Takeshii sat there, just drinking her wine while he drank his whiskey. She only half listened to what he said about the fight he had with this other person, hating the fact that he was TRYING to compare what happened to him, to what just happened to her. Her fingertips drummed on the table as the tender came forward and set the wedges on the table along with his bottle, and when he tapped the wedges towards her, she would reach for them and start stuffing them in her face, that almost permanent scowl written all of her face. As he continued to talk, she would take some time to lift her gaze and genuinely LOOK at him over the rim of her goblet. He had changed...a lot. He was not longer the boy she used to follow around and look up to. He was a man. Though she was older than him by a couple of years, he was taller, more built...and now she knew...more powerful. She HATED this. For once in her life she had wanted to be better at him then something...anything really. She shook her head in disgust and would growl softly as she finished off the first glass of wine and poured herself another.
"So you met this big, burly farmer kid and beat him up, well he beat you up from the sounds of it? I bet that made you feel REAL good about yourself now didn't it?"
She really did not seem to care about the LESSON he was trying to teach her. The only thing she seemed to care about, is this drive she had to be better, to get better. She leaned forward and reached for more wedges as she listened to the plans he had for her training. She still could not understand why someone so powerful would want to train her in the first place. It was obvious she was weak, and her own self doubt had her wondering if she would ever be strong enough to truly compete with someone of his caliper. She would shift forward on the booth she sat at, bracing her arms across the table and looking at him directly.
"So when do you plan on starting this training Levlidian? I would hate to draw you away from anything else that might be more important for you to handle."
She remembered this place he had mentioned, and half pondered taking some time to go there alone and truly think about the situation she now found herself in. She obviously could not return to Vegeta...at least not now. She had sworn to them she would return with Lev, and there would be no way she could do that, not at the given moment anyway. It would take months, maybe even years before she would be strong enough to be able to actually take him on again. She would reach up to rub at the back of her neck, feeling the soreness and tension of the day rolling through her lithe body. Years....could she really wait that long? Could she really spend that long trying to make herself more powerful than he was?
"I mean, if your not busy...I would like to try to get started on this training right away. You said the first thing you wanted to teach me was how to sense other peoples strengths...you mean like your own strengths?"
Her head would tilt as she watched him, calculating him with every pass of her gaze over him. A part of her hated the way he boasted how much better he was than her. The way he waved his arms around like some pompous jack ass, made the hair on the back of her neck stand on end. No, she could not think about that hatred right now. Right now she needed to focus on what it was that he was willing to teach her. Perhaps in doing so, she would learn something more about him that she would be able to use against him in the future. It would be this that would drive her from now on. Not that pride she had been riddled with through out the years, but knowledge. Knowledge she would use to eventually bring him down!

Levlidian stopped his elaborate speech, his jaw drew taught and a seriousness fell into his eye a long with his usual scowl combined with furrowed brow. "We can start as soon as we're done talking," he snapped, soon enough he'd feed more of the wedges into his maw and settled back, bottle in hand and sweep his feet about the table, folding them. "You're forgetting about our ability to get stronger through losses, the harder we fight the stronger we get when we're defeated. A long with that your tail- big weakness. I tore mine off when I was young because the bigger kids just 'kept on grabbing it, Father always hated that, he acted like I'd rid myself of my own arm- and that's what differs you to me Takeshii. You're a warrior willing to fight with what she has- I think optimally, got a weak limb- cut it off, you're stronger without it and that blasted Oozaru of ours was nothing but an uncontrollable hindrance,". He wasn't commanding her to cut the tail off no, though he spied the limb and scowled as it writhed betraying her mood to him even as he fed the tip of his bottle back to his lips and indulged.
"I have things to do, yes, but Durian has her friends she seeks out, I have mine, well seems I have more of an acquired apprentice," a singular orb fed to her and he'd betray a sly grin. "Durian's a Kagami, recently stopped hating our kind for all that slavery business- did YOU know we enslaved an entire race to do our bidding? I didn't! Met two of the bastards and both tried to take me down; tried," he'd chuckle and again grant himself a mouthful of whiskey as he lounged before the female Saiyan. "Reckon once you've settled in, maybe started your own training to find out where you're falling short- I'll step in then and help you. All you need to know right now is that power your toss around, it carries an energy signature,". Stretching, flexing his frame and adjusting the slick Gi that swept under his lean frame, cracks came from the center of his back thus he'd sigh with relief. "-you ready for a science lesson?" he asked.
"So, when you activate your Ki it forces the molecules around you to super heat- when they super heat they'll begin to generate something called Plasma or the fourth state of matter. When they do that, your aura, your attacks, the form and create a deep hum as they do so. This is energy, energy can not be destroyed only-," he rolls his wrist as he tries to think, "-redistributed. The energy that comes from you lights you up like a beacon due to your own personal electromagnetic field- that's what you use to harness the energy and use it the way you do. Most people follow the spiritual crap in reference to it but that what I shared is the -facts- of it. So when you light up lie a beacon, you can use that field you have pumping around you to pick up others, the rest comes with times- recognising energy masses, species even sex if you try hard enough,". This last fact he wasn't sure of, to be honest telling what sex your opponent was hadn't really occurred to him. Each time the beast ended a sentence he took another swig and now his cheeks had become relatively rosy in comparison.
"So, when we're done here just do that for me, try and work with what I've taught you maybe you'll sense me coming next time but more importantly it opens up a few fields of work for us to work with. For example, fighting with a deliberately lowered energy signature," he expands his arms as though referring to himself, "After that I might look into teaching you my mock-up of a very old technique from our history and then we'll see about you learning my Iron Monolith style of fighting," Within that busy bar, the beast stretched again flexing his legs and abdomen before removing his boots from the table and drawing himself up right. A cruel grin bloomed thus he'd tilt his head against the noise and wandering souls about them; she was a lot like him from days past and he remembered those with less fondness than he'd like. However, he'd blink a moment to the memory of how she'd peered at him as kids and found a sadness there; the one regret he'd always had it seemed, was leaving Takeshii behind. "I think I owe you this much," he mumbled irritably. Placing his chin in an awaiting palm, the tip of his elbow acting as pillar to support a now grumpy looking Saiyan who'd peer to the table and entice his bottle to help him forget.

Deep down inside, she knew that part of the reason that she hated him so much right now, was because he HAD left her behind. Left her behind like a passing memory. Left her behind like she meant nothing to him. That had hurt her more than she wanted to admit, and even now it raked through her memories and brought a deep sadness to her. She had looked up to him in so many ways, and when he had disappeared, she had felt like all she had to work towards was gone. He had left to find fame, fortune...and love it would seem. She lowered her gaze then, blinking in confusion as she tried to push her thoughts away, they being one of the things that drove her rage in most cases. She got tired of the wine, and would reach for his bottle instead, upending it into her mouth and not really caring any more. Now was not a time to remember, but a time to forget, and forget was what she would do. Takeshii listened to how he described the scientific side of the energy signature, her brow furrowing a bit. Yes, she had heard of this mystical side to it...but had never really taken time to think of it on another level. She closed her eyes and rubbed at her temples, letting the pads of her fingertips move over the flesh.
"So your telling me that this entire aura thing that surrounds us, is all scientifically related? That it is nothing more than overheated molecules that expand and surround us, creating energy that can be used for other things?"
This had went against a lot of things that they had been taught as children, and it confused her beyond a shadow of a doubt. However, inside it seemed to click, it seemed to make sense to her. Nothing that was purely mystic in nature would be able to have that deep power that their auras seemed to have. It had been far too easy to believe what they were taught before, because there was no clear evidence to indicate anything else but that was true. However, Levlidian was managing to make her see things in a different light, and it both thrilled and irritated her. She did not want him to be able to do that to her, for she knew that meant that she would start looking to him more...and she HATED that thought. The last time she had looked up to him, he had walked away and hurt not only their families...but her. Would she ever truly be able to trust him again? She shook her head and sat back with a huff, her agitation at her current situation clearly written all over her face, and all over that constantly wiggling tail that seemed to snake around like mad.
"So, can you only pick up on other peoples energies, when your own is active? Like I can't just walk down the street and SEE what I want to see, I have to be glowing like a mushroom cloud myself to be able to see others' energies?"
It was a logical question to her, and one she would like to know the answer to. Mainly because if she could hide her own energy signature, while still picking up on others, it would make her job so much easier in the future. However, if she could not hide her own signature....what was the use. She would just get found out anyway, and that would be worthless. She heard him say he wanted her to practice such, and she would nod, having every intention of doing so anyway. The more she practiced, the better she would be, the stronger she would get....she hoped. At the mention of Dorian's name she would nod, having expected it as he always did have a way with others.
"Well I will not interfere with your 'friendship' with another. I will more than likely find a place to practice this information you give me. Probably be best that way anyway."
She would lift her head to look at him again, and she could see the frustration written upon his features. This only angered her. How could he be frustrated, what did he have to be frustrated about? He had everything going for him...while she sat here with nothing. Her eyes would drift closed for a moment as she took a deep breath and mumbled softly to herself.
"I can do this...I did it before when you disappeared...I did it on my own. I can do this."

Levlidian peered from his hand, his heart gave a leap at her mutterings and his temper soon flared at the threat he'd over looked, she could get under his skin and so very easily. Such a rage bled into his eye and his brow sank reflecting it. "If you're going to act like that I should break your nose, I killed my Father after he tried to kill me. Why? I'll tell you why-," freeing his chin and leaning forwards, the young Saiyan scowled int her personal space. "When I was born- my Motehr died and he -hated- me for it, made my life miserable even to Saiyan standards and then tried to kill me when I became too strong for him to easily over power. Six Saiyans, Takeshii, six fully grown Saiyans on a young man," he drew back and snatched back his bottle to fill his maw before reapplying it to slide across the table to her. Sitting back, furling his arms and addressing himself with a scowl; "I wanted to take you with me, I couldn't get through the soldiers to you- so I ran before I was put to death for defending myself,". A dark gaze flared to her, one blank eye always set about her whilst the other writhed around to glance about the others in the bar.
"You can pick up energies without increasing yours, I did it, I 'kept mine below yours whilst sensing yours but it's not a radar. You can feel them around you, hell with practice you can 'probably' pin point a person t an exact location. I can't, my temper stops me even especially when I'm in combat,". What was this annoyance, this 'guilt'? What right did she have to make him feel guilty over his choices? Her family had sent her to -kill- him, this was a death sentence because he knew Cadrual had been stronger and he'd failed, so why send her- . He froze and the beasts eye widened, of course, they'd banked on his emotional distress because she'd been close to him, the pair inseparable reunited, slowly his gaze drew back to the grumpy female and suspicion rose in him like a wild fire. Was she doing it now, getting close to take him out when his back was turned, he was -so- stupid and now he'd agreed to train her, train her to be strong enough to-.
The Saiyan lessened his regard of her and peered away, his mind ablaze with thoughts but it was too late now, he'd taken the bait and now he intended to use it to his advantage. If she did try to attack him, a small smile appeared about his lips, he'd paralyse her and leave her in the cold-. A flash of the young girl and he sparring saw him falter and thus he'd sigh, no, he'd think of something else and leaning towards Takeshii the beast boasted a grin. "I'm going to teach you how to become Super Saiyan one of these days, as soon as you're strong enough, I'm going to push you into the next level; and you're right. You can do this, if anyone ever 'kept up with me back home, it was you 'Kesh," a pet name, he'd lure her in and keep her close so as to figure out what to do. That's what he was doing, right? Excitement drew into his gaze, an unrelenting force he could no soner control than his own temper and he'd bestow a toothy grin, closing both eyes and truly giving her that goofy smile he'd worn so very often.

Takeshii sat there with her arms crossed across her belly when he snatched that bottle back away from her. She simply smirked, seeing the irritation clearly written upon his features. He was never one that hid it very well, and many times she had picked on him because of it. Just knowing that she could still get on his nerves so easily, she reveled in it. The bottle slid back across the table and she would snatch it up, taking another long pull, her skin flushing as the much stronger booze began to fill her senses, allowing the Saiyan woman to relax just a little bit. Relaxation was something she needed right now because her tension was running so far that should the wrong person walk up, she would attack. She listened to his words as he described how one was able to control their own power and still be able to seek out another. This was something she was going to have to learn...she did not want others to be able to see her own strengths...not for what they truly were. As he started talking about other things, she grew frustrated and would turn her gaze away.
"You never came back for me Levlidian. You had time and you never came back for me."
Her voice wavered a bit as the emotion of it all started to truly sink in. He had hurt her, and it killed her inside to even think about every trusting him again. Why? Just to have him hurt her again. Just to have him walk away and leaver her behind because something better comes along. No, she was not going to let that happen. She was never truly going to trust him, and would always be on her guard around him. She would shift out of that booth then, moving to stand beside the table as she looked down at him sitting there. There was something in her gaze, something that showed both anger...and something more there. However, it was too late...or was it?
"I am going to go back to the house Lev. I need to gather my thoughts and my things. You know me...once I decide something, I follow through, no matter what. You can come with me...or stay here...your choice."
She did not wait for him then, she was already holding in her emotions too much at the moment and if she did not get out of that building soon, she felt like she would explode and the building would come tumbling down around her. Seeing him again after all their time apart was wearing at her, and her fingers would curl into fists at her side as she reached the door and slammed it open, sending it rocking on it's hinges and causing dust and bricks to fly about. She stood outside that door for several moments, just letting the rain wash over her. Wobbling a tad, because she was feeling a tad drunk at the moment, but she would not admit such to anyone else. She put off that air of being perfectly sober. Several moments would pass, and whether he followed or not, she would turn down the street, heading into the darkness as she moved off towards her temporary home. Steps would carry her through the rain, though it was like she never felt a thing.

Levlidian sighed and issued a snort as she stood and wandered free, the offer hadn't gone unheeded and still he sat there; nope, he wasn't going follow. No, Never, not in a million- "Hold up," he drew himself onto an equally fraught stance as Takeshii drove open that door and vanished into the night. He swept after her, his Gii funnelling behind him as they'd step out onto the street- but the Saiyan had an irate look about him. "You were my best friend Keshii, course I came back for you- I just didn't see how I was fighting through your Father's fucking minions to do it. besides, you're angry I killed my Father? How would you have reacted had I turned up coated in his blood and begging you to run with me? You'd never have followed me," that was more than likely a stupid assumption but the drink spat these words, not he. After the young woman he strode, the rain matting his hair and drenching his attire. Each street was painted black by now, how quick had that bloody sun set? "After I left I was on the run, I couldn't just return to find my best friend you moron. If I had I'd be dead,"
Still they walked, silence was one thing he grateful for but he had a nasty suspicion if he 'kept talking, another fight would break out and he hadn't fancied trying to fend and defend with this alcohol luring through him. "I did know you<" he corrected, good going Lev' just keep pushing. "I want to get to know who you are now, I simply don't know whether you are going to trust me. None of this is what I wanted, I was forced, you know me Takeshii- or you at least -did-. I was brash, arrogant, angry and aggressive but when did I ever betray our families? Father pushed me, he tried to kill me for what I did to Mom. That's what he thought, I've seen it and Ca'Drual- he followed orders but in the end we both knew one of us had to die. I won, it wasn't a sweet victory either,". Still his mouth ran and hsi thoughts made real, if she hadn't slugged him by now, the notion was coming.
"I met a Human here, she helped me- helped get through a lot of my temper and rage. Some where on this planet there's someone who can help you too. It's an odd ball of dirt, there's something about it- it changes people for the better. I defended a god damn town from a monster for god sake-," he ceased his talk and closed his maw. This was pointless, Takeshii had spent years hating him after what he did. As the beasts boots trailed after hers he could feel the overly emotional state the Whiskey placed upon him and he grimaced, jaw cracking. He'd done so well t put this all behind him, all of it, he'd started a new life with a new range of possibilities- now his past leapt into action and rose again. "-If you won't believe me, then fine, but I did come back and I planned to come and find you when I was strong enough to reflect even their strongest fighter. I wanted to be able to beat the Queen herself if I had to but it took-," he sighed, "-longer than I thought. In any case I was too late so hate me if you must- but I'll train you as agreed. See how things go,"

Oh yes the urge to hit him was there, and hit him she would. She balled up her fist and cold cocked him right in the jaw, not even bothering to turn and look to see where she was aiming by this point. She was so furious, so frustrated....so ANGRY at him for what he had done...but more of her was angry because he had not trusted her enough to give her the benefit of the doubt. To give her a chance to make the decision for herself. No, just like everyone else had done, they put her in this little bubble of how THEY expected her to act and react to things. She turned to him and yelled right in his face then.
"THAT IS FOR DOUBTING ME LEV! You never even gave me the chance to decide for myself if I would come with you or not. Yes, I KNEW you...you were my best...damn....friend! Now I have no idea who you are. I don't even know who I am anymore."
She turned then and continued on down the street, finally coming to a stop before the house that she had been accepted into. It was a two story home, one of those old colonial style houses. She stopped, looking at it for a moment, before stepping up to the door and moving inside. She did not bother to stop on her way towards the stairs that would lead her up to the room, not even when one of her roommates would come out from he living room and stop in the doorway to watch her. They sensed something was wrong, and would cast their gaze to look at Levlidian a moment, taking in his form as if judging him, or perhaps measuring his strength so they would know who they were dealing with if it came to that point. Takeshii stormed up those stairs and to the door of her room, opening it and stepping inside. The urge to slam it shut once again was there, but no...she left it open. The room was rather sparse, having little more than a bed, a dresser, a mirror, and a book case that was loaded with books. That was one thing not many knew about Takeshii...she was always studying, always wanting to learn.
"Make yourself at home."
She would say out towards him, loud enough that if he had not followed her to her room, he would still be able to hear it. She moved over towards the dresser and reached beneath it, pulling out a couple of backpacks. In one, she would start to stuff her books into it, not planning on leaving a single one behind. In the other, she would open her dresser, taking out her scant amount of clothing and other items she had. She was quiet now as she moved, not saying anything to him and giving herself time to try to clear her head. Her head was a very dark place, had been since the moment Levlidian had left. After he had left she had spent a very long time alone, trying to figure everything out. Her family had raged, sending several people to try to hunt down Lev to make him pay for what he had done to their families. However, all had returned empty handed, or never returned at all. It got to the point that all that was left was trying to send Takeshii to find him. Now she was here...and even she did not know why any more. She moved around her room and would soon have everything packed away. She tossed her backpacks on the bed and would move to sit down on her bed, looking down at her feet for a moment.
"I spent a long time waiting for you Lev. Weeks, months, years...I don't even remember how long I waited for you to return. I eventually gave up ever seeing you again. I sat back and started to learn how to fight on my own...fight with my hands, because that is what YOU would have done. I entered competitions...the final being the most recent. At the time, I did not know they were having me fight just to see if I was strong enough to try to come find you. I thought it was just like any of my other competitions. Except this time they pitted me against my father. He forced me to fight with all of my power...so I did. I defeated him Lev...but I also killed him when I did. I think he knew he was going to die that day, for her forced me to fight no holds barred."
There were tears rolling down her face by this point, and still she did not raise her gaze to look at him. She kept looking at her boots, her body trembling with pent up sadness and frustration. She was not sure if she would get through this entire conversation, but Lev deserved to know what had happened to her. What had brought her to him in the first place. Her voice started to crack as she continued to speak.
"I was approached by some of the older members of our family, and others of our home. They told me that the challenge I had faced that day was intended to be a test to see if I was strong enough...worthy enough to be sent out to hunt you down. You were to be returned home to face our families to rectify the wrong doing you had done to us all. I guess they did not know how powerful you had become."
Takeshii shook her head then as she brought her palms up to cup at her cheeks, the emotion of everything finally getting to her. Emotion that she had held in for so very long now, finally falling from her eyes in much the way the rain fell from the skies. Her body shook as it was wracked with tears and frustration, the Saiyan warrior not looking at all like a warrior in that very moment.
"It was all a waste of time Lev. My father...he chose to die for something he felt was right. He died at MY hands...and for what. Because other people wanted YOU to pay for what had been done? I am no better than they are Lev....no better at all."

The young Saiyan strode into the frame of the door behind Takeshii as she strode up the stairs, he watched her go a moment and sighed- the strike had hit home and hit hard. The drunken Saiyan had staggered with such a thing, staggered and stood awe struck that she'd actually done as he predicted, maybe he did still know her well enough and now he stood with a dark bruise forming about his eye. The other snickered and the one eyed Saiyan bestowed a growl and strode into the room towards them. "Laugh at me will you," he scowled. Many eruptions of screams and savage disruptive hammerings later, Levlidian reappeared in her door in time to watch her finish packing. There was so little to it, more so books than anything and notes. It reminded him of how he'd been, every book, every moment studying an fighting his way to the top of the pile on Vegeta- at least amongst the rabble. However he ceased his stare about the room to view Takeshii sat upon her bed, she seemed so very serious in that moment and he strode into the room revealing his dusted knuckles.
Silence was all she saw from him, a single obsidian orb fixed on hers as she told the tale that sang with similarities, he watched as those tears began to coil down her face, he watched as she hid away and how it pained him to see this from the outside. That was him, not so long ago, he hesitated but soon he drew closer and crouched before his oldest friend and his hands wouldn't seem to take no for an answer. One cupped the back of her skull the other drawn over her shoulder thus he'd tug her into him and embrace the older Saiyan in his grasp. There was silence and he just held her whilst he thought and glared at the far wall. The Solar Empir- no, he did this to her, in his selfish escapade of his own pride and reasons; he'd assumed she'd be the same as they were but she wasn't, he made her into this. "You remember that stupid tree-?" he asked suddenly, "-I couldn't climb it because I was too small but you and Ca'Drual just mocked me for an hour. Then you came down and actually held out your hand to me. When my brother saw you helping me he kicked you out too- so we wet and found a rock to climb instead,"
Another long silence fell, Levlidian was simply thinking, relaying his words carefully and knew that at any minute he was about to get struck hard upside the head for this. "Well I think something similar just happened, except, I'm coming down to give you my hand- as I got stronger we always fought together. Then the Empire kicked me out and I went and found another rock to climb. I want you to come with me, I'll train you, make you stronger then-," he stopped and parted from her giving the woman a broad grin, "-What ever you choose to do with it, we'll always be friends, alright? That is if you can learn to trust me. Baby steps, right?". This is what Hinawa had done for him. No matter how much he wanted to hurt her and fight, she'd picked him up every time and balanced him out, when ca'Drual died it was Hinawa who'd come to him on that mountain when he screamed in agony and here he was passing on the flag to Takeshii. Durian had done it too, picked him up in his darkest hour and showed him the good he could do if he just set his mind to it.
"Get your things, you can come with me and stay with Durian and I, we have a spare room or a ship if you'd prefer space and we live near the Mountains. It's a perfect place for you to train and not only that-," he flared a grin to Takeshii, "I have a Gravity Chamber, you remember those right? Built it myself, if anything can improve your strength- that'll do it. You'll have a place to store your things and when we leave for Namek- you can choose to come with us or remain here," he'd seek to stand and lure the woman with her, hands folded about her shoulders. "You haven't stopped being my best friend kesh, we just need to learn each other again- if you'd prefer not to stay with me then that's fine but I urge you to at least keep your things there. I'll likely bring you there just to train you in any case," he'd step free if he hadn't been punched clear as it was and he'd lower his head a moment to regard the floor. "They have all but kicked you out- it's up to you whether you take my hand and take a chance. Either way I'll train you," he turned on his heel and made for the door.

Takeshii felt him moving closer and she would tense, having not expected it from him...especially after she had just tried to kill him. What a waste of energy that had been. However, she could not resist the draw of the man she had once considered her best friend. She curled up against him, tear stained cheeks pressed against his shoulder as she allowed the comfort he was willing to give her. She breathed deeply of that familiar scent, though it was much more masculine than it had been when they were kids. She was not sure if that was a good thing or not. Then he had to bring up that memory, and she could not help but smile as her thoughts drifted into the past, and she could clearly see that tree she had been climbing with the two brothers.
"You do realize that your brother was jealous of all the attention I gave to you. I...I think your brother wanted me instead of my sister. He hated the fact that I doted on you and followed you around everywhere you went."
She shook her head then and pulled back from him, looking to him with bloodshot eyes as she thought about things for a moment. She would let go of him and would reach for her backpacks, before turning to look at him again. A shift to a stand, plant of her feet as she threw her backpacks over her shoulder. She would move towards the door then, seeming to have gotten past the moment and moved on once again. It was something she had gotten good at over the years, perhaps one of the ways she had learned to forget about things, and push memories aside. To her, it was better to forget, then to dwell on things...well most things any way. She would turn to look over her shoulder at Levlidian then before speaking.
"Alright Lev. I will come with you, but only because...well...I have nothing else really. You were my soul purpose for being here on Earth in the first place. Though, I am curious as to how Dorian is going to react when you come home with some strange woman she has never met. Don't you think you should talk to her about it first? Make sure she is okay with have another woman in your home."
She would lean against that door for several moments before she turned to leave the room and make her way downstairs. She did not want to spend too much time thinking about the what ifs. If she did that, there was a chance she would change her mind, and just move off to find her own place in this strange world she had found herself in. She stopped at the entrance to the living room, looking around at the few people who were home that night, and she would smile to them. Her voice would come then, that gaze drifting over each person in turn as she spoke.
"I owe you all many thanks. You gave me a home when I had nowhere else to go. For that I will be forever in your debt. If there is ever anything you need, just find me...and I will do whatever I can to aid you. You have my word."
They would each, in turn, move up to give the Saiyan a brief hug, before turning back to whatever task they had been doing at that time. She looked over her shoulder towards Levlidian then and would give her head a tilt towards the door, before moving in that direction and stepping out into the twilight shadows that filled the city streets. She stopped just outside the door then and turned to look at Levlidian again, her voice coming with a bit of a tension within it.
"Alright Lev. I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt, and I am going to trust you....this time. Just please, don't let me down this time."
There was a sadness in her gaze as she said that, but she meant every word. If he let her down again, there would be no telling what she would do to him and those he cared about. There was only so much hurt that a person could take before they finally had enough, and she was reaching her breaking point, quick fast and in a hurry. She would turn away from him again, just leaving her words lingering in the air as she waited for him to lead her off in whatever direction would lead her down the path towards another adventure, another leg of her own journey of self discovery.
