other girl before turning back to the snake-lady with a wide smile. ''Hi, my name is Daiki, Daiki Iranos, i was wondering what kind of living could carry such a power, pardon my intrusion.'' Daiki said politely toward the woman. ''Is that building yours miss? Its really impressive i have to admit, even if i don't really like desert, this is a masterpiece of a manor, you can be proud of it.'' He simply said looking back at the surrounding for a second before turning back to the woman with a friendly and innocent look, she will probably think he is a weak saiyan, and it was pretty much the point of it, he wanted to see if strong people would show respect to a weakling like he was appearing to be.

[Heavy Weights Equipped]
"There, that should do it" Kouda grumbled to himself as finished twisting a bolt into the sand speeder he was working on. The last time he had tried to make a sand speeder, he crashed after trying to leap over a dune with it.
"Then it didn't help when that Majin found me" Kouda thought, making sure the new suspension was connected right.
The fight with the majin Komoto had left his sand speeder in shambles. He hadn't tried rebuilding it since now that he and his associates were very busy. Kouda rarely ever had time to simply relax alone. He had flown from the hideout earlier that day, carrying a large satchel brimming with sand speeder parts and tools. Kouda wanted to find a new place of solitude to work on the speeder so he had traveled to the Diablo Desert since he was growing quite fond of Earth's warm deserts as opposed to the frigid wastelands of Arcose he had grown up in. When he had arrived in the unfamiliar desert, he set his satchel down and began to reconstruct the sand speeder. Soon after, the machine was rebuilt and he would finally test his work. He slid a pair of goggles over his eyes as his tail whipped the ignition of the speeder. In merely 3 seconds, the speeder shot out into the desert at a dizzying speed.
His work seem to have paid off as the machine rode smoothly through the sea of orange dunes. Off in the horizon he spotted a large structure looming above the tallest dunes. It must be a ancient ruin of some kind, he thought. On his flight towards the desert, he saw no signs of civilization. Kouda decided to ride by the structure to get a better glimpse however he would stay at a cautious distance.
As he got closer, he now saw that the structure was a modern renovated building. Odd. It's all the way out here, he thought. Then he saw movement on the roof as what appeared to be a human girl was playing on the roof and shouting to someone nearby. Now he certainly would need to stay away from this place. The last thing he wanted was to catch their attention. As he tried to steer away from the building, the machine began malfunctioning and caused him to drive straight towards the building. Kouda frantically pounded at the buttons on the console in front of him before finally pulling the lever that was hanging off the side of the speeder. The rusted lever snapped in half in his claw. He leaped off the speeder before the machine was heading straight towards the side of the building where it would crash. Kouda spread his wings and began flying towards the building at full speed but he was too far away now to stop the runaway sand-speeder.

Post by Nai-Ran on Apr 7, 2015 22:32:07 GMT
Did the man just call her a half serpent? Nai-Ran tilted head to side and raised eyebrow at the visitor. He seemed awfully excited by her presence for some reason. It was an odd reaction to say the least. It was still better than being terrified though. ”I suppose that’s one way to put it.” It’s true that they had serpentine features, but her species had a name. ”It’s nice to make your acquaintance, Bing. I am Nai-Ran, though I’m no ‘half serpent’. I’m merely a Ryashi,” she corrected him after returning the introduction.
”The hotel isn’t originally mine. Its previous owners abandoned it long ago. As you said, it’s a bit out of the way. Most humans aren’t too comfortable in this kind of climate, so I’m guessing that a lack of visitors had something to do with it. It’s not a problem for my kind. I simply decided to move in since it wasn’t in use. Just because it was built as a hotel doesn’t mean it has to be used as one, after all,” the young woman explained. It was true that supplies took a little while to be delivered, but so far it had been a rather nice investment. It really wasn’t any more complicated than that.
Bing’s stomach growled before he could say anything else. It appeared to be a bit of a common problem, as many of her recent conversations seemed to have been interrupted in a similar fashion. It made Nai-Ran glad that her species only needed one meal per day. Father would never approve of such noises coming from her. The serpentine lass looked back at the front doors. She had yet to really use the kitchen area for anything other than her last couple of failed baking attempts. ”I suppose I could see what we have on hand. However, as I said, this place is now my home rather than a place of business. Feeding my guests doesn’t require payment. It’s simply the sign of a decent hostess,” she insisted with a warm smile.
As Nai-Ran began to turn to re-enter the former hotel, yet another new face entered the scene. For a failed business that was out in the middle of nowhere, this place sure was popular. The new person came from the sky, as many did who knew how to fight on this world. From the way he talked, he was apparently already acquainted with Bing. Unlike her first guest, this one was quite obviously a Saiyan from the tail that he had. He introduced himself as Daiki and was drawn there due to the power he had sensed. Wait, was he referring to her? Of course Nai-Ran knew how to handle herself in a fight, but she didn’t think she was especially tough. She might have to do something about that in the future if she was kind of like a beacon to those seeking out the strong. While she enjoyed the company, she never knew what kind of people would draw in.
”It’s a pleasure to meet you, Daiki. There’s no need to worry about intruding; I enjoy the company. My name is Nai-Ran,” she introduced herself to the new visitor. He then proceeded to compliment her new home. ”Thank you for your kind words. Though, there’s not much for me to be proud of. I merely bought the deed after the previous owners abandoned it. The one truly deserving of praise for this is-,” she began to answer as she motioned to the green-haired android, before being interrupted by said android.
”Nice to meet’cha! Welcome to Fort ROSE!” ROSE announced with a playful grin. Nai-Ran froze, giving the girl a confused look. ”Huh? Fort ROSE?” she repeated quietly. The android gave a triumphant nod. ”Well, you said it didn’t have a name. I decided to fix that by calling it Fort ROSE! It’s got a nice ring to it.” The Ryashi thought about it for a few moments before shrugging her shoulders. If she really wanted to call it that, Nai-Ran didn’t have any issues with it. ROSE might have been the only one referring to it as such though. ”Anyway, you can call me ROSE! Just like this building! It’s only fitting since...” the green-haired android trailed off as strange sound filled the area. It sounded like a motor.
”Oh dear, do we have more visitors? This place certainly got lively in a hurry, didn’t it?” Nai-Ran commented with a smile. As the sound got louder, she could tell it was coming from the left side of the building. The two women looked over just in time to see a sand speeder careening towards the side of the building. Its rider had leapt from it moments ago. Before Nai-Ran had any time to react, ROSE narrowed her eyes at the offending vehicle. ”Oh HELL no!” she growled. The robotic caretaker wasn’t having any of that!
ROSE dashed over to the out of control speeder and leapt in between it and the building it was zooming towards. She bent her knees so that her center of mass was low to ground. Her arms were out, ready to deal with the speeder. Once it was close enough, the girl latched onto the front end, crunching a tiny bit of the metal that made up the frame in the palms of her hands. There was a murderous look in her eyes. ”No! None of that! Do you know how long I spent cleaning up the spot you’re about to ruin?!” the petite girl barked. She then heaved both arms upwards and sent the vehicle flying straight up into the air. It came back down moments later, crashing atop a near-by dune. ”Hmm... Now that I think about it, it didn’t really take me all that long, did it? Oh well, it’s the principle of the thing!” she grumbled to herself. The android dusted off her apron and flashed a big grin towards the man that had jumped from it. She had done a complete 180 shift in personality now that the building was no longer in danger. ”Sorry ‘bout your bike! It needed to be taught a lesson!”
Nai-Ran watched her companion with wide eyes. That was the first time she had ever seen ROSE behave in such a manner. She hadn’t been kidding when she said she had an attachment to the former hotel. ”Well, I wasn’t wrong when I said things were getting lively, was I?” she spoke with somewhat of a nervous laugh to Bing and Daiki. The young woman turned her gaze to the speeder’s fallen rider. ”Sir? Are you alright over there?”

Bing looked at Nai-Ran curiously "A Ryashi? Very Intriguing" He studied her and the Hotel more closely. Before he could really pay much attention Daiki had appeared, Bing waved to him happily. "Ah Daiki! It's a pleasure to see you again. What brings you to the desert?" Bing was glad he had met a Nice Saiyan, and meeting him again was certainly a coincidence, Seeing as last time they met was in the Frozen Tundra. ROSE spoke up, labeling the Building as Fort ROSE. "I think that's a fine name, Although It does sound a bit Medieval." He thought On It a bit more but his Thoughts were once again Interrupted as a brand new face that was heading for them.
The Strange Man was riding a vehicle of some Kind, he was going much too fast and Abandoned ship. ROSE had reacted quicker than anyone else, and Stopped the Machine In It's tracks and then flung It skywards, Causing it to crash into a nearby Dune. "Well done Rose, Quick thinking like that Is certainly useful." Bing looked over to the Man who seemingly grew wings when he had Jumped away. He wasn't giving off a particularly Strong Energy, but It was most certainly Stronger than most.
So many strange things are happening, First I meet an alien who Is half-Serpent. Then a Nice Saiyan I had met in the Tundra appears in the Desert and now a Winged man just jumped off a Bike and a little Robot Girl caught It and threw It a mile high! what have I gotten myself into?

Rabu dead tired from trying to pick up ladies at a town much far away from where he was now,he got kicked out from the city for picking up too much ladies. Oh so he wished,Rabu was more like harassing them. He was walking the empty desert,no food and no ladies, the sun was beating on him it was too hot. He needed somewhere to stay,he wanted to comb his silver hair the most it was too out of control. Sweat was dripping down from his chin, when the sweat dropped on the sand of this desert it'd evaporate immediately.
Rabu was gonna die out here if he didn't find a place soon,he fell on the hot sands of the desert thinking he lost it. Rabu sees a place out in the distance he didn't know if it was a mirage,or not but he had to try.As he got closer It seemed like it looked like a hotel,he rushes towards the hotel hast-fully,He also sees a lady. Perfect, ladies and living the perfect thing for Rabu he got there and noticed that the sexy lady. Was a giant half human half snake thing,Rabu didn't like weird thing but he did like living.
"Hey baby nice too meet you but,do you got any water too offer." As he gave this snake beast a sexy look, got on one knee, and gave her a half dead rose. Rabu would never try and get with this thing, but he assumed this was her place,as he seen her slithering out. He also seen Bing a good dear friend of his,so if snake lady didn't have anything Bing definitely would. Either way he was happy he wasn't dead out in the desert, and here interacting with people. "I hope this snake girl will take my rose and offer me inside for some coffee,uh water yeah water." Rabu thought to himself.

“I’m lost ain’t I..?”
Ryuko asks himself; he wasn't surprise that this had occurred since his sense of direction was just as bad as his map reading skills. Floating around the wasteland with his map out, a light cigarette in his mouth and of course his one strap bag pack around his waist; he searches around, looking for an land marks that could at the very least hint his current location.
“This feels a little hopeless…I really need to avoid flying too far away from home..”
Taking a draw from his cigar, the lad press forward scanning for something helpful even though it was getting a little late; he was even thinking that he might have to set up a camp until day break. Racing through the desert, it had already been more than an hour since he got himself lost and has yet to make any real progress.
Coming to a sudden halt; he notice a light as if someone actually lives out here. Strange enough, the map doesn't say anything about a building or a town located out here, “That’s new..Hopefully they’re friendly…”, flicking away his cigar before heading to that direction. Taking his time to gliding through the air, he wishes not to rush into something that might not be good for his health at all.
Once he was in range, he started to lose altitude until he lands a little distance away from the group; approaching them with an calm facial expression though he was cautious, he swiftly examines the group though he was a little surprise since they had a serpent with them, “Is that a humanoid serpent—I mean, hello.”, tilting his hat to show a little respect and a type of acknowledgment.
His map was still visual since he didn't bother to hide it away, “Sorry if I’m interrupting anything but where am I? I’m kinda…Lost..”.
Admitting that he was bad with directions, the lad rolls up the map then slides it in a holder like pocket on his bag, “I know what I’m going to do the moment I get the chance when i'm home..Get a scouter...”, he thought to himself.

Kouda steadied himself on to his feet as his speeder went spiraling towards the strange building.
A child leaped from the roof and stopped the speeding vehicle with a single strike. She then tossed the speeder across the air where it landed atop a faraway dune. He had now caught the attention of the building's inhabitants.
"Damn, I didn't want this to happen..." Kouda grumbled.
He tucked his wings and arms beneath his red cloak and made his way toward the building. If he were to flee, it would draw too much suspicion especially after almost destroying their building.
The girl apologized to him as he approached.
"The speeder would have been destroyed if it had crashed into your structure. The damn contraption's fate was inevitable however I am pleased to see that you saved your building." Kouda said, extending his claw to the child so that she could shake it.
"You must be very fast. And strong, to have stopped my machine. Even I could not have stopped it. You show immense strength for a child. Unless..." Kouda said inquisitively, rubbing his jaw with his hand. He was beginning to suspect that the girl may be synthetic.
Someone from the roof had called out to him to inquire about his safety. Kouda shielded his sight from the sun by placing a claw over his eyes and saw the strange being. The voice had belonged to a serpent-like person who was resting atop the building. Kouda was now very glad that his machine had malfunctioned and stranded him here. He flapped his wings and flew up to the roof to greet the person.
"I assure I am more than alright. This may come off as odd to you but this meeting may have been fate. You see, my people believe that coming across beings that resemble our deity while wandering are good signs or charms."
Kouda looked around curiously at the building and the people around it. A saiyan. A man in a green outfit with an insignia. And another man who was smoking a cigar.
"Ah, then I assume this building must be your shrine and these people are your followers."
Kouda then noticed a saiyan producing a flower to the serpent being.
"Or are these all potential mates pestering you here? You've certainly drawn a crowd. Perhaps you can demonstrate your strength on one of these people. Maybe even on this advancing saiyan. I am far past my age now to provide you a challenge but perhaps one of these strangers can."
Kouda was quite curious now to see how powerful this strange crowd actually was.

Komoto flew around the desert, looking for his boss. The doctor had supposably left to repair the speeder Komoto broke when they first met, a thought quite hilarious to Komoto. Which was why Komoto wanted to find the good doctor, not because something urgent came up, but because Komoto wanted to be a major dick and destroy the speeder once more for sport.
After flying the desert for hours, Komoto found the good doctor riding a speeder, and was about to destroy the speeder, when some child picked it up and through it at a nearby dune. As komoto landed, he saw someone he truly despised, the Saiyan obsessed with flowers that ate komoto's flesh, not once, but twice.
Komoti landed next to Doctor Kouda, with fake concern in his voice, said, "Kouda, are you OK?".... But through komotos mind, he was thinking, "is the speeder still OK to explode? Its not funny otherwise."

((Kouda, nobody's on the roof. ^^ ) Not only had Nai-Ran been correct about things getting livelier, they had apparently only begun to get started. Bing confirmed that he and Daiki knew each other; their interaction hinted that the two of them were on friendly terms with each other. That was a relief. The young woman didn’t want a brawl happening on her doorstep just because of a chance meeting between two enemies. Not that it mattered too much anyway, as Daiki appeared to be busy with other things and quickly went on his way. Had the man merely been scouting out the area? Who knew? Whatever was up with him, Nai-Ran had other visitors to busy herself with, like the fellow with lavender skin that had practically dragged himself up to them. Like most of the people she had encountered on Earth so far, it was obvious at first glance that this new visitor wasn’t quite cut out for desert travel. His face was practically drenched in sweat and he looked absolutely exhausted. ”Baby?” she repeated in confusion, hesitantly accepting the nearly dead plant that he offered her. As if how he carried himself wasn’t enough to tip her off that something was wrong, the way he was acting solidified it. This man was clearly delirious. ”I assure you that I’m no infant, sir. Feel free to come inside though. We have plenty of water here.” The serpentine lass reached behind her with her long tail and pulled open one of the wooden double doors, allowing him entry. Of course, she would follow after him if or when he obliged. That was one of the basic rules of being a decent hostess. Besides, she wasn’t sure if he was of a stable enough mind to find the kitchen area on his own. ROSE probably wouldn’t be too appreciative if she were to go letting strangers wander the halls completely unattended either. As the young woman pulled the door open, yet ANOTHER visitor approached the gradually growing group standing outside of the front entrance. The newest arrival was another Saiyan. Like Bing, he also referred to her as part serpent. This was starting to sound like something she would just need to get used to. Oh well, it was a mild nuisance at worst. ”Greetings traveler. There’s no need to apologize, as you’ve interrupted nothing. You’re in the Diablo Desert, or more specifically...” Nai-Ran trailed off before tossing a quick glance towards the synthetic girl, who was currently dealing with the fellow that had leapt from his vehicle. ”Erm... Fort ROSE, as my companion would call it. Feel free to come inside if you would like a rest while you get your bearings. While we Ryashi might thrive in this kind of heat, not everyone has the same tolerance for deserts.” Hopefully the newest visitor would accept her offer. Since Bing had already requested food and the lavender skinned man was requesting water, it would be easiest for her if all three of them were in the same place. Hospitality was important, but unfortunately she couldn’t be in two places at once. ROSE, on the other hand, was still grinning from ear to ear. It looked like the dark haired man liked how she took care of things. “But of course!” she called back to him with a triumphant look on her face. This Bing guy wasn’t half bad. He had good taste in names and recognized greatness when he saw it. However, she couldn’t concern herself with his excellent comments at the moment. The speeder’s avian-looking rider tucked his wings away and didn’t sound too concerned about crashed vehicle. ROSE happily shook the claw that was offered, though her mouth twisted into a small frown when he observed her. “What? Child? I’m no child,” she corrected him with raised eyebrow. The girl knew she was short, but come on! Ugh, that’s what she got for having a manufacturer who insisted that looking ‘cute’ helped with customer service. Before he could go any further, the feathered man was distracted by Nai-Ran calling out to him and extended his wings once more in order to fly over to her. ROSE felt her eye twitch a little bit. Chances are it wasn’t intentional, but she didn’t like being ignored. Whatever, it was probably better to go rejoin the rest of the group anyway. Nai-Ran looked up from the three visitors she had been speaking with to see the sand speeder’s rider land beside her. It was good to hear that he hadn’t been injured at all. However, she blinked confusedly when she was told that had resembled his deity. Wait... was he somehow connected to Pieter? The half Saiyan that she had met a while back had also had a religious figure that was a serpent. Was he referring to the same deity, or were these two completely separate religions? Her confusion only grew when he came up with two possibly scenarios for what he was seeing. The first was that she really was some sort of religious figure that was in the middle of being worshipped. The second was even more preposterous than the first, in that she was being courted by those that surrounded her. ROSE, who had moved so that she was standing next to Nai-Ran, snorted. The Ryashi could tell that she was trying to hold in a fit of laughter at the idea. The serpentine lass was far too dumbfounded by the avian being’s conclusions to even think about laughing. ”What!? No, I assure you that this is nothing of the sort!” Nai-Ran insisted, hastily shaking her head. ”My name is Nai-Ran, and I’m nothing more than a Ryashi from the planet Appodorra. I’m no deity, and I’m certainly not being courted by anyone.” The mere thought of a non-Ryashi attempting to court her would have likely sent her father into an outrage. It was a good thing that he wasn’t there. ”On top of that, there’s certainly no cause for a fight,” the young woman continued, having regained her composure. ”My home simply doubles as sort of a rest stop for weary travelers. The desert doesn’t feel as welcoming to everyone as it does to my kind.” Hopefully that explanation would be suitable. Though, just as the Ryashi was calming down, yet another guest appeared from the sky to join the group that was standing in front of the former hotel. This one was wearing a mask and dressed in a very dapper fashion. He seemed to know someone there, though the young woman hadn’t the faintest idea who. The only names in that crowd that she knew of were ROSE and Bing, neither of which sounded even remotely like ‘Kouda’. “Oh boy! Another guest! Welcome to Fort ROSE!” the petite android exclaimed happily at his arrival.

Bing looked to Rabu and gasped "Buddy! Are you alright?! Let's get you inside!" He grabbed Rabu by the arm and carried him, following Nai-Ran inside. They made it inside the Cozy cottage and Bing rushed Rabu to the Kitchen. He raced towards the Sink, poured a glass of water for Rabu and sat him down on a nearby chair. He gave the water to Rabu and helped him drink it if he needed. He looked to Nai-Ran, assuming she was in the Kitchen, and apologized profusely. "I'm sorry for barging in before you, I just wanted to make sure He'd be alright." He sat down next to Rabu, stomach growling angrily. Bings face turned a bit red as he looked to Nai-Ran. "Heh, anyways, about that food..."
