The wastelands of Vegeta...Dull, red shades everywhere. The atmosphere, sand, rocks...Everything seemed to have the same colour pallette to it. Usually, this place was quite devoid of life, or anything for that matter. Merely a barren, empty wasteland filled with rocks, plateaus and the like.
Yet today was not all that usual. Not too long ago, the newfound leader of the SSE, Habana, commanded for her soldiers to return to their homeworld, in preparation for the growing opposition. SSE soldiers all over the galaxy cheered in nationalistic delight, finally, back to action! Pride rose from every corner of the galaxy, proud Saiyans hurdling back into their trusty spacepods, ready to go kick in some Mazoku skulls.
One such soldier, minus the Saiyan, pride, or excitement part, was the majin, Kaza. Situated on Earth and stuck there ever since, she grew a liking to the blue ball filled with life. It was unlike anything she'd ever experienced, and she'd honestly much rather stay there than return to Vegeta. The choice was made much more bearable by her dear friend, Ymir, who promised to stay with Kaza and keep her company.
She'd been flying for...Quite a while now, honestly. Not much to do inside of a cramped spacepod, instead of sleep. And she did just that, for the entire trip long. Her rusted, dingy pod soon reached the atmosphere of the planet, and started to go absolutely apeshit. Alarms sounded, buttons bleeped, and messaged flashed around her. DANGER. DANGER. ENTERING ATMOSPHERE. TEMPERATURE LEVELS: CRITICAL.
Kaza, being the technological mastermind she was, had the perfect solution to the problem: Screaming.
''aaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA''
In her crazed panic, she began slamming even more buttons inside of the pod, causing it to swing and change direction wildly! A hard turn to the left smacked her face clean against the side, and another hard turn to the opposite direction did the exact same. She crawled up to the window, planting her face straight against the glass. Honestly, not a good idea, since her pod was only a few feet away from the ground!
A large explosion sounded, shards, bits, and bolts of the spacepod flying off in every direction. The impact created a decently sized crater, with Kaza right in the middle. The majin crawled out of the mess, groaning loudly. She felt something weird sting in her arm. Inspecting it, Kaza saw that a large screw had managed to wedge itself inside of one of her holes. She plucked it out, and proceeded to climb outside of the crater her pod had made. Powerful sounds continuously whizzed by Kaza's ears, coming from above. Gazing to the skies, she saw what looked like a constant meteor shower, flying across the horizon and also crashing down onto the planet. Other spacepods, one could assume. It really was a weirdly beautiful sight. Everyone was coming back, now, including her...The more she thought about it, the more it actually began exciting her. Somewhere, she really did miss this place.
Kaza continued to admire the shower of spacepods for a while longer, mesmerized by the sight of it- like a child, almost.
