"Who is you!?" The deep voice erupted form a room in the looming Castle Mazuko, echoing down the hallways. By now the dark and dreary castle was use to the yelling and shouting of a certain blue Demon. Inside the room stood the blue Demon and in front of him a mirror rested up against the wall. Gogmagog began to stare at the reflection, the ugly creature staring back at him seemed to copy everything he did. Gog would tilt his head to the side, the reflection would do the same. This continued for a few moments, it was like watching a puppy or animal see its reflection for the first time. Now Gog's mood began to change, his curiosity turning to angers as he reflection taunted him. "You is think you funny 'ey? Me is gun' show ya!" Gog's muscles began to bulge, his chest was pushed out and his back un-slouching, a primitive display of size, one commonly used be the Demon to show his muscles and size. "Go on, copy me again." Gog watched his lips as he spoke, seeing them move at the same time. "Oh tha's it!"
A blue fist collided with the corned of the mirror, smashing the tip clean off. The glass slid easily through the cold and rough skin that cover the Demons hands. Blood began to stream from the gashing wound across Gogmagog's knuckles, the sudden pain taking the Demon by surprise. "ARRGH! Ya stupid whatever you is!" Shouts and crashed still echoed from the room as Gog began to smash and destroy the contents.
A head, a small mischapened head popped around the corned of the door, it stared intently at Gogmagog. "Hey Gog. You know that's just a uhh..." The small demons sentence trailed off, as he racked his brain searching for the right words to use. Words that the idiotic demon would understand. "It's just a moving picture of you. We call them reflections."
Gogmagog stood in his tracks, a chair halfway towards crashing to the ground. "What?" Gogmagog dropped the chair, the aged wood crashing against the hard concrete floor with a crash. Gog moved slowly towards a sharp of the mirror, lifting it with his hand bleeding hand. He began to study the glass, facing his back to the doorway and lifting the glass up so he could see the other Demon behind him. Now it all began to make sense.
"Just thought I'd let you know." With that sorted the Demon departed leaving Gogmagog to be alone.
Gogmagog stood in front of the mirror, not a talking mirror that told him who was the fairest, no. This mirror had just been on the receiving end of one of Gog's rages. The demon stood at his full height examining his body with a the remain shards of glass. This had been the first time the Demon had seen his body, what he looked like. His body was riddled with scars from old battles, but in good shape. An idea sprung to mind! He needed armour. To stop him from getting these scars! Plus to save the world from having to stare and the sparsely dressed demons body.
Quickly now the Demon began to rush out of the castle, his bone club and knife on his person. Already the design was springing to mind, he'd craft it like he crafted his weapons; from the bones of a dinosaur. Now all he'd have to do is find one, kill it, skin it, strip the meat and make the armour. This would definitely take some time.
So it began, Gog's second great hunt. The Demon searched for hours for some tracks, his eyes scanning the blue grass, looking for lumps of dung, or the trees that the creatures would feed on. In his minds eyes he had pictured a triceratops, he could even make a shield from the creatures skull.
Bingo! There it was, a large, juicy, fly infested piece of dung. Gogmagog rushed towards the smelly, brown fecal matter and dived his finger straight into it. The outside warm but cooling quickly, but the inside of the lump of crap was nice and warm. " 'E's around 'ere some where." Gogmagog said as happily as anyone could say something thing when their finger was deep in a warm pile of turd. Faint tracks led off to the north, away from the Castle. This didn't bother the Demon and he quickly began to follow them.
Hours past by as Gogmagog stayed on the trail, but he knew he was close, he could smell him. Or so he though, maybe he didn't wash his finger properly. His eyes scanned the horizon until they caught sight of it. The triceratops was slowly walking through the fields, grazing on the grass. The bone club quickly leapt into Gog's hand, razor sharp class stuck out of the skull that made the head of the weapon, seemed to shine in the sunlight. The club seemed to be bouncing up and down with excitement, this was going to be a tough kill. Gog didn't want to damage the large skull and the bone's inside the creature as they would be used to make his shield and armour.
Gog took off before one could say "Hey man look over there, no a little more to you left. Yeah theres a dinosaur over there!" The demon charged at the poor dinosaur and swing his club with all his might into the rump of the creature. The lumbering dinosaur barely hand any time to turn, and the razor sharp claws tug in and cut through the tough hide that made up the triceratops' skin.
The triceratops roared in pain, mind flashing red as it felt the weapon slice through the muscle tissue and tough skin. As quickly as a large creatures such as it self could, it spun around to face it's attacker. Something that small compared to that had managed to hurt it? The dinosaur throught of fleeing for a split second before it making up it's mind. The creature threw down it's head and used it's large tusks to flick the Demon into the air, sweeping in under the legs.
Gogmagog felt the solid thud of the Dinosaurs' tusk slam into his legs, already they were throbbing with pain. Next minute he found himself arse over head as he glided through the air. Quick thinking saved Gog from slamming into the ground as he utilised his levitation ability and hovered throughout the air. His turn now. Gog flew around behind the dinosaur again, slashing towards it's achilles tendon. But whether it was to some in bred feeling, the dinosaur kicked it's legs back and caught Gogmagog in the gut, forcing the air out from his lungs. The demon crashed to the ground, and struggled to regain his breath.
The triceratops felt the collision with it's foot and once again turned and saw it's attacker on the ground, defence less and ripe for the finishing move. The creature moved towards Gog and position itself above him, it lifted its front foot and began to bring it down on the Demon. Then it felt something cross it's neck, a warm liquid began to run down its neck and under it's belly. It became harder to breath and the world started to get darker and moved around more.
Gogmagog laid on the ground and watched as the foot came up above him, ready to crush his skull. The club had been knocked from his hand and was too far to reach. Now Gog might not be the smartest of all creatures, but he knew how to survive. With a quick movement he ran his hand across his chest freeing his knife and slashed out at the dinosaurs throat. Blood oozed out of the creatures neck, covering the demon in a deep reddy-purple liquid. With a heave, Gog threw his legs up and manoeuvred the body of the triceratops to collapse next to him, instead of crushing him beneath the creature.
More hours flew by as Gogmagog began to timely task of gutting the dinosaur, and breaking it down into more manageable pieces. Stripping the flesh from the bones, and burning the remain fleshy scraps off in a small fire that he had managed to get started. The skull would be a more difficult thing the crack open, seeing as he wanted to keep it intact for his shield. The Demon rammed his knife into the nostril of the triceratops, squiggling and jiggling the blade around, mushing around the brains until they leaked out as a pinky paste. "Is good eatin's?" Gog ran his finger through the brain paste and whacked it into his mouth, cocking his eye brow as he sloshed it around his mouth. With a gulp he swallowed the paste. His curiosity was sated for now, perhaps he'd keep some for later.
For now Gogmagog worked on setting up his primitive bone armour, he pieced together the bones until they formed the fierce looking set. It would protect him from a all sorts of attacks, and hopefully strike fear into his enemies. Once his armour complete he then began work on his shield, keeping the head intact so he could use the full skull of the creature for more protection. Now his set was complete. Shield in hand, and club resting in it's holster, Gog made way back to Castle Mazuko...
