Name: Project Stem
Alias: Walker, or "Is that a Walking Tree?"
Species: Bio-Android
Gender: Masculine Personality
Asexual
Age: About a year
Voices:
Imperfect/Semiperfect (Anti-Spiral)
Appearance:
Walker is a strange creature indeed. Standing nearly 9 feet tall, he appears as a smooth, hulking mass of some black substance. Upon closer inspection, it's revealed that he's composed of what appears to be some sort of mutated plant matter. His "Face" does not have any actual features, save for the six glowing eyes that make up the top 2/3rds. When he speaks, however, the bottom part cracks open, revealing a long, hollow hole leading downwards. Appropriately, he sounds like someone speaking through a hollow log. He is built like a very muscular humanoid without all of the skin, the "Muscles" hard to distinguish from tree trunks or roots when examined alone.
For clothing, despite the fact that he has no real need to wear it, he's chosen to adorn himself in almost mystical attire. A deep hood, colored a royal purple, attached to set of shoulder pads and a tabard, adorn his top half. The bottom half appears like a priestly robe, kept on by a thick belt, with slits up the sides to allow his legs room to move. The fabric was originally a crimson color, but has been dyed a deep purple. There is no pattern on it, save for a grey trim on the edges, and a blank circle on the shoulder pads to allow an icon to be placed.
Current Form:
(x11) Qliphoth (Giant, Full Power)
History
Project Stem was an idea that, while interesting, ended up on the long list of very poorly thought out scientific creations. The scientists behind it intended to create a new type of Bio-Android, one that was based not on an insect or humanoid creature, but a plant. Their reasoning was that plants were capable of incredible things, and various traits would be excellent for a weapon. After two years of attempting to get the creature to live, however, they became a bit desperate.
The initial body was created from genetic material take from various quickly growing trees and plants, intending to give the creature regeneration, as well as parasitic plant life. To that mix, they added DNA from initially Namekians, then, when this failed to work, Human, Saiyan, Arcosian and even some animals, like spider. Finally, in sheer desperation, one of them tried adding genetic material from a Demon. This final bit, added to the already chaotic stew of sources, caused it to begin to grow. After some gestation, the "Seed" of Project Stem sprouted, growing from it's bed into a full-fledged sentient being.
Excited, the first scientist to discover it's awakening tried, with no success, to give it directions. The plant-being stared at the man the entire time, utterly confused. In their short-shortsightedness, they had not realized that the creature did not actually understand English, given the lack of any programming to do so. Frustrated, the scientist began trying to move the creature out of the room by pushing. This was the point where Walker discovered he could absorb others, and one missing scientist later, learned to speak. The mess of DNA inside him meant that, while he did not manifest many particular traits of the various species within him, he was quite able to adapt, having a such a rainbow of different colors, it might as well be everything.
Now quite pleased with how he had turned out, he went to inform the colleagues of the man he had absorbed. Two hours later, having gotten no answer beyond terrified screams and attempted terminations, he had still been unable to get a rational word from them. Annoyed, Walker informed them that if they were going to be unreasonable, then he was going to find a more helpful group. Bidding them good day, he acquired some clothing they had prepared, redyeing it to his preference, and left, politely closing the door behind him. It was a bit chilly that day, after all. Since then, he has been wandering, attempting to locate a more helpful organization, and becoming increasingly annoyed with the screams he gets when he tries to have a civil conversation.

[N1] Maw Razor
Description: Raising his hand, Walker shoots forth an arc of energy, jagged and angular like the crack that forms it. It travels straight forward until it hits something, or dissipates.
[UP2] Razor Yggdrasil
Description: Firing his Ki blast from his hand, the jagged arcs of energy are now sustained for a brief period of time. The arcs shoot outward in different directions, like a tree of energy sprouting forth from his mouth. The damage gets weaker the farther one is from the "Trunk" of the tree, but it also becomes harder to dodge. Unlike the Maw Razor, which was fired forward in a straight line, and could be ducked or sidestepped, if one moved sufficiently sideways, Razor Yggdrasil takes up much of the area in front of the user, like a dragon's fire-breath. A Splitting Attack

The closest thing to what I mean, except this is going straight up, and has people hanging off it, while this is more like a "It happens for just long enough that you see it, like most Ki attacks" sorta thing. It's not hanging around for more than a few seconds, certainly not holding people in place."

[UT1] Flight
[UT1] Ki Sense
[UT1] Energy Suppression
You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle ) you can remain undetected by friends and foes alike! This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
[UT2] Ki Setting: The user controls their Ki, allowing them to reduce their power level and fight at that level as if it were their own.
[UT1] Telepathy
[UT2] Telepathy
The limits on the range of your telepathy are significantly lessened allowing you to communicate with anyone you are familiar with on the same plane of existence as yourself (Living World, Otherworld, Demon Realm(?)) This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
[UT2] Memory Manipulation
Description: A technique derived from his studentship under the old Kami, Scargot, and the use of this technique on Walker himself. Walker can enter the mind of others, and view their memories. Those with sufficiently strong will can force him out, but if allowed to remain, he is able to manipulate them, forming new memories in their place. This requires him to have physical contact, making it extremely difficult to use in battle.
[UT3] Mental Domination
Description: Walker's mind overpowers the target, bending them to his will. This mind control can be overcome, if the target has a strong enough will. Typically, it is possible to tell that someone is under his control by the glowing purple eyes, but these can be suppressed. (Flavor only, up to the target if they're controlled or not.)
[UT] Power Weighting:
Adjusts PL by x1/-x3
[UT1] Multiform
Through this technique you can create a copy of yourself dividing your power evenly between yourself and the copy
[UT2] Multiform
Like the base Multi-Form technique you can create a copy of yourself, however now you can produce two copies of yourself dividing your power evenly(33% each)
[UT3] Multiform
Like the base Multi-Form technique you can create a copy of yourself, however now you can produce three copies of yourself dividing your power evenly(25% each)
[UT1] Atmos
Description: Allows the user to function in space without dying
[UT] Four Witches Technique
Description: Manipulating his body, Walker grows an additional pair of arms
[UT] Form Change
Description: Manipulating his body, Walker changes size, growing larger, around the size of an Oozaru. *Requires SSJ Tier Trans*
[UT1] Overgrowth (RP Tech)
Description: Walker's makeup allows him to regenerate, regrowing lost limbs and body parts. Given his plant-like composition, this amounts to essentially rapid plant growth. After a dramatic incident involving Rei and an Apple Tree, Walker has figured out how to utilize this energy to increase the growth rate of plants. Since a simple tree is a lot less complex than his own makeup, he can now, with direct contact, use his energy to fully grow a tree from a seed to maturity in the course of a several minute interval. This technique is non-combative, unless you literally fed someone a seed and then had Walker stick his hands down their throat or something, but that's an extreme scenario. This technique does not allow Walker to heal or repair damage to other people or beings.
[UT2] Bio-Jungle (RP Tech)
Description: An upgraded form of Overgrowth, this technique allows Walker to grow larger amounts of plantlife. It still has no combat usage, as it's too slow to be dangerous to anyone who can move at more than a mile an hour. This new level allows Walker to mimic his own black wood-like form if he so chooses, but the resulting matter is inert, more like petrified wood than anything else. This can be used to make sculptures, walls, and such, but cannot grow quickly enough to form defensive items in battle.
[SU1]->[SU3] Ki Charging
Description: Allows Walker to gather his Ki in general, rather than for a specific technique. SU1 Allows gathering for an N1 or V2, SU2 for a UP2 or UV3, and SU3 for a MP3 technique.
[UT1] Rift Walker
Description: From both his encounters with Cernunnos, and his method of escaping hell, Walker has learned how to move via creating momentary portals. These portals take a second to create, and are unfortunately not instantaneous, requiring proportional travel time to the distance traveled. While he can move about a given planet somewhat faster than flight, it takes him far longer to move to another planet. (Flavor for the Space-pod with Stealth I'm buying, and eventually upgraded engines.) While he did learn this technique to take advantage of a weakness between Hell and Earth, he cannot move to the Afterlife with it. He also cannot open portals quickly enough to dodge techniques without using the Afterimage technique in addition
[UT1] Magic Materialize
Description: Walker uses magic to make things. Any items created function as if at the user's PL
[UT1] Remote Manipulation
Description: Walker creates additional hands, and using his magic, manipulates them remotely. (Functions like Telekinesis)

Kikoho: Fires for 133% of Power Level. Can Only be used 3 times in One Thread. After a fourth Charge, the User dies

Characteristics:
Malleable Body- Walker can change his body's shape to a small degree. Currently, this just means manipulating his existing form without mass change, such as his arm fragmenting into numerous spikes/pseudopod-like parts. He could hypothetically alter it further, but any major changes, such as making a hole in his body to let a blast or blow through, would take multiple minutes, making them essentially impossible to use in any kind of combat scenario. Given his odd composition, Walker is able to regenerate
to a light degree, although it's more of a "Growing" than a sudden burst like the Namekians.
Adaptability: While not directly lifted from Humans, he is capable of learning new techniques at a faster rate than most.
Bonus Technique: The Demon Hybrid trait
Absorption: Walker snatches people, fragmenting his arm to ensnare them fully. His limb becomes more like a mess of roots, and they encircle the foe, pulling them into his body until they make contact with his core, at which point, they are converted into energy for the tree-like being. The process takes a few moments.
