Listened intently to the words of the Majin, if she indeed spoke true at all, it hadn't been the first time he'd observed a soul pandering their own regime with the nonsensical desire to lie; after all this was a recruitment. The power Levllidian holstered for usage wasn't anything to simply be disregarded and as time passed he'd felt that growing denizen within his subconscious, the hungering animal that was a Saiyan for he'd not had a challenge that pushed him to wits end in some months now. Indeed, it would seem very few on Earth at this point matched him, which was an entirely wrong assumption to entice himself about and yet- the facts spoke for themselves. Why, even the Majin before him at this very moment boasted only a slight advantage, with a flutter of his obsidian orb unto the Kagami again he'd listen to the few words she shared, even the reserved and resolute of the pair that of which seemed to be steadily changing.
On wards the conversation strode, talk of slaves, Queens, those residing on Earth seemingly it was a most profitable planet for powerful Warriors and it only added to the confidence of the young Saiyan to be counted as one of them. Mere months ago- he'd been a nobody. "The fact she's less of a dictator is encouraging but you're no fool, this much is clear, power corrupts and I have seen my fair share of irritants that do more than 'Dictate' back home,". That eye hardened as Durian seemed to wane, he'd seen this before and with an inward scowl the beast soon encumbered his own sight and closed his eye- the other remaining open and glassy. Shifting that attention back to the woman who'd approached them and then her accomplice he'd yet again find himself considering combat, fighting both would bode none to well for him and the strategist inwardly cursed to himself for the tainted blood that danced through his veins. Hinawa's training evoked form the bestial man a sweep of calm, blazing embers obscurred his mind if for but a moment and to those dancing tongues he fed his anxiety, his swelling rage but still he could hear those condescending whispers, not so much a vocalisation but a reminder, he wasn't alone inside his head and he knew it. Demonstrative of a sound mind however- logic won over the instinct and soon he'd visibly relax - if for a time.
"It's a positive thing to think it's a possibility," indeed he'd once sought the freedom of the Kagami himself, the destruction of the Solar Empire could only aid in this, right? However ever since his meeting with the Demon that drew from the youth a rage like no other. Where was this aggression coming from? The hackle of his neck would stand to attention but there wasn't a threat to be so worked up about. "I understand the diplomatic cogs, hands to lighten here, ass holes to pay off there- a Queen to convince it's an idea to follow at all," he paused and that eye opened again to fix her with a cunning stare. "I'll think about it, you've granted me quite the amount to mull over- when the time comes how would I find you?". He had absolutely no intention of selling himself on wards to the people who crafted men like his Father. Call it an immature stubbornness however if he was anything, Levlidian was consistent and he wasn't about to drop his intentions to defy his former home until the bitter end. Bitter it seemed as he'd look back at his Wife with a neutral and passive glance, was just where this ending was heading, seeing into a mind was her tactic- her strategy. However, all this time spent around her, all this time talking and sharing, he'd learned a thing or two and that look though shrouded by a mask- was not a good one.
"Thank you Shemha I think you've given us enough to think on, I myself am leaning to joining if not for my resolute bargain I struck with Walker I'd have left long ago. We'll have to talk about this," he'd motion to stand and adjust the cotton of his Gi to straighten as two heavy boots found their stance posturing his chest out and palms to either hip. Still observing the pair if be it a lot more so passively than before. "As I asked before, where would I find you if we decide to go through with this- I think it clear if you never hear from us and instead find us in the field of combat, the answer of 'No' would be far clearer. Though i am -not- going to Vegeta, I'll make that clear right now,"

TO BE BOUND BY WORDS AND HEART
Durian attempted to push the thoughts of the Saiyan leader from her mind. Habana. Zucceta. Durian didn’t much care who. She attempted to rein in the thoughts that both should die painfully and soon. They didn’t care for her kind, why should she care for them? Either one. They could just go rot. But Levlidian asked. He wanted to know. So she remained quiet and listened. Information could do her well as long as he kept her anger in check.
More details were given about VEgeta. People not being happy. Less of a dictator. Durian had to withhold an amused chuckle of her own. Just because she was ‘less of a dictator’ meant she wasn’t one? Why were the damn Kagami still captive? Because it was too convenient to just let them go. Giving them their planet back would just be too correct. Each dictator could go shove it.
The shift to the other people she asked for Wild Hunt would take off some of the edge to the Kagami’s uneasiness. Anger. All negative things alike. While it was positive that these others did not align themselves with the SSE, Durian cared nothing for them calling Earth their home. Durian didn’t call Earth her home. Should the allegiance to this planet put her heart at rest? Or merely the fact that they weren’t pledged to the battletorn race of saiyans?
Durian wasn’t sure what to make of the Majin’s look to her. It seemed settled, mostly. There may have been something behind it, but it was too far gone. What Shemha was thinking couldn’t be found. That was all for the better. There that word was again. Perhaps. The Kagami mentally sighed. The Majin meant to do nothing. Repeating perhaps merely meant a bargaining tool, as Durian assumed. Nothing more was given, except for reasons why it would be difficult. Excuses for why the perhaps would turn into ‘I could not.’ The Majin didn’t break eye contact. But Durian got nothing positive from that answer. Basically, she would get nothing done.
Lev didn’t seem as convinced, but Durian wouldn’t much care at this point. The dancing around the subject and the excuses were sign enough. The Saiyan man looked to her, trying to calculate what she was thinking. She assumed he knew partially. From words and actions. She may have glanced to him now, but before she was sure to avoid him. A bit of guilt in admitting she could go forwards into something she hated. He hated. All for a single goal.
The Saiyan would stand and so would she. Up to her feet and not early as concerned with her attire needing straightening. Her red eyes were still mostly focused upon the Majin. Durian had said nothing so far, but she didn’t know what else needed said. Mostly, she was uninterested. It gave her nothing. Durian didn’t fight for the well-being of everyone. She didn’t care to be some freedom fighter. Durian was a selfish creature... She was coming to realize that. She wanted her people freed. She wanted the Saiyan beside her. And that’s what would form her choices. There was some concern for life and well-being of people, but putting herself at greater risk in order to accomplish it didn’t often fall into her equation. The only thing that stirred it, was the warrior that proved to be her other half.
“I’ll take the time as well. Let us know how you wish to be informed of a decision.”
And that was all. No positive leaning. No negative. Really, she wished no. But Lev.... was leaning towards it. If he wanted her with him, she’d likely concede. But, for now they’d discuss and decide.

Trust was a funny thing. Clearly, the two of them wanted time to think this over and make their decision. They didn’t trust her, she knew it, yet even if she understood the reasoning behind it, she saw the hypocrisy for what it was. A Saiyan and a Kagami, both not fans of the Empire with a desire to see the Kagami free yet unable to take the risk of the opportunity before them. Inaction rarely led to positive outcomes. In Shemha’s experience, putting yourself out there was what warranted the biggest rewards. They would likely chastise the SSE for its decisions in the past only to turn down a chance at peace now. Those who held grudges continued the cycle of war.
On top of that, there was the way he spoke to her, gruff and blunt about his desire never to visit Vegeta even if he had thanked her moments before that. Had she ask him to visit? Additionally he hinted that they might not even reach back out to her and wait until they met on the battlefield. For as respectful as she had been to them, he seemed to pay her little in return. To official turn down her offer was a simple thing, yet one he might not even have the courage to do. As for the female next to him, those eyes of hers often regarded the Majin in a negative way, skeptical of her motives. Who was this girl to judge Shemha so harshly when they knew nothing about her save her ties to the Empire? Did that alone damn her? Perhaps she felt she saw deeper.
Ultimately she was left with a mixed read on the two.
Never the less, Shemha held her tongue and kept her emotions in check. This was about the future and what she hoped to see in it. If they decided to turn her down or outright ignore her in the future, then that was their choice. So instead of responding to the potential threat that they might very well be enemies should this go the way opposite of what she intended, she smiled and offered a respectful nod.
”Of course. All you need to do in order to contact me is reach out to the Empire and ask for Shemha, they will connect you. Simply provide your first name and I will guarantee you will not be hassled, either one of you.” She explained as she rose to her feet, a single hand motion catching the attention of her demonic friend.
”I will bother you no further, but I do hope to hear from you in the future. There is much we can change…if we work together.”
After offering that last thought Shemha took to the air. If they did not stop her she would stay true to her word and leave them be, heading for her ship with Meridia in tow. Who knew if this interaction would bear fruit or if it had been a waste of her time.
(OOC:Sorry for the delay and short post, life has been a little hectic! Shem will be leaving now unless stopped. I enjoyed the thread a lot! As for reward I will take zeni when this gets posted!)

"Contact you at the Empire," he'd mull those words over a moment and glance back to the complexion of his wife, there was an unsure deliverance in this and from there he'd flutter his single eye back to the MAjin and adjust his jaw. He had to go to the SSE headquarters to confirm this shit? Crap; though if her name was all he needed to evade having his skull caved in for past transgressions, perhaps he'd do so if they decided to side with her and these other warriors. Shemha had been cordial, respectful and this threw the young Super Saiyan at first- he had to admit, then again this was also a sales pitch in all fairness, it struck him as odd that a member of a Faction known for causing the greatest amount of distress in the cosmos- was seeking to police it from a Mercenary stand point; yes something was off about this entire thing or at least it felt that way but what could he do from the sidelines in all fairness?
"Alright, we'll take our leave too- I think that concludes the day thus far we'll head out and talk this over when we've both had a think on it," averting on his heel, pivoting to take his leave- Levlidian paused. Once again he turned and strode to Shemha, she'd shown honour- thus he reached to take her hand for a brief moment and offer a firm shake. Whether or not she accepted he'd share no words but a peer into her eyes to which he'd hold briefly. Then, once more he turned and ventured away on the heels of his boots. "There is indeed much we can change," he called back and rose a hand to offer a mocking wave, "We'll see what comes of this- I think I'll find you with an answer soon enough Shemha- safe travels." Levlidian would pause only briefly to wait for Durian to follow and should she do so, the young Saiyan would entice the will of his crimson aura about himself, float to the Kagami and seek sweep her up in his arms; then take for the skys.
This entire thing had left Lev' conflicted, for so long he'd lived in his own summary of the SSE, his own belief from the side of them he had seen in his family and upon that he had built and entire vendetta. Save freeing Kagami was it true enough he now found himself in Durian's position? Witnessing a member of the Empire who could harness actual conversation, a Majin no less but the shield she represented carried a stigma- another glance for his Kagami would grant her the confused expression, an insight to his inability to decide. Though he knew one thing that excited him, doing this would bring challenges, fresh ones and it scared him how that was the measure of the situation- that allured him the most.

TO BE BOUND BY WORDS AND HEART
Simple enough. Shemha explained to them how she would receive their answer. The Empire. Not something Durian found herself being fond of. The Kagami silently wondered if she might just reach out mentally to the Majin herself... The trick had been practiced before with Marcel, it was possibly she could reach the Majin too. Yet... She wouldn’t ask just now. Levlidian seemed to be a bit on edge, Durian knew she wasn’t comfortable, and she couldn’t get a read on the other woman. She had a way of stringing words together that desired to bring forth ease but couldn’t guarantee that was the true intention.
“Thank you for your patience. Until we meet again.”
A simple thanks and a nod of the head as she’d see the other prepare to depart. Levlidian was doing the same. Saying goodbye to Shemha and turning on his heel. With the slightest smirk tugging at her features, she’d begin to turn and follow him. All before he’d stop, turn around, and go to shake Shemha’s hand. Levlidian was an odd man, that was for sure. Sometimes overcome with the need for a fight. Other times being more friendly than Durian knew what to do with. Durian desired no fights. She also didn’t desire to shake this Majin’s hand. Not because of hate, nor because she thought low of the other, but... what good did a handshake do? Yet Lev felt it necessary. It was all the more curious of her other half. But she wouldn’t fault him for it. It was just him.
When he was done with his goodbyes to the Majin, Durian would join at his side. Walking away and preparing for their own departure of the area. Everything felt... a bit unsettled now. The place they had been training now a place of unrest and uncertainty. Then she was brought into the arms of her mate. Swept up as he took to the skies. As much as she loved him, she was getting tired of this. The past repeating itself that her inability to fly was a bit of a burden upon all involved. She’d have to train this ability for herself. It could be an asset if they should join Shemha on the battlefield. Or join any battlefield really.
The heart of the Kagami held no real desire to join in this Majin’s crusade. It was an option presented to free her race. Yet... it didn’t seem promising. Nothing the Majin had said was overly enticing other than that. And even freeing the Kagami seemed like a weak point. Not something that might actually happen. This individual Kagami had lost most of her care about the other planets and races. While she no longer hated the Saiyans completely and as a whole, she hadn’t gained back a great deal of care for anyone but her own. Her own, and people she had individually gotten to know. Levlidian, Kazar, Takeshii, Collan. These people she would fight to protect.
When Levlidian would look to her, she’d see that confusion. That look telling her he didn’t know what to do. So something had caught his attention. Part of him wanted to say yes to the Majin, SHemha. With a brief chuckle, she’d nestle into the flying Saiyan’s body.
“We’ll discuss it. There’s an answer, don’t worry.”
