“You know what, I think Pieter’s scared that a Jala is stronger than him and can beat him.” Jala said, wanting to try and get Pieter to fight. He probably won’t bite, but she had to try. Jala began to charge up and burst into Ultra, her muscles bulking up, her now standing a 5’10” now, instead of 5’8".
She concentrated and buffed up even more, muscles upon muscles as she stares at Pieter. “Pieter, I actually want to help with you achieving the next level. You may face something where you can’t survive without achieving it. I want to help you… Please. I know you. If you don’t, then… Jeez…” she muttered, wondering if he would.
“In my universe, you have trained enough to easily transform into Super Saiya-jin. You’ve mastered this. This form is just for show, it isn’t really viable. It’s all offense, no defense. I’ve used this to deal with some enemies that I needed this form, but it’s pretty much useless… Super Saiya-jin 2… That form is terrifying but strong.”

Gira seemed more than a little disappointed that Pieter didn't want to spar. He really put his foot down this time, too, causing Gira to believe that it just wasn't going to happen. "Aw, okay, Pieter. You and I are gonna spar someday though!" Gira grinned at her fellow Z-Fighter before turning back to Jala, who began to take on a form that Gira had only ever seen once before from her sensei, Articho. She grew slightly taller, her muscles bulging with power. Gira couldn't help but stare in awe as she did so. "Woah. That's some power, Jala! You're almost as strong as my sensei!" Gira grinned excitedly. Now she really wished they could spar.
She was eager to test out Jala's power for herself, not to mention that it would be great practice for when she finally sparred with her sensei. Once the feeling of awe subsided, she finally spoke. "I don't know, Jala. He seems pretty adamant about not sparring." Turning her attention next to Pieter, the half-Saiyan addressed him directly about something he mentioned before. "What's this about a tournament you were in? What tournament? And what kind of tournament participant would go and kill innocent spectators in a crowd for no reason at all? I can't imagine something like that." Gira frowned. She figured that she shouldn't be surprised though. She learned that in this world, there existed evil beyond anything the average person could imagine.

"I get you want to help," Pieter replied to Jala, who insisted that they should spar each other, "However, I'm not having that risk be present... Not again."
Gira asked Pieter about what happened after Jala's demonstration of power, of which Pieter was certainly impressed with! Yet, the hunter had made his mind up, and he wasn't afraid to explain how he messed up. He told her, "About three and a half years ago, when I was 21 or 22 years old (can't really tell what with having been dead for a year), the Earth, Namek, Arcosian Empire and Solar Saiyan Empire were to refresh the Centurial Peace Treaty between the 4 galactic forces. On top of this, to quell grievances between each of the planets, as well as just have general entertainment, there was also a tournament with all the fighters from all the planets in this galaxy. I was one, and those years ago, I was much more intune with my saiyan side than I am now. After two times in a row of my opponent not showing up, I decided to go on a walk since the standings were all frozen up because of something the President at the time did. I was hot blooded and chose to bring in a fighter, an android by the name of Reiko, I think her name was, to have an exhibition match. Androids weren't permitted in this tournament due to the scouter technology at the time not being able to track a android's power level, so they could come in with a massive power level from whatever overclocking device... I didn't care for that. Then came one of the participants, Oguma Inugami... The demon who attacked the civilians in the stands."
Pieter recalled the blur rushing right beside his head, unaware of Oguma's intent due to his energy sensing not being available at the time, followed by the explosion on concrete and the shrieks of civilians. Reiko had engaged Oguma, as well Tao Lung and others in the tournament, while another individual by the name of Tsumuri Takeda showed up with goons to attack even more civilians! They quelled them, but then Pieter saw the moon...
The hunter snapped out of it, having been silent for half a minute after the mention, stating, "I messed up royally that day... I can't let that happen again, which is why I'm saying no sparring! Not here!"
Pieter was called out by the announcer from the Time Patrol, the hunter looking up to the ring. He looked back to Gira and Jala, pointing to them and telling them, "I have to get going... Don't do anything crazy!"
(I'm gonna be taking my exit here. Felt like this was the best to do that!)

Jala listens to Pieter, surprised about what she heard about this conference. Never heard about it. Probably when she was training with her master. She quietly listened to him, understanding where he was coming from. “... Hm… I understand where your coming from my friend. But the thing is, we have so many people here who can stop what happened and we have dragon balls.”
“Well, alright… Hopefully we get to fight against each other! I’ll make sure to kick your ass! And please, telling me not to crazy things is for sure gonna make me do crazy ass things!” she’d yell, waving to Pieter as he left.
“Well, that was a bust with Pieter. So, Gira, do wanna spar? If you do, don’t worry, I’ll tone it down. If you don’t, then we can just hang out, mess around. Bit curious what happens in your universe.”

Gira's eyes widened as Pieter told his story. It sounded terrible, but interesting at the same time. Being part-Saiyan, Gira wished she could take a crack at that guy. Her human side overcame her Saiyan side in that instance, however. She was glad that she didn't have to witness that. The scene sounded horrific. Innocent lives lost for no good reason... it made her feel slightly ill. Still, she didn't see why they couldn't spar here. None of them were evil... as far as Gira knew. They wouldn't catch any innocents in the crossfire, especially if they were careful. The hybrid then noticed that Pieter had grown silent.
For almost half a minute, he didn't say a word, just stared off into space. "Uh..." At last, he spoke again, reiterating that he wouldn't allow any sparring. "Jeez, okay. No sparring, got it." Then he was called away by one of those people from the Time Patrol. Before he left, however, he turned back to the two, telling them not to do anything crazy one last time. Gira laughed nervously, waving goodbye to Pieter. "Bye, Piets! Good luck!" The half-Saiyan looked back at Jala as the Saiyaness asked her again if she wanted to spar. She didn't respond initially, waiting for Pieter to be out of view and out of earshot before finally responding to the request.
"Sure, now that gramps is gone." The teen joked with a big grin. "Should be fine as long as we're careful." Gira frowned. "And... we really should be careful. Don't want Pieter to know. We kind of work for the same group back home, so it isn't like I can duck him for awhile if we're found out. Not to mention I don't wanna be ejected from the tournament before I even do any fighting." Stretching casually, Gira smiled at Jala. "So, to the sparring ring then?"
Time for the irresponsible Saiyans to disobey Grandpa Pieter~ xD

“Yeah! We will be, don’t worry! Pieter won’t know!” Jala lied, KNOWING he could sense energy. “Were sparring. They made those arena’s for that purpose. Now… I’ma help ya master Super Saiya-jin!” she said, smiling at the young girl. Herself in that universe may have not done much, but damn it, she will!
“And don’t try and pull a Gira. You are strong enough and you should have enough control… I hope. Well, we can try!” Jala would yell, heading to the planets that were considered ‘rings’ and jumped onto them, waving Gira over in enthusiasm. “C’mon, I won’t bite!... Too much~!” she joked, winking at her.

Gira nodded at what Jala said. Pieter could sense energy, but if they were careful, maybe they could get away with sparring a bit if her Z-Fighter colleague was wrapped up in his match. Gira soon grew more excited when Jala stated that she was going to help Gira master her Super Saiyan form. "Really? You'd do that? Okay, let's do it!" Then Jala said something that confused the girl. "Eh? Don't pull a Gira? What's that supposed to mean?" She looked up at Jala, confused. The hybrid followed her friend over to the sparring rings, jumping onto the ring behind Jala. Once they were in position, Gira began her warmup stretches. She still kept up her stretching, however. "As for my degree of control over that form... I can control my emotions a lot better. There was awhile there where I had trouble doing that. Every time I transformed, i'd just get so angry... even when I had no reason to be."
Finishing her stretches, Gira stood in a ready position, flexing her muscles slightly as a golden aura erupted around her. Her sapphire gaze was locked on Jala, waiting for her to transform as well. "So, this is it. Let me see your power too."

“Nothing Gira. Now, drop out of that form. Go back to normal. And follow what I say.” Jala said, waiting for detransform. This Gira was eager, doing what she wanted before Jala said anything… Maybe she could teach her a thing or two. Maybe a technique… That’d be cool. Continue on her legacy through Gira. She’d have to talk to her about that.
“Now, that’s normal and understandable. You haven’t trained it enough to not be so angry. Now watch me…” Jala said, showing a calm expression as she flashed into Super Saiya-jin with ease, showing no anger or stress and her power output was a bit stronger than Gira’s, due to her form being stronger. She dropped out of it and looked at Gira.
“Breathe, and relax. Don’t let the anger overtake you, just be calm and transform into it. Let’s see you do it.” Jala said, watching Gira. If they could get this done, then Jala could continue working on Gira.

Gira frowned slightly at Jala's reaction to her transforming. Weren't they gonna spar? A spar could serve just as well in teaching her how to control her Super Saiyan form, right? Still, she did what Jala said. The teen closed her eyes and let out a gentle exhale, her hair losing its golden glow and falling back down flat against her head. "Well, at least it isn't as bad as before. It's a lot easier to tick me off as a Super Saiyan, but before, it felt like I was a totally different person. A lot of... bad thoughts creep into my head when I transform. I don't want to kill someone by mistake, even if they're my enemy... so I guess i'm happy for the opportunity to learn how to control it." Gira smiled at her friend and awaited further instruction.
The hybrid watched as Jala transformed into her own Super Saiyan state. The Saiyaness told Gira not to let her anger overtake her and to simply remain calm and transform. "Just be calm..?" The teen frowned a little bit. Getting angry was always how she transformed. Recalling how she felt when she thought her friend, Pota had been killed was always her key to unlocking that power. Still, it had to be possible if Jala could do it. "Okay, i'll try." Gira took a deep breath in through her nose and out through her mouth, centering herself. Closing her eyes, Gira began to focus her energy, trying to trigger the transformation without getting angry. It was definitely a lot harder than one would think.
Still, it seemed that Gira was beginning to get there. The ground beneath the two of them trembled slightly as the hybrid began to glow slightly with a golden aura. 'Come on... almost there... I can feel it.' The teen remained calm and relaxed as her energy spiked for a brief moment before dying back down to normal, the golden outline around her fading and the ground ceasing its trembling. Gira opened her eyes and groaned. "Damn, so close. I'm getting there, but I guess I just need more practice."

Jala smiles at Gira’s response, expecting the answer. She watched the hybrid just nearly do it, but it cut off. “No! You were so close! Gah!” she yelled out, ruffling her own hair and sighing in annoyance, not at Gira but at the fact she was close but failed. “Wanna try it again? If it doesn’t work, then we can spar.” Jala said, her hair, turning gold as no aura appeared around her. Jala would push the kid outside her comfort zone.
“I hope you're ready…” Jala said coldly, roaring, the muscles bulging on top of her muscules. She would push Gira to new heights and even futher beyond. Jala stood there, in her Ultra Super Saiya-jin form, and slid in her stance, jumping lightly in place, her body loose.

Gira frowned slightly, sharing in Jala's disappointment that her attempt at mastering her form failed. "Yeah, I know... I was so close, but... ugh, I don't know what's wrong. It's right there, I just can't grasp it." When asked if she wanted to try again, the girl smiled and nodded at the Saiyaness. "Yeah, i'll try again." Getting back into her ready stance, Gira closed her eyes and centered herself once more, focusing on attaining this new power. She could feel it. She was so close. There was just something missing. Experience? Perhaps. She had just learned to control her emotions in that form not long ago. To not become a cold killing machine every time she transformed. Perhaps now what she needed was to use the form a little more until it became second nature to her? Yes, perhaps. Still, she would give it a good try.
She focused her energy, attempting to transform that way instead of calling on the anger that caused her to transform for the first time. Like before, a golden outline began to form on her body as her energy began to fluctuate. Her hair began to stand up on end as she got within a breath of mastering this transformation. However, just like before, she was unable to grasp onto mastery completely, falling out of her half-transformed state with a long exhale. "Damn... it just isn't working. Maybe... maybe I just need some more practice." She opened her eyes and looked up at Jala in her Ultra Super Saiyan state. Giving her friend a big grin, she slipped into her own battle stance, erupting in the golden glow of her Super Saiyan form. "Okay, show me what you've got, Jala!"

Jala knew she pretty much eclipsed the young hybrid, so she lowered her power down and dropping to the Mastered form, shifting her stance. She watched her stance and held an analytic look, watching Gira. She wanted to mess with Gira and try to screw with her, while also seeing if she’d lose her cool.
She thought about it as she darted at Gira, darting around her, and vanishing, mostly focused on how to see if Gira could keep her cool. She began to fire ki blasts as she darted around and continued vanishing. “... I got it!” she muttered, smirking and a grin forming on her face.
She knew how to press the girl’s buttons, as she’s done before. “Ohhhhh Girrraa!” she yelled out, ready to screw with her. “This,” Jala thought, “This I’m gonna enjoy!”

Gira stayed in her battle stance, keeping all of her senses trained on Jala as she darted around her. Trying to confuse her, the young hybrid guessed. The teen was an experienced fighter at this point, however, and it would take more than that to catch her off-guard. As Jala began to throw ki blasts in her direction, Gira backhanded one away with her right hand, then her left, then kicked another two more away. At that point, she began to simply dodge them. Leaping away from a barrage, she then began to dodge in midair, avoiding each blast with her fluid movements. A smirk formed on her face. She really wanted a fight like this with Jala a long time ago, and she was glad to finally have it. Even though it just began, she was having the time of her life. Surely it could only get better from here.
After dodging a great number of ki blasts, Gira flew towards her opponent at top speed, attempting a kick towards her stomach, following up with another one to Jala's face with her other leg. At that point, she rushed in and threw a flurry of punches towards her sparring partner's face, chest, and stomach.

“I see your better Gira! Good! This wouldn’t be much fun if you weren’t good!” Jala called out, thinking on how to exactly out her idea, but she’ll come up with it during the battle. Jala watched the younger of the two dodge and weave and it was pretty cool, the way Gira dodged them looked cool as hell.
Once Gira took off, Jala’s grin widened, almost crazily as she threw her arms in a defensive motion, blocking the kick to the stomach, but the one to her face connected as Jala’s sent back and lands with a couple backflips, and had to go on the defensive with the flurry of blows that the hybrid made.
“Wow, I’m surprised your this good! My Gira is around your level, but I’m not sure if it’s exact.” Jala said, looking for an opening and when she thought she had one, she threw her punch to hit Gira’s gut.
