The Vegetan dirt and ground quaked with a savage ferocity. The air tore at the walls of buildings, as though to attack the panicking residents itself. The sky had come alive with lightning and thunder, its usual red deepened to a forboding purple. Sirens blasted at the eardrums, warning of the impending disaster that had come to the planet.
The Premiere of Earth had arrived, and he was attacking the capitol.
Crowds flocked to the streets, either running towards the battle to help or away to save their own lives, or simply to loot whatever they could in all the massive chaos. Windows were smashed. Doors had been kicked in. If one could not fight for their lives or belongings, they deserved to keep neither. After all, it was the Saiyan way, and always had been.
On the outskirts of the capitol, in a small shop run by an ex-soldier and his family, things had become eerily quiet. The panic had long since passed, as residents from nearby had fled in one direction or the other, and even the looters had moved on to better pickings. Those that remained were little more than scavengers, sifting through the wreckage and rubble to take what they may at their leisure. Some fought for their earnings, yet most had a mutual understanding amongst themselves; finders keepers.
On a shelf near the back of the shop, an impossibly old jar of stone and mud sat, stoppered with a bit of natural cork. On its side, a tag written in blood simply read "contain". What was it? What had been the purpose of such a thing? Nobody knew any more, but the owner had kept it since he was little, just as his father before him, and his father before him, leading back to the founding of the Saiyan Empire and beyond.
A trembling hand reached up and plucked the jar from its resting place. Grinning from one side of its head to the other, the down-on-his-luck, elderly Zoon eyed his particular piece of fortune. What was in it? Why, he hadn't the faintest clue, but he bet his last zeni that the snobs on Earth would pay handsomely just to own something old! As the wind whistled innocently outside, he hide away the small jar on the inside of his-
A sharp blast rang out inside the small shop, and the Zoon fell to the ground, dead. Behind him, a gruff and irritable Saiyan stood, smoke still rising from his outstretched palm.
"Fuckin' bastard! Said I had dibs on this'n!" He grumbled as he kicked the rubble from his path. After kicking the corpse aside, the dark-haired man stooped to see just what was so damned important that the Zoon would risk his life for, only to find a small jar with a superficial crack in its side.
"Is this it?" He wondered aloud, scratching his head and thinking to himself what a damned fool the old man had been. Tossing the jar aside, he turned his attention to the rest of the store in hopes of finding anything more valuable than some old bottle of booze. Unfortunately, if he had been a smarter man, he would've noticed the potent, ancient ki exuding from the compromised container as it rolled to a stop at the far wall.

[Thread PL: 90,483] [UT] Liquid Ki - Mist Active! Ki suppressed to 10000]
So it had come to this. The Premier of Earth; Vi-Poi, had come to planet Vegeta demanding a changes be made among a far more tenacious and stubborn species than the Earthlings. Understandably as a result of this, carnage spread across the landscape in the form of hyperactive Saiyans and their acts of debauchery. Of those with sound moral compasses or undamaged brains within their skull; Defrosch had sought to reign it in and put a stop to as much of this tomfoolery as he possibly could. Donning his Saiyan armor and morphing his body to fit the disguise, he prepared that persona for action once more. Defrosch soon departed from the Hofferson house; leaving it in several capable hands... Rather, appendages linked to beings that happened to be mostly skeletal. It was a shame that the Hoffersons weren't around often or Defrosch would've long since asked about those interesting creatures.
Sneaking through alleyways of Cacumber Capital, Defrosch made his moves stealthily; using every skill or tactic he could muster to quell as much of the hype and panic as he possibly could. He was unfortunately one man so even though his strength eclipsed the average SSE soldier, there was simply too damn many of them for him to handle alone in the long run.
At the very least he did what he could, for now.
Reaching the outskirts of the violence ridden metropolis, Defrosch's senses pinged, and it was an odd ping. Once again, from beyond the ability to sense Ki came his ability to perceive more. Something quite magical was nearby; and a very faint Ki signature was seemingly being strangled or held back by it. Sinking into the ground he followed the 'scent' and soon found himself emerging through a wall into the basement of what looked to be this world's version of a knick-knack or antique store. His quarry was on the floor above; where an explosion occurred, dislodging junk from between the floorboards. Swatting the dust away, Defrosch's eyes narrowed behind his helmet's visor. 'Whoever the hell is up there has no idea what they're doing... Time to teach 'em a lesson..'
Slowly, Defrosch floated upwards, pushing his way through the ground again and emerged outside. He peeked through the front door to see the Saiyan toss a rather out of place jar aside-- That was it! The source of the mystical weirdness! Quick reflexes allowed Defrosch to snatch it before anything worse happened to it. "Oi, Y'sure 'bout tossin' this kinda stuff around? Bet'cha ya dunno what it even is~" Looking the jar over a few times; our Arcosian hero noted the tag. 'Yup. Sealing jar. Decent quality too.'
Holding the jar behind his back and under his cape, silently and covertly removing the seal; he taunted the ruffian scavenger again. "Oof, ain't that a shame. Finders keepers suuure does bite, don't it?" One again it was an unfortunate situation for the Saiyan looter. Had he been a smarter man he would've realized how colossally outclassed he was. "Also, yer gonna stop lootin' now. Kay?" Defrosch pointed the now open jar at the man, allowing whatever was inside to be free. Hopefully it'd spook the guy into submission, whatever it was.
[UT] Master Of Self used to assist in a Saiyan Disguise. [UT] Liquid Ki - Diver Down used to sloop through them walls n' shiz

Days... Months... Years... Centuries... Millennia...
They all passed with a timeless sense of ill direction. The world spun, moving yet remaining utterly still in its infinitesimally impossible void. For so long, not even a single utterance or hint of sound had permeated the hellish expanse. With no sights to behold, no sounds to perceive, not even smells to enjoy, it truly was a world deserving of being the ultimate form of torment.
Meanwhile, as the irritated Saiyan dug through what had been left behind by the panicking masses, his attention was pulled back by another voice from behind. Chuckling through a conceited smirk, he turned and raised his palm to the fool who had trespassed on his claim once again, and eyed the stranger with cruel intentions.
"I said, I have dib-" However, he couldn't finish his words, nor could he fire his blast. In the very instant that he had been about to reduce the stranger to a pile of broken bones and ash, an intense green light shown out from the jar that he'd discarded just a moment earlier. A loud, ghastly wail filled the small, ruined shop, permeating the air and walls alike as its owner took shape in the vortex that'd been unleashed.
With a heavy thud, she hit the ground. Her joints ached, and her red skin still itched with whatever magic had held her for so very long. White hair plastered itself to the woman's scalp, as it remained soaked in the contents of the small jar, even weighing down her tail and holding it to the ground with an unfamiliar tenacity. The large newcomer coughed violently, choked by air she'd not breathed in so long, and covered the floor underneath her two long horns in bile and spittle.
Rosemary groaned, as the perturbed Saiyan above her stared in bewilderment. No matter how hard she tried, she met an invisible wall above her that wouldn't allow her to stand. The ache in her skin and bones was quickly met by the strain in her muscles, and she grit her teeth while trying again and again. She hadn't the faintest clue where she was, let alone that she'd now found herself on a planet with greater gravity than she was accustomed to. All that she knew, there were countless people around her, all stronger than her by far, and she was frightened.
"Like I said," The Saiyan shouted with a laugh of pure amusement. The palm of his hand filled with crackling energy, as he quickly built an attack and aimed it at the caped stranger. There was no way in hell he was letting this opportunity pass him up, not when a half-naked woman was lying on the ground in front of him! "Dibs!" He shouted, as his energy launched at the stranger with killing intent, expanding upon itself countless times until it'd enveloped the figure's body in its entirety.

'Okay, so it wasn't a totally evil and destructive entity, this is... Something like a good start? Maybe?' Looking as though he was ignoring the looter entirely for a moment, Defrosch gently set the sealing jar aside as he moved closer and got a decent look (both physically and in terms of ki sense) at the person that had popped out of their ancient prison. Their strength was minimal, but there was a fire within them somewhere; Defrosch was sure of it. Seeing them struggle to get up was somewhat expected considering circumstances, yet no less painful to watch. Defrosch knelt down for this displaced individual to hear him a bit better. "Wait a moment. Don't strain yourself." He said calmly, unaware of any ability (or lack thereof) to speak or understand any current dialect of galactic common. Defrosch's non-aggressive tone towards her should have to suffice for now. There was another, dumber, slimier issue at hand anyway: The Saiyan looter. That punk's laugh got on Defrosch's nerves just as much as all the other ones did. 'Aaaanother one for the knockout pile. Lovely.' The Arcosian thought, rolling his eyes as he stood up, tilting his head to the side at the looter. It was too bad that he had a helmet on, because the expression hidden under it might have been enough to send this man running! In one graceful and fluid movement as the ever growing energy ball shot towards him, Defrosch lifted one arm and flicked the energy ball with a kiai pulse; giving the illusion that it had in fact exploded upon its intended target, where in reality it was just dispersed; obliterated as if it was no problem at all! "Pfft. Dibs this--" In a flash, Defrosch had dashed forward, aiming to grab the throat of the man that had just attacked and just over arm throw him with enough force to knock him out and right through the open door, off into the distance where he belonged! "-- and get outta here, ya rotten punk!"Boom!Boom!
Boom..!
The air pressure and sounds caused by such a throw was pretty strong, yet really only bad news to the guy that was thrown. Yep, he'd be feeling that one in the morning! Defrosch let out a sigh, this whole ordeal was getting ridiculous; even for a planet full of battle hardened, prideful warriors! Did they have no shame? With his full attention now on the lady that had been freed from the jar, he spoke slowly and calmly once again. "Are you okay?"

Even from where she lay on her hands and knees, Rosemary could see and feel everything as it happened around her. The voices of two men fought back and forth above her, one laughing in a way that disturbed her and the other unnervingly calm. She couldn't make out what they were saying, but it was enough to feel the massive power that soared above her, singing the hairs on the back of her neck and tail that stood on end.
Her neck twisted this way and that in an attempt to better see what was happening, and her black eyes widened in fright as the fight ended just as quickly as it'd begun. Even stopped as it had been, the force from the blast behind her sent her body flying into the far wall, where she landed with a hard gasp and hit her head rather hard. Through blurred vision, she watched as one of the men disappeared and reappeared across the room in less than the time it'd have taken to blink, then threw the other clean through the opposite wall... then several more, if the noise was to be trusted.
IF she had been frightened before, she felt nothing but utter dread now. With her back pressed against the wall and her head still aching, the drenched woman pushed and kicked at the ground as though it would help to get away. Small, croaking gasps came from her open mouth, as she tried to make out the words through vocal chords that were unused to speaking after so long.
"G-Get away! Get away from me!" In a voice altogether too light for her stature while simultaneously too deep for her appearance, she called out in a tongue that hadn't been heard in the galaxy for three millennia. Forgetting her weakness, she raised one arm to shoulder level, only for it to be enveloped in a sudden cloud of smoke. Before the cloud could disperse on its own, however, the weight of her own weapon dragged her arm back down, and the massive stone club pinned her hand to the floor.

Defrosch silently cursed himself as he heard a thud against a nearby wall. 'Argh, crap, I must've swung too hard. Wind pressure is a thing, genius. You'd do well to remember that.' He slowly looked over his shoulder, letting out a sigh of relief as he saw the woman wasn't for instance comically wedged into the wall legs first or something equally as embarrassing or stupid. Unfortunately, the lost woman was now understandably freaking so far out that she might as well have launched herself into space right then and there. 'Yyyeahhh'p. That was really not the best course of action. Should've gone for the ol' neck chop.'
To make matters even more awkward she spoke in an ancient lost language that only fair few scholars or magic hunting history geeks like Defrosch would probably even hope to have the slightest of grasp on. Just what era was this person originally from? If the condition and make of the jar along with their accent was any indication it was a long, long time ago.
The disguised Arcosian held his hands up where they could be seen in a gesture of peace. He would have to figure out an old language that was close enough to the one the woman spoke in order for himself to be understood, and fairly quickly if he was going to be of any help in the near future. In the end he dredged up something that would sound very similar to if not by some wild miracle identical to "Its ok, I won't hurt you."
With a poof of a cloud and a goofy thud, an interesting stone club had been materialized by the woman, only to have her hand pinned down by it from its weight. Here, Defrosch stood at a crossroad. He could help by lifting it off of her hand, but she could freak out at him or He could let her handle herself and simply wait until she was able to move on her own.
'Time to bite the bullet.'
Defrosch walked forward slowly, and knelt down, all the while with his hands where they could be seen. He attempted to gently move the ancient weapon off of the woman's hand and leave it within her reach still before backing away again. "It is dangerous for you to be here."

Despite her pleading and poor attempt at being threatening, the man merely stood there. His black eyes only looked upon her, coldly, though she couldn't be sure what he was thinking. Her widened gaze couldn't peel itself away, however, and no matter how hard she pulled at the impressive weapon she'd conjured, it refused to leave its resting place on the hard ground.
Then, he spoke. Perhaps due to the blow to her head, or maybe sheer and utter shock, but she'd understood him. Well, she'd understood him a little bit. The dialect and accent were strange, but she recognized the sounds and patterns. They'd belonged to a neighboring tribe, one that'd been much more inclined to trade than most others she'd come across. Even so, she couldn't let such a silly detail catch her off guard. This man was far stronger than herself, and she knew he wouldn't pass up the opportunity to...
For the second time such a short period, she fell still and silent. Instead of harming her; instead of taking advantage of whatever state it was she'd found herself in, he had lifted the weapon pinning her arm with the greatest of care. Her hand flexed unbelievably against the freedom it'd been given, and she looked up at the stranger with uncertainty. He spoke again, and though she could only piece together a word or two, it was quite an important one: dangerous.
Needless to say, she didn't have to be told twice. With pained grunts and groans, she fought against the weight of her own body and pushed herself to her hands and knees. Without a care for dignity or pride, she crawled as quickly as she could to the hole in the opposite wall. Once she was at the wall, she stood with the aid of the crumbling stone and wood, and glanced back at the stranger for just a moment.
Words wouldn't come, but her eyes spoke volumes. They conveyed her fear and confusion, but most of all, their small, quick motions towards the impossible amount of power gathering nearby gave away her more base instinct: to flee. So, covered in ick and dust and the contents of her long-time prison, the red-skinned woman stepped out into the open and pulled herself slowly along the nearest wall, hopefully on a path that would take her to safety.

Taking the risk in this situation had proved fruitful. Though she was still quite shaken and lost, the woman did not at any point lash out at Defrosch. 'Okay, that's good..?' He thought, still rightfully unsure if it was his demeanor that did the trick or if it was the words he had managed to speak. As the red horned woman actually began to move somewhat competently-- a stroke of good fortune in its own right at this point-- Defrosch kept watch for any other would be attackers or hazards. Luckily for these two no more would come, and the closest conscious individuals were all going in one direction anyway; to the Imperial Palace. Things were getting dicey out there. Too dicey. Defrosch really couldn't wait any longer to act on this. The last look he had been given was returned with a nod. "Go, stay safe." With the woman now leaving; Defrosch made his way through the front door, looking over his shoulder to check if everything was okay before he slowly lifted off into the air. However, a strange twinge of mystical energy caught his interest. It was happening back where the other had gone before actually having gone and disappeared. All of a sudden; poof. No trace of them. However, it was not the cold shock of death, it was something else. In that moment, Defrosch figured out where he had sensed someone similar to her before; on Earth there was a man by the name of Shen Fennel-- 'No time for that! Indulge curiosity later, doofus!' Shaking his head, the Arcosian momentarily buried those thoughts and steeled himself for the arduous task ahead of him... Standing among titans.
