Ais's glee and arrogance grew as his onslaught was met with better than expected success. He smirked as he watched Tulip roll to a stop in the dirt forty feet away from him. The Changeling chuckled to himself. "Now, let that be a lesson to you. I am not one to be trifled with." The Changeling dismissed his blade and turned to walk away when he heard Tulip cry out in pain. Ais turned back to look at her as she rose to her feet. "Tsk. Damn, you Earthlings don't know when you're beaten." Raising his right arm to the side, his blade manifested around his hand once more. As he turned the blade, he swung it around to his front to point it at Tulip.
Then came a threat. One made out of desperation, Ais assumed. "Flee? Why would I flee when you are all but defeated? I suggest you give up now before you end up dead. Simply lie down in the dirt and wait for me to leave. Are you honestly willing to die over a simple..." Then woman's eyes opened, something felt different to the Changeling. The entire area around them seemed perfectly still, as if the field itself was waiting with bated breath to see the fast approaching climax of their battle. As Tulip's aura swelled around her, Ais narrowed his eyes. He felt her power rise to even greater heights. 'A sizable increase, but not beyond my ability to defeat. I'll make sure she stays down this time.'
"Hmph." Azure wisps of energy came from the Arcosian's porcelain body, lapping the air around him like a blue flame as his aura began to manifest. It soon erupted in all of its glory.
'I'm going to finish this. Now.'
Ais looked at his blade. 'I'm running out of power. Humoring this woman took a lot out of me. I'll end it in one blow.' Ais's blade flared with energy as the woman asked him a question about an old superstition regarding his race being demons from the Planet Frost. Ais scowled at his opponent. "Superstitions." He hissed. "I am no demon and I come from no Planet Frost. I will tell you who I am, though." He smirked.
"I am Lord Ais of Planet Kabocha, son of the great King Kuul. Your worst nightmare." He swung his blade to the side as it swelled with power once more. "Now, receive my blade" He roared and lunged at his opponent. 'One blow. End it in one blow.' Ais vanished from sight mid-flight, only to reappear behind Tulip, attempting a strike at her knee. "Take this! My Rending Dance!" He vanished from sight again, reappearing at Tulip's left flank and delivering several quick strikes at her injured shoulder before vanishing from sight again. This happened several more times as Ais attempted to slice his opponent to ribbons
