He had been in his bed. Alone, checking to see how much he had made from gambling, his salary, and various other factors. He had been looking at all of this, simply sitting there, when he had thought to himself, "Wouldn't it be great if I could simply wish a crapton of money out of thin air?" it was much less complicated than this, far from a structured sentence, and more like him simply going in his head, "More money. Wish more." Which were, as most thoughts were, barely a visible thought. After all, he had learned in biology that the average saiyan brain did most of the thinking for him, operating all of his bodily functions, controlling his impulses, etc. An added bonus was any useless thought that popped up would be shoved back into the primal pit form where it came. Problem was, any thought he managed to generate himself stuck with him. And while this single thought was a farcry from a thought worth indulging in, this brain of his was forcing him to keep thinking about it. It was only when he connected the now almost ancient words in his mind to the word wish.
Dragon balls. The dragon balls.
It had been only a handful of weeks since he had landed on namek. His life was permanently shifted from then on, as he now served the engine of his people's destruction. No, not his people's... Tomoka had no desire to end the saiyan race. He was, in fact, a saiyan. He didn't plan on dying alone either, and he didn't know how compatible saiyan genes were with others, but he knew that humans were an option. But from what he had heard of human reputations, there was no way he would EVER sleep with a human. A human raised in the empire? Maybe. A saiyan raised on Earth? Maybe. But a human raised on Earth? No chance in hell. But, while his tastes had not changed, his loyalties had. And while his loyalties had changed, his motives hadn't. He had simply... forgotten. He had forgotten of his plan... of his mission... of the DRAGON BALLS!
Tomoka had sat up almost instantly when he remembered this, and in a split second, his priorities were re-aligned. His purpose was once again clear, and his plans to achieve this purpose were once again in his mind. It had been a day since yesterday, and he had been asking through the castle about a few legends he had heard about the planet, particularly on the strange and infamous wishing jewels he had heard so very much about. Tomoka had asked where he could find someone with intimate knowledge on the subject, and he was directed to the point of interest since the mazoku takeover: it was most likely one of the more dangerous places to be, but, nevertheless, his goals demanded he be there.
A young boy had been planting something... something in a field, with what had appeared to be his brother. Tomoka didn't know, they looked the same. He had allowed his tale to swish freely behind him, touching down on the ground with a loud thud, and the kids had turned to see the armored soldier tower above them. One glance and they had scurried towards the nearest house, crying their eyes out already. They had heard the stories, heard the terrifying stories of the men in the armor, wearing those things on the side of their heads, with those tails swishing back and forth, back and forth. He was now walking forward, walking through the village. He had seen a bit of damage... from an attack, possibly? Tomoka didn't know. What he knew was simple: he had come to ask questions.
Tomoka had walked to the center of the village, his tale swishing back and forth as usual, several grown nameks looking upon him. None had noticed the evil insignia imprinted upon his chestplate, none knew he served the master of this world. All they knew was that an infamous saiyan had arrived, and he had come in his armor and scouter thing, and was looking like he wanted to cause trouble.
"I... am Tomoka." Tomoka would state in a flat tone, his head raised. "I was born of Vegeta, and I now serve your rightful lord and master, The mazoku lord: Xylo himself." This silenced most of the crowd, but a few had murmured in what sounded like a dissenting voice. "But I come not a servant of the mazoku, of a soldier of the empire. I come here, a saiyan warrior, seeking knowledge." Tomoka would say this as his arms, which had been neatly tucked in his hands, unfolded. "I've come to learn of a legend that has earned this planet quite a few unneccessary beatings and bruises. I haven't come to take what I come to learn of from you: even if they were activated, I'd have asked for them. I've come to learn..." Tomoka would draw a sharp breath. This was it. They would either mob on him in this instant, or they would think for a few seconds. "Of the dragon balls."
The crowd fell silent, and he heard a yell. "LIAR!" Shouted a voice, and a young, well built looking namek rushed from the crowd, anger in his eyes. "Right! You say you came here not looking for a fight, or trying to steal from us, but's that what they always say! Doesn't matter if you're mazoku, or saiyan, or whatever the hell you are! You're all the same, coming to take what he have!" The young warrior swung his fist at Tomoka, hitting him in the breast plate. Tomoka was caught off guard, as he had been suppressing his ki quite a bit. It shattered the plate, and he fell back a few bits. The emblem was gone. Tomoka stared, than frowned at the young namekian. Not one of anger or sadness, but... dissappointment.
Tomoka sat up, his ki radiating around him. "I don't want to fight, but I won't hesitate..." Tomoka would say, as he flew behind the warrior's back, grabbing his arms. "To disarm you." At that, Tomoka began to pull on the warriors arms, harder and harder, but not enough to pull them off. It was clear that this namek was undisciplined and untrained, and had gotten himself into a fight he couldn't win.
"What's wrong? I thought you were a warrior. Want me to stop?" Tomoka asked as he pulled harder. "YES! PLEASE! STOP IT, OH GURU, IT HURTS SO BAD!" The warrior screamed, and, contrary to what most thought would happen in the crowd, Tomoka let go. The namek fell to the ground, and Tomoka propped his foot on his back. "How many saiyans that you've met would let this man live? How many mazoku? None, I assume? Does this not already prove my intentions to not be hostile?!" Tomoka shouted, removing his foot from the namek, hurrying off in a few seconds. "How many wouldn't have torn his arms off? I know quite a few of my friends back at the castle would be much more than happy to, most of which are nameks." Tomoka would state, the crowd still fearful of him. "I ask you this, as a simple favor: bring me to someone who knows of the dragon balls! What they are, how they work, how to find them, and how to MAKE them!" Tomoka would now shout. They would fear him, there was no stopping that. But he had hoped that the tantamous amount of mercy he had given them so far would earn him the thing so many rulers lacked: respect.

Mustyan watched carefully as he walked around the village. He was looking to steal something it was his skill after all. He was a thief simple as that. He liked stealing and needed to steal to keep the life style he had going. He could see all the namakians walking through the village with no clear sign they actually care any zeni. Of course he could here a lot of ruckus as it seemed something was the matter. He turning and oh...great. Mustyan looked over his eyes narrowed in annoyance and rage. Just his luck this man had to be everywhere he wanted to steal or maybe just wanted to chat but this saiyan was everywhere. Why was he everywhere! Could he not just be in some other area of the freckling world but he always in the right place at the right time. He walked into the crowd watching what was going on. As he listened he seemed to be saying the man had come to learn and he was a saiyan warrior seeking knowledge. He was confused the brute seemed to have no use for knowledge, seeming as he already was so foolish how he could learn more that would help him. His problem needed a doctor to fix that brain that what he had to say.
The saiyan tried to be witty as he grabbed the namakians pinning him after the namakians went to attack him. Seemed not all of them were happy with the rule of the demon clan of Namak. That was not surprising whenever the rule was switched not everyone would agree, he didn't get what was so confusing. Also his witty you know "I'm going to disarm you." It was really not that inventive. It was going to make a threatening joke at least do it with more on the line. Namakians could grow back an arm. He watched the man pull the arm trying to act cool as if he needed more to prove his point. He hated men who took their time trying to torture people to get their point across. He could have grabbed his arm and snapped it, instead of keeping up the pain but that was just him. He looked at the man through narrowed eyes talking about how he was some merciful god. How many saiyan who of let this man live. If he remembered the saiyan and namakians had some sort of alliance or something they were on the planet when Xylo took over right? That was all the great stuff going on about how the Saiyans were beaten back by the namakians new leader Xylo and his men. What surprised him as he wanted to know about these dragon balls? He didn't know what dragon balls were but they seemed to be important to the weakling. Maybe they were magically seemed like they were something they work to make them. He wanted to laugh sort of, this saiyan reduced to getting magically artifact to grow in strength. He'd almost call it spineless if he had not already made the claim he was spineless. He stepped of the crowd in his cloak looking at the man. "I know a lot of Saiyans who would have spared the namakians, the one that held this planet, if they wanted to destroy Namak it'd be a pile of dust right now." He made no attempt to hide his voice as he stepped out of the crowd eyeing the saiyan. "Sup watch what you’re doing asking for secrets may cost yah.”

Tomoka watched as the Nameks hurried off, and couldn't help but laugh as they continued to scream and panic. They were afraid, but after his display of mercy, he would be given what he wanted, most likely, in a few minutes. Surely, they would go to their elders, asking if they knew of the magical balls' power. They all knew that the dragon balls were real, and they all knew how they worked. What Tomoka needed was the knowledge of finding and creating them, for this would most definitely be the most important part of his attempts at getting his wish granted. If he could create a second set of dragon balls somehow, and have them become usable by the various peoples of Xylo's new empire, the only thing that could happen would be the absolute and total victory of the Mazoku, which meant that Tomoka would be, in short, a hero. And all war heroes are rewarded, though, some of the rewards that Tomoka had in mind, were not the things a namek could provide...
Yes, it was undeniable that there would be a few things that he knew the namekians themselves couldn't give him, most definitely. He'd probably have to look amongst the broken remains of his people, for they'd definitely have what he wanted. Yes, definitely...
As Tomoka thought this, he detected a large power level coming from near bye, and, all of a sudden, he heard a familiar voice. "I know a lot of Saiyans who would have spared the namakians, the one that held this planet, if they wanted to destroy Namak it'd be a pile of dust right now." Tomoka froze, and than turned his head, finding the source of the familiar voice. He couldn't help but scowl when he saw him, angered. What was he doing here? What did it matter to him what was going on? "Sup watch what you’re doing asking for secrets may cost yah.” Tomoka gritted his teeth, his fist clenching. "Fuck..." He would say under his breathe. The last person he wanted to see out here was the blue man, and here he was, trying to obstruct his plans... but was that really a big surprise? He'd screwed him over back in the capital, so why wouldn't he screw him over out here? It made perfect sense, that this one would try to do this to him out here. Try to obstruct the one thing he was doing without anyone breathing down his neck back at the castle about it.
"Hey, look, it's Mustyan the blue bastard!" He would promptly say, as he folded his arms once more, chuckling. "Looks like he's making claims that make no sense, once more!" Tomoka would now shout, and the nameks switched their faces of terror with faces of confusion. Tomoka saw this, and explained. "He's just a common criminal who tried to play mind games with me so he could goad me into a fight with him. I declined, and here he is: obviously trying to steal from all of you, all of you hardworking nameks who were doing nothing wrong. Meanwhile, I come to ask a few questions, and he tries to stop me from doing so, and I'm the closest thing to a cop in the next 100 miles. Let that sink in for a minute, gentlemen and gentlemen."
The nameks stared at the blue man before him, not sure what to think. "And look! He thinks the saiyan occupation, in which my people began a massive military takeover of this planet, was a good thing! Yeah, that ended well, didn't it?" Tomoka asked the people, and they all seemed to start to remember the years of saiyan occupation. While they hadn't been bothered to much, they weren't able to save the planet, when that fateful day came... "And now he seeks to try and caste them as the good guys! Great job, you try to make a military occupation look good! At least now, namekians are in charge of namek." Tomoka would say to the blue man, and than to the people. "Now, why are you trying to stop what I'm doing here? I'm looking to learn of the dragon balls, so unless you're here to learn with me, than I suggest you leave." Tomoka would say this to Mustyan directly, moving his hand rapidly in a 'shoo' kind of expression, and he would grin. The nameks were back to looking for someone who knew of the dragon balls, and all was starting to be get right back to looking and asking the elders. Tomoka knew his plans wouldn't be stopped here, they couldn't be.

He looked at the saiyan. "Makes no sense you really even apart of the SSE." He said snapping annoyed. " If you’re a saiyan you'd should know about your own people planets that they took over." He flicked his hand out looking at the took annoyed. Common Crook, if he was going to be called a crook it was going to be at the highest level. He was a crook kingpin not just come common thug on the street. He nodded "Yah I am a crook but I want the crook that betrayed his people to lick the feet of Xylo, aint' that right pup." There was some snickering through most were still in fear of Tomoka. They had every right to be, he was scary if they were some average namakians. He looked at Tomoka nodding, " I actually was here to use the money I stole somewhere else to buy something to train with why I would steal if I had just been stealing somewhere else that is called a bad policy my friend just like the policy of your race to spend all their zeni on hair jell." He stepped forward eyeing the Tomoka, "How much you'd spend on that or maybe you asked Xylo for some of his pocket change, maybe the pup need his milk ay...” He raised his arms like he was some rock star as he smirked nodding. "I didn't say it was good I think you obviously didn't listen to what I said I’m saying it happened which happened after it got blown up so maybe they protected it not saying you’re not doing that, well your group anyway." Mustyan rose up nodding, "Yah it is great there in charge your lord Xylo he must be a great guy but we still have a saiyan trying to rule over this village cause he can't rule over anything else." he said looking at Tomoka. "Your Xylo's little pet dog I suppose you don't know your place on the food chain you think you got all this game and I’m just some common thief but I am Mustyan the Blue Devil, it a name that you'd all not heard of but in the ae I am an outlaw and here will be no difference, so in accordance with that and seeing as your trying to learn about these super-secret objects that I bet your doing on your own I’m going to go find your officer and tell them your going to betray them unless. Well you stop me of course if I’m not allowed to leave me suppose I can't do that." Tomoka

Tomoka stared with a look of absolute hatred in his eyes, and he would fire a small ki blast at a house, the wall exploding. The namekians would scream, and they would run away quickly. "That'll teach you a lesson for laughing at me." Tomoka would think to himself, and quickly responded to the blue man. "Look. I'm not here to take over this village. These people are ruled by who should rule: the most powerful on this planet. I know that my people did nearly conquer this world, and I know Xylo kicked most of the soldiers off this planet, and I think that was a wise idea on his part." Tomoka would say this in a flat tone, trying to prevent himself from strangling the man. "I didn't betray my people, I betrayed their empire. I have no intention to destroy my own race, if that's what you think. I have the intention of becoming the strongest among them, and, perhaps, govern them in Xylo's name." Tomoka would say this in a cold, calculated manor. "Xylo's cause is just, and his methods are respectable. I believe I am correct when I say that, if he was born a saiyan, my people would flock to serve him." Tomoka said this to the blue man, and to the crowd, just to emphasize how powerful Xylo could be with words.
"For one thing, if you think this is caused by jell, my ignorant and racist friend, you're very mistaken. It wouldn't matter if I ran 20 gallons of water through this hair, and it wouldn't matter of I combed it for a century. This hair would still be, I promise you, spiky as hell." Tomoka would say this as he ran a hand through his hair, the spikes popping back up as he did so. "See? Doesn't matter. I have spikes for days." He would quote a phrase he had seen online once, finding it quite funny.
"All kidding aside, I don't think it matters to these people where you stole from. You stole from honest, hard working citizens of Xylo's empire, and you clearly don't regret what you did in the slightest, which makes you an asshole. I mean, who the fuck brags about stealing from someone, when that person you're bragging to might actually be a distant cousin or friend? I've seen from how the people of this planet act, is that family is much closer than on Vegeta. Family on Vegeta goes something like: meet a girl in a bar, bed her for fun, than ship the bastard off to the nearest conquerable world, which is probably how the being who stands before you even exists." Tomoka would say this out loud, and he couldn't help but laugh a bit. The way his people got together was perfectly fine in his eyes, but when he said how out loud, he couldn't help but find it absolutely hilarious.
"So I'd tone it down on how awesome you are at mooching off the livelihood of honest people. On Vegeta, we kill smug fuckers who like to steal from hard working citizens, and I hope we can bring that policy to this planet as well. Hell, I think it's already in effect." Tomoka would wag his finger as he said this, shaking his head as well. "So, mustyan the blue know it all, what do you want from me? Can't I just figure out what the hell the dragon balls are WITHOUT you stepping in between me and my plans? Hell, I plan on leaving the planet once I get all the answers I need. I'm sure lord Xylo wouldn't mind a soldier taking a temporary trip to Earth, the only other planet that has what I want." Tomoka would say this in a tone of scepticism and annoyance, wanting the blue man to simply leave him alone. "You're not helping me or yourself by doing this. Stopping me benefits no one, and before you say it benefits the guy who's house I just damaged, I'm pretty sure it won't take long to replace that wall. No... I KNOW it won't take long, since the walls aren't even made of concrete!"

Helix… Had had a long day.
Early in the morning, the prophet had congregated with Ollus and Mol in order to eliminate the dragon balls from the face of planet namek; it was far too dangerous to have the sacred artifacts within reach of Xylo's nefarious off-world lackeys.
Soon after, Helix had met up with his good friend, warrior caste leader Namorel, who happened to be engaged in an altercation with one of the very demons the guru sought to deprive the dragon balls from. An aspiring warrior named Solen had gotten into a rather heated argument with the demon, and Helix had luckily arrived at the cusp of the situation, before any violence could further scar Namek's beautiful plains.
Having broken up the interaction between the warrior castes and the abhorent creature, Helix's good mood had unfortunately been ruined. And after his ensuing conversation with his comrades, the prophet was sufficiently exhausted out of his mind.
And just his luck. As the new guru rested in the grand elder's tower, he received a brief glint of inspiration to stand up and check up on the state of the planet.
The door of the tower bound palace slid open with automatic efficiency as the prophet stepped out: It was cold inside the luxurious domicile with no companion there to comfort him, even in the few hours in which he sat alone. Although Helix was a fan of solitary contemplation, the days wore long on him. Surprisingly, his trip to Hell had not misanthropized him, but ignited a newfound passion for conversation with those unfamiliar to him.
In three swift paces, Helix stood at the edge of the tower. The sight below would be imperceptible to anyone besides a kami: As helix squinted, his vision zoomed in exponentially, allowing him a near omniscience of the scene below. Upon seeing the situation below, Helix pinched his nose, eyes filling with exhaustion. "Oh Porunga."
Two of Xylo's forces in one day had encroached on sacred namekian territory, both of them offworlders with a sickening disrespect for the people they purported to protect. It appeared that none of the elders below could handle the situation, and the snarking saiyan had already hurt one of his people. It was only a matter of minutes before he dealt more damage.
The guru's head marking glew with a warm white light, and a small platform of stone emerged from the side of the palace's tower. Stepping onto the platform, the slab descended the side of the plateau with surprising speed, sliding down to the bottom and pausing just before touching the ground.
Helix stepped off, immediately hitting the saiyan with a glance, narrow eyed and yet sympathetic, as if asking the saiyan why he would be so disrespectful to the life around him. Helix's forehead stopped glowing, and a quick gesture sent his stone elevator back up the grand elder tower.
"Please, stand aside," Helix phrased his command as a request, but his countenance and rigid tone let the saiyan know that he was to step back immediately. The guru pulled his cloak close and paced softly towards the fallen namekian, kneeling down beside him and sticking out his hand. A warm pink energy pulsed out of the prophet's hand like water, washing over the fallen namekian and mending his wounds immediately.
"T-Thank you H-Helix," the young man said softly, before smiling weakly as he regained his strength. "Guru Helix."
Helix put his hand on the warrior's shoulder tenderly and grinned sheepishly before standing to face the two encroachers. Normally, Helix would invite a stranger, or even an enemy in to his home for a pot of tea. But these men had done immediate harm.
"Are you quite done here?" the prophet spoke with a soft tone, but the air of sharp pain in his voice let the two outsiders know that their very presence was disrespectful, let alone their actions against his people.

"Most Powerful being on the planet." He said rubbing his chin looking at the man, "I told you this before power does not mean you should rule. Maybe in your primitive homeland of vegeta you learned power was everything but you know how you learn to fight with any class." He pointed to his head flicking his hair back. "You need something under your skull not saying this man who leads namak does not have that but if he did he'd knew he was doomed." He nearly fell over when he said he wanted to rule Vegeta. Well that explained alot. His arrogance and why he would work with Xylo. "Tell me something, why would he put you to rule vegeta. Your weak, simply put. Your a weak spine and a weak mind he could put a baby on the throne and i'd have more success then you. Xylo's Pup needs to learn his place before he goes barking up a tree, you never know if the tree might fight back." He rubbed his hands looking at the Saiyan with a half smirk, half annoyed frown. This man had desire sure, but he was weak. That would not change, even if he became a super saiyan he'd still be weak. Just dying your hair and gaining a power boost did not make him strong. Their were many super saiyans. If they were so super why did they loose to this namak unless he was a super namak. No that sounded stupid, next they tell him their was super aroscians.
"First off me racist." He said looking at the Saiyan nodding his head. "You fit your race's stereotype but calling me racist. I'd say i'm more of a man who just likes messing with those weaker then him and knowing his place from those who are actually strong." He said calmly stepping forward to be withen punching range of the Saiyan. He looked at the saiyan, "Really, huh i maybe should test that maybe cut your hair to pieces along with your head if you try and cross me." He said looking up seriously. "I'm not a murder most of the times but i'm not agiasnt it. I'd kill you with a flash if you want to test yourself and see if you really got the guts to become a king of a planet. You of course don't, the only reason you could take a throne is cause you follow that namak." He said spitting aiming for the shoes of the Saiyan. He looked at Tomoka annoyed, "You think i just rob randomly look at who i rob. First man i robbed on namak was a crooked merchant. I mean you selling water for 50 zeni a bottle. You know how many people need that water. Well no, i stole his money and gave it out or used it or something rather then massing greed." He waved his hand, "Also Asshole that really the best insult you can come up with, i thought you were all a warrior race, not a talker race if i wanted one of those i'd head back to arosce."
"Oh yah your Plans buddy buddy, i have no idea what they dragonballs do but you can't just step into a town and hurt a guy cause you feel so weak. I mean lets be real your pride must be stung after you fled from me knowing you stood no chance. Maybe you do and maybe you don't but you'd never fight out cause you are a coward." he paused as he heard a voice as something was happening at the palace. A namak landed he looking up confused. He must of been one of their leaders though he could not sense ki. He head of these dragon clans who were like mage's? He never really understood it from what he had been told but he'd go with it. He bowed his head quickly turning to Tomoka. "As you wish uh....." He paused as he heard the fallen namakian be healed. He looked surprised as the man began to be healed. What power was that? He had never seen anything like that, his right arm stung with the thought a power to heal wounds. If only he had that power when it was lost. The Young man said a name. The Healing man was named Helix but he was called guru Helix. Was he prehaps the former guru before Xylo took over? Perhaps though why would he revel himself if he was unless he knew they stood no chance. Mustyan backed away from the namakian. "you said you assuming your talking about him i was just staying for the day, learning about namakian culture and yah i am thief what can i say." he shrugged, he knew everyone around had heard so this was no time to lie to the man's face. He knew the first thing he needed to do was make Tomoka and him known as two distinct parties he had no time to get mixed up with Tomoka and his foolishness. "I'll make it clear also we don't work together in fact we hate eachother, i have no affliction with this lord Xylo whether that is good or bad oh well."

As the blue man continued to babble on, Tomoka simply wanted to strangle him. Every word that oozed from his mouth was like a poison that he knew he could remove, but wasn't allowed to. And as he finished his speaking, not realizing that he had started to speak to another man in the area, Tomoka would grab the blue man by the scruff of his shirt. "Listen you blue fuck, I've had enough of you shitting over everything I do! I try and do this simple thing, trying not to hurt anyone, and here you are, prattling on about how I'm a walking stereotype! Hell, I haven't learned a thing about the dragon balls since I got here, so unless you're looking to shatter an ambitious saiyan's dreams, I would humbly request you FUCK OFF!" he would shout before he pushed the blue man back, panting for breath. He would now notice another figure in the background, and would turn, and begin looking at green man before them, and would see, all of a sudden, that the namek who's arms he'd nearly ripped off earlier was completely healed. Tomoka had heard the names of one of such power on this planet. Guru. Tomoka wasn't sure who this Guru was or what his job was, but he knew that the Guru was the one who dealt with the dragon balls.
And than, it hit him so quickly, that he nearly laughed with joy. This was the one that Tomoka had been searching for! He stared at him for a few more seconds, before blinking, and he would completely ignore the blue man, standing before the Guru in awe, but with respect as well. Tomoka bowed before the man, showing him the respect that he deserved as he looked up.
"You... Guru of namek... you are the one I have searched for." Tomoka said to the man before him, breathing heavily. "Please, allow me to introduce myself. I am Tomoka, humble servant to Lord Xylo, ruler of Namek. Whether you have problems with his leadership are of no consequence to me, I only ask that when you listen to me, you listen without your personal biases interfering with what you hear." Tomoka continued, before standing before the figure, before he flew into the air, expecting the namek to follow. "A few months ago, I picked up a text in the library of one of Vegeta's military academies. It was a chronological history of the galaxy, and what I found was a story of a powerful magic, hosted on this world and the world known as Earth." Tomoka would say this to the man respectfully, hoping he wouldn't offend him. He knew what could happen when namek's got mad.
"This power, divided into seven balls, could grant any wish possible. My plan was simple: go to where these balls came from, namek, learn all I could about them, and than head to Earth, as their balls are clearly more powerful, having wished entire worlds back to life." Tomoka would say to the guru as he flew behind him. "I tried not to resort to violence here, trust me. But that namek attacked me, and they refused to bring me someone who could give me the knowledge I needed. So, I blew up a wall, and threatened to pull off the limbs of a being who can regenerate at will. Does that make me somehow hostile to you? I hope not." Tomoka would continue to explain, trying to appear as respectful as possible. "Now, I just need you to tell me: how do your dragon balls work? I just want to know."

After Helix spoke his mind, the blue skinned offworlder stepped back, declaring his independence from the saiyan and his lack of affiliation with Xylo. The prophet felt the blue alien's soul, reading the resonance and gaining the impression that he was telling the truth. "So long as you do not torment my people, you are welcome on namek."
Then, Helix turned to the saiyan, who was finishing up some sassy retort to his the white haired rival. The saiyan then spoke confidently, as if Helix was lucky to be in his presence. The guru didn't mind this of course, but he noted it nonetheless.
As the saiyan introduced himself as Tomoka, and tried to talk reasonably. The prophet analyzed each word, and although he concluded that the saiyan was blinded by pride, he couldn't bring himself to hold it against him.
But when he introduced himself as a servant to Xylo, Helix's eyes widened, and his desire to immediately reject the saiyan evaporated. The namekians around the town seemed to tense up at this notion.
As Tomoka levitated into the air, he requested that Helix follow him. But Helix's feet didn't move. "Anything you can say to me, you can say to my people," Helix spoke gently, but not without a slight edge. Helix would not abandon his people to go talk to an 'important stranger' no matter who they were.
As the saiyan talked, the heavy eyes of the namekian people would rest on him. Helix remained in complete silence, but the more he became aquatinted with the saiyan the more he opened himself up. After all, his father had commanded that one should love his enemy like he would love a brother.
Tomoka explained the dragon balls to Helix, and the namekians standing around in a circle looked at him peculiarly. There was something patronizing in his tone that caused many of the dragon castes to foster a further and deeper hatred than before.
Helix could feel the pulse of the crowd surrounding, and realized that the surrounding warrior castes would tear the saiyan to shreds if Helix permitted him to keep spewing ignorance. The final act of naivety was the saiyan's declaration that his destruction of the town and attacking of the people was justified, because nobody was "telling him what he wanted." This saiyan was no man, he was an overgrown child. But on some level, the guru was intrigued by this.
Of course, saiyans scheming for the dragon balls was no new phenomenon. But this particular specimen was interesting in that he was working for Xylo, not the saiyan solar empire. There was knowledge to be gained from this individual. But it couldn't happen if the warrior castes expunged him from the town. "I wish to know more of your loyalty to Xylo," Helix stated bluntly. "And I wish to know of your motives as well," the prophet chimed more kindly, turning towards the blue offworlder. "If it suits you, follow me to the palace. But please, do not harm another soul."
Helix now gestured for the two aliens to follow him to the side of the rocky tower which supported the guru's palace. Helix summoned a platform of stone from the side of the column and planted himself in the center, with a short warrior caste stepping on beside him. If the two aliens joined him, the slab would ascend the side of the plateau and reveal the humble but splendorful pearl palace to the offworlders.

"Of course you'll have no trouble with me, Mr. Guru." He bowed his head looking at the saiyan as he began to bald about wanting the dragon balls. Humble was not the first thing he'd call him but hey that was his opinion. He asked him not to go in the way of his bias as he spoke Mustyan rolled his eyes. He really was a nutcase. He talked about this dragon balls thing trying to learn about them until he heard what he said his eyes widening. Those things could make wishes? Why had no one told him? Image one could wish for anything, money, an army or...power. He paused thinking it over. Had This Xylo wished for ultimate power if he could get his hands on these dragon balls being a Namak then he could get that wish he desired and be all powerful? It made him shake slightly at the thought. If he was already on the level of a super saiyan image if he had gained even more power and surpassed even the highest of the super Saiyans. It'd be fun when he destroyed the queen but after that...well where he would turn next. This guy really sounded like a nut case or at least from what he heard he sounded like one. Maybe he was a good guy but he doubted that. Good men don't take over planets. You need to be Brutal and ruthless to get that right, the right to rule a world. You didn't need power but you need something along with that Brutal and Ruthlessness. It was why he was thief; he'd like to think he was neither of those.
The Saiyan talked about how he was not violent after blowing through a wall and threatening to break the arm of a namakians who attacked him. He face palmed looking at the saiyan, "Oh yah that sounds nonviolent, you could have walked in the village and not of threatening to rip his arm off by I don't know pushing him back sounds less violent to me." He said before going to grumbling. He didn't understand did Saiyans lose their brains in an exchange for their strength. He would say it was true if that man was not so weak. Maybe he just lacked a brain in the first place. He nodded as the guru invited them to his palace. "I'd be most honored, Lord Guru." He said following the guru to his palace. He had summoned a platform of stone from the ground which shocked Mustyan he blinking as he saw it. He didn't know such type of ability existed then again one could blow up a planet with enough force so lifting a slab from the earth didn't seem too far fetched. Though he was very interested in these sorts of applications of Ki and or magic. He was not sure which was which. He'd head to the Pearl palace watching Tomoka his left arm resting in his pocket. He didn't trust him to be peaceful.

Tomoka could tell that the namekians were angered by how he spoke to the Guru, but he didn't know why. He had thought his reasoning was sound- no, it was sound. He would've never really torn the namek's arms off, he wanted to show what would happen in the event that one of them would try and attack him, which was, in a simple word: pain. He couldn't help but notice that those of the dragon caste appeared to be angered by how he talked of the dragon balls. What, was his explanation wrong? Did he sound patronizing? Oh, look, a saiyan who knows about the dragon balls and doesn't need the entire explanation shoved through his ear 20 times over? He's a prick!
Tomoka would ignore the blue man's comments, wanting not to deal with him any longer. At this point, every word that came from his mouth was a drop of poison, seeping into his skull and causing a variety of side effects, like stupid thoughts, self doubt, or all of the above. He would simply land back down after seeing that the Guru had not followed, hearing his words and taking them to mind. "Forgive me, Guru." He would say, bowing his head once more, making sure that the blue man knew he didn't care for his venom any longer. "I was careless. You clearly view yourself as not above your subjects, which is something I am not used to." Tomoka would say, referring to the caste system of the SSE.
Tomoka would follow the Guru as he headed to the magnificent castle in the village, that Tomoka had made sure not to damage. He had used the wall that he did because he knew that a wall of a single house could be replaced in a few days, and with the magic of the dragon caste, perhaps an hour. Anything and everything he had done so far would do next to no harm to the peoples of this village, and it would have ended in the event that he had a few questions answered. But no. Instead, what he got was a man attacking him, and was now nearly being accused of hostile intentions due to him simply defending himself, and proving a point.
As Tomoka would see the palace, he would marvel at it's splendor. The palace on Vegeta was grand, and powerful, and Castle Mazoku was mighty, and ominous. But this... this was different. It was beautiful. Peaceful. He felt something in his chest, but wasn't sure what this feeling was, and brushed it aside. The question of his loyalty had come up earlier, but he was cut off by his reaction to the palace. So, he would answer the guru now. "I joined lord Xylo after I was defeated by Tabu, one of his soldiers, upon my arrival to this planet." Tomoka explained, but had to stop himself, as he remembered the massive beam that had come from the giant monstrosity that was the great namek form of Tabu. "I had come on my search for the dragon balls. I had stayed prisoner for 2 weeks, eating nothing but... cabbage? I don't know what it was, but it accellerated the healing process. I know because every bone in my body was broken, I was covered in burns. It's a wonder I didn't die, though I'm glad I didn't." Tomoka would explain, before he got on to answering why he served those who had nearly killed him.
"When I was fully healed, I was visited by their book keeper, who put me on trial for attacking the two, despite the fact that I was attacked first. The only property damage was a platue destroyed in the process, and I landed on namek illegally as well. Than... he, showed up." Tomoka would say with a dark tone, the tone explaining exactly who had come to his cell. If the Guru was smart, he would know who Tomoka spoke of. "He told me one of three things was going to happen: the first was that, for my crimes, I would be shot into space, headed for a barren, desert world, with nothing but the rags on my back, and whatever I could pull out of the wreck of the ship. The next, was that he would kill me, with a single blast. I can't sense energy, but it almost felt like I could feel it. The overwhelming power coming from him... it was massive. I knew I wasn't fighting my way out of that cells." Tomoka said, his hand shaking as he remembered. The radiating power surrounding him, the flare of ki. Mammon had terrified him with his presence, and the demon's appearance was terrifying as well. But Xylo... the fear that Tomoka had felt simply could not be replicated.
"Finally, he presented a third option: I could join his ranks, and topple my empire. Xylo was planning for war, and he saw value, despite how low it was, in recruiting me. I don't know what he was thinking, really. My power level was 1,500. I had just left the academies. I was more green than a... lime? Is that what they call that Earth fruit? Well, I realized that the options presented to me boiled down to dying like a rat, in a cell, cramped in a corner, or dying on a barren planet, all alone, with no sense of purpose, or a way to end in quickly... or, I could join the man who would destroy my empire." Tomoka looked into the Guru's eyes intensely. "I fear death, Guru. It's the most terrifying thing in the universe to me. Death. To cease existence, to fade into an inky void of black... no, there wouldn't be black, would there? You wouldn't be able to process black, because any thought processes would be gone. You wouldn't exist, would you?" Tomoka asked the Guru, a look of fear on his face. "I had come to this planet, to learn everything I could about the dragon balls, and than, somehow, find the ones on Earth... and make it so my death would become impossible. I would never age, never die. I would exist." Tomoka would say, his motives now clear.
"But, when I heard that the only way to achieve that goal was to destroy my nation... for a minute, I thought that I should stand up, and press his palm against my head. I would've told him to do it, and I think he would've. But tell me, Guru of namek... why die for a state that would forsake you to a planet when you couldn't even walk and talk, and expect you to conquer that planet in a few years? And than, expect you to fight for that state, and all the while, your classmates, who were lucky to be born stronger than you, would call you a low class piece of trash, beat you half to death in the bathrooms, and get away with it... every. Single. Day?" Tomoka now looked into the eyes of the Guru with anger. Not at him, not at himself, but with his empire. "My life was hell for so many, many years. Up until I beat a certain elite bastard half to death at lunch. Power breeds respect, and so, I showed my power, though we all had next to none of it." Tomoka said, and chuckled a bit as he remembered the shock of the elites as he beat the shit out of their friend. "But it didn't change what I was destined to become: a soldier, doomed to die on some battlefield on some random, attempted conquest on some far off world. I was nothing to them, and I never would be more than that. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if I became less." Tomoka spat as he stood before the Guru. "So, I thought to myself, and I went to hell with the empire. It had never done anything for me, and never would, besides force me to die on some shit hole rock we tried to take over. It might have done a lot for my people as a whole, but only for a few. The rest of us, the low class, had to sit on the bottom, hope for a zenkai boost, than go back to serving them. No more. With the Mazoku flag planted on every planet in the empire, I doubt that it'll be the same. Might will still be right, but everyone will have a chance to get might." Tomoka would say, imagining the empire when the mazoku defeated it. "Do you understand now, Guru of namek?"

As Helix paced towards the main palace, the mysterious blue alien remained silent. But the saiyan seemed to have a lot to say. He bowed his head respectfully, apologizing for his misconduct, and Helix smiled halfheartedly at the Mazoku loyalist. The guru's eyes seemed to portray a vague desire for facilitation, but he remained distant.
He was ready to love his enemy, but trusting was a different story.
The saiyan quickly began to explain his situation, and Helix placed a hand on his chin as he listened to the tale of Tomoka's loyalty. It seemed the soldiers of Xylo had brutalized him well.
"The name is familiar," Helix wisped softly, looking over at the saiyan, "Many of Xylo's loyalists have been quite hostile to namekians and offworlders alike." The prophet was of course quite aware of the implication of his gentle words.
"Please, step inside," the guru said, cautious to interrupt the story. Within moments, the dragon caste would lead the two offworlders into the palace, it's glistening tiles echoing their every step and reverberating a comforting hollowness, "Take a seat," the guru instructed the blue man warmly, and then nodded to the speaking saiyan as he continued.
Tomoka wove the legend of Xylo with reverence, and Helix's eyes drifted across the floor restlessly. For some reason, hearing tales of his brother's terrifically terrifying tirades didn't rouse his interest. The saiyan continued, explaining that Xylo offered him employment against his own former empire. In between the dribble of Xylo's grandeur were valuable nuggets of information.
Of course Helix already knew Xylo was gearing up for war. But to recruit such a weak soldier, a soldier who could quite easily be working for the other side… Xylo had to be desperate. Or desperate to prove a point.
Making sure that the saiyan was nothing special, Helix let his pink soul energy flow outwards like a drop of ink in a glass of water. To the untrained non telepathic mind, the scene would've remained completely unchanged, except for a slight air of warmth permeating one's consciousness.
As the tendrils of Helix's soul tangled and intertwined with Tomoka's own energy, Helix's suspicions were confirmed. The solider really was simply of average power, and possessed no capacity for magic. Although the guru had begun to entertain a curiosity with the saiyan's spirit, Xylo's interest was another story. His brother was using this man.
The saiyan locked eyes with Helix gravely and confessed his mortality. The guru was so taken aback by this sudden sincerity that he couldn't help but break into a fang toothed grin and chuckle awkwardly. "Porunga, you certainly are a character, aren't you!?" Helix laughed aloud unsure of what to make of the strange saiyan.
"I've been to the other side of the coin twice now," Helix chimed warmly, "It is not quite a pleasant experience, and few escape it in the ways I have." The guru's eyes softened. "My first resurrection gained me quite the reputation in the dragon caste, and is part of the reason why you're sitting beside me today, in this holiest of holy buildings."
"And of the earth dragon balls," Helix began, essentially an open book, "I witnessed their use in the restoration of namek some months ago. In fact, I traveled to earth for that express reason. Porunga warned me that Namek was to suffer great destruction."
The prophet didn't see any reason wrong with spilling out his life story to this spy. It was nothing his brother didn't already know. What interested him more, though, was probing the mind of the saiyan himself…
And probing the mind of that quiet blue fellow. His silence interested the guru far more than any number of words from a fiery sayian.
But it seemed Tomoka had much less of a sense of humor about the situation than Helix did, and he was soon consumed in a passionate rant against saiyankind. "I have little defense for the saiyan culture's place on Namek. It is a ruthless and toxic force on the galaxy. But like the snake, every predator has it's prey, every vice has it's purpose."
Helix pulled out a kettle from under the platform and set it down on what appeared to be a small burner in the center of the circular table. Rubbing the tips of his fingers together, fresh water poured out magically from the friction like a stream of a pitcher. "Your motives for serving Xylo deviate from Xylo's own ambition," Helix noted cautiously, looking over at the saiyan with a raised brow. "I'm sure you're already aware he has his own purposes for you—" the guru paused, looking over at the blue fellow, "What kind of tea would you like?"
With a snap of his fingers, a small blue flame flickered swiftly and danced through the air, landing below the kettle and blooming into a gentle glow.
Helix's eyes scanned the blue alien, searching for some sort of indication to cling to. "I don't believe we've introduced ourselves," Helix noted. "I am Helix Crust, the guardian and elder guru of this planet." Helix smiled at the blue alien. "What brings you to Namek?"

Post by Mustyan on Apr 19, 2017 2:31:19 GMT
Mustyan nodded to the Namakians sitting down as he listened to the saiyan give his story. The saiyan said he arrived on the planet he had been defeated by one known as Tabu. If he had known any better he would of made a joke about it being taboo to speak of someone known was taboo but that was not the time nor the place. He explained he was a prison for two weeks. He then told about a man who showed up who gave him three choices. These choices were being sent with nothing but rags being killed or joining his ranks. He didn't get why he'd not want to be sent with into space if he had been a real person he'd take that chance. Of course Mustyan was a coward he'd join their ranks in a heartbeat but he assumed Saiyans had a bigger backbone then that. Maybe this saiyan didn't but others did. He said he could not sense Ki yet he knew how strong his foe was which didn't make that much sense but he was not going to question it. He said when he had joined the ranks of Xylo's army his powerlevel was only 1,500 he couldn't help but snicker. That was all he could muster back then. 1,500 that such a weak amount of powerlevel even for a saiyan foot solider. Mustyan looked at the saiyan when he said this Xylo would defeat the SSE. He shakes his head softly before laughing softly. "Now all I got to say to that is you really want to bet your life on this Xylo now I don't know him but there no way he going to defeat the Saiyan Empire lets be real here." He said shrugging looking back rubbing his forehead trying to understand the logic of this man. If the Aroscian Empire could not and if earth struggled to defeat them then how could the namakians do it? He said he was in fear of death he didn't want to die. Of course he wanted to fear death but at the same time a fear of death it drove one to live. If one wanted to live why waste these dragon wishing balls on being unkillable. He could see the use in it but at the same time it'd problem get boring eventually knowing you could never live or die. On the other hand one could just throw you into the void of space and that problem was worse. He didn't know what was after death so he'd have to see. He starts talking about his edgy life how he got beaten up until he beat up elite. He laughed pointing at the Saiyan, "Look buddy if powers breeds respect why can't I help but laugh." He said rubbing his nose before nodding before he laughed again slamming his hand onto his knee, "If the flags are on every planet I’ll come to you and kiss your feet and trust me I’m never going to kiss your feet." He said sighing as he put a hand on his stomach. He wanted to laugh so much more but he wanted to at least be somewhat respectful. Helix spoke as Mustyan jaw dropped, "Wait wait." He said standing up pacing around the namakians confused as he rubbed his chin, "You've died and come back are you saying this dragon ball mumbo jumbo." Mustyan looked at Helix like he had just seen a ghost. Which ironically if this man was not speaking lie was the truth though he was not sure? Then he told him the planet was restored after it was destroyed. So now how he understood it was their was 2 sets. Cause if Namak was destroyed the set on Namak should be gone. There were two sets of dragon balls. The Blue man sat down looking at Helix studying the man. Helix seemed to be creating some tea for them to drink he nodding his head as the guru asked him what type of tea he would like, “I don’t mind I don’t drink tea that often so whatever your preparing I will have thank you lord guru.” He said bowing his head to the man as he turned as Helix introduced himself. “Hello Helix Crust thanks you for your kindness.” He said bowing his head to the guru. “I am Mustyan the blue devil a breechan from the aroscian empire I came to Namak after hearing of the conquest of Xylo in truth I am a thief so I wanted to steal something from the man after all he got a lot of wealth I am low on cash so he problem didn’t need it as much as I did. However, I also came to learn about this new empire as after all they have something against the SSE as do I. The empire suffered greatly as they were beaten by the see but regardless I am glad you have given me this chance to meet you guru, it is my honor.”Tomoka

As Tomoka would continue to tell his tale, the blue man spoke of Tomoka's own beliefs, turning them against him, to which Tomoka would quickly shoot back, "Indeed you will, and when I tear off your other arm, who will laugh than?" Tomoka asked as he raised an eyebrow. He didn't bother to reply to the second sentence, as it seemed like the blue man became more disabled as he continued to speak. But Tomoka didn't find himself replying to the Guru as he began laughing at how Tomoka had explained his fear of death... why? Why was fearing death something to laugh at? Was there something... after death? No, that couldn't be possible. What, did that mean there was a god? And everyone had a sole? Was the universe conjured up by some self righteous prick who wanted to create millions of lesser beings to worship at his feet? If so, than even if he existed, such an insecure and pathetic being deserved no praise, no matter how powerful he was. To create life only for it to exist to worship and love you was not only stupid, it made you the most insecure and pathetic being in the universe.
"Huh... so you can come back from the dead... well, that changes things. But even so, I don't plan on having to dig myself out of the ground." Tomoka muttered under his breathe as he would continue speaking. Tomoka's eyes would light up at the mention of Earth's dragon balls, and was awed by their power. "Incredible! An entire planet? Looks as if though the stories in that book were true... I knew it!" Tomoka would think to himself. This was a game changer. All he had suspected had been confirmed, and he was more than happy to hear these words from the Guru, and would smile as he did so. "Well, it's nice to properly meet you, Guru Helix." Tomoka would say, and would sit back in the chair he had sat down in minutes earlier. He would now begin listening to the blue man speak, he would scowl. "Oh? You lived with the Arcosians? You mean those lizard bastards who didn't do jack to help their own empire grow, fell into civil war, and now dare to be mad at the SSE for putting them in the ground like they belong? I'll tell you, blue man: if you're here to take revenge against the SSE for defeating the Arcosians, you should know that their lords would ship their own grandmothers to fight in a war before they'd get off their high and mighty thrones to lift a finger." Tomoka spat, angered by any mention of the Arcosians in a good light. Those lizards deserved nothing more than to be defeated. He would not continue with the conversation, not wanting to talk about the Arcosians at all. The fact that they had only barely ever come close to being a threat to the empire in the past few years was pathetic alone, yet the thought that they still deserved an empire made him want to puke.
Putting those thoughts aside, he realized he should be doing all in his power at the moment to try and prevent the Guru from doing anything to hinder his plans. He had been willingly giving Helix all the information he would need to get him kicked out from the village by an angry mob, which, considering that their were several warrior caste Namekians in the village, was a scary idea."Guru Helix, I... apologize for getting so worked up there. I obviously don't think highly of the Arcosians, but I may have been a bit insensitive towards you. For that, I'm sorry. I'd also like to say sorry about what I did in the village. Even though I would've never ripped off that man's arm, it didn't look like that to most people, and in the case of that house, they'll probably have to work a long while to repair that... actually, you could probably just repair it with magic." Tomoka mused towards the end of his apology, before getting back to a formal tone, before getting on the floor, and kneeling in the same exact way as he would before Xylo, or Mammon. "I ask for you to forgive me, Lord Guru of Namek."

As Helix introduced himself, the two greeted him with their own names respectively and respectfully. Weaving the tale of his death and rebirth, the prophet couldn't help but smile at his new companion's reactions. Mustyan was terrified, and Tomoka seemed to barely be phased by the fact. After going on a rant moments earlier about the weight of death, he was seemingly absolved of that fear very quickly. Helix grinned. Helix's brows curled together in a frown. "Stop this bickering, please—" the guru put a hand on his pounding forehead. This arguing was reminding him of why he had such a bad day in the first place. It seemed that neither of the offworlders before him could put aside their differences to resist taking verbal shots at each other. But for all of Helix's disapproval, their fervor did bring out honesty. Mustyan's comment on Xylo's hopes at defeating the Saiyan Solar Empire rang true. The guru himself was more than skeptical of his brother's odds, and further than that, skeptical of his brother's motives. Tomoka's own ramblings revealed a deep resentment for the arcosian race. This man clearly disposed arcosians and saiyans alike. And yet he seemed to be affinative towards both Xylo and Helix. Helix rubbed his fingers together, a small white glimmer of light forming into a wad of leaves, which Helix sprinkled into the boiling water gently gently. Mustyan had simply requested whatever Helix was brewing, and Tomoka hadn't responded. The prophet's view of the herbs was slightly obscured by the distortion of the bubbling water, but his pupils could track the small Assija leaves as they slowly drifted down. They had two options: be caught up in the current of the sloshing liquid, tossed left and right in the flow of heat... Or drift to the bottom of the teapot, and marinate there as their flavor was drawn out. From the looks of it, the leaves looked determinately destined to settle on the bottom of the kettle. The blue devil replied to Helix's question, and the prophet nodded with understanding. He was intrigued by Xylo's growing influence, and their views aligned against the saiyans. It seemed that anti SSE sentiment was a primary agent of Xylo's recruiting process, and yet, at the core of the ideology was violent namekian supremacy. As Tomoka begged his forgiveness for his cruelty earlier, and the blue devil humbled himself, Helix smiled warmly. They were good spirits at heart, he believed, with endless potential. And yet— "I ask you to be honest," Helix spoke abruptly, deciding to cut to the chase and avoid any more arguing. "Do you plan to assist Xylo in his plans of namekian supremacy?"
For all their respectfulness in speech, where did their hearts truly lie? Mustyan Tomoka
