Below are the screenshots of the happenings in question. I included a lot of context as to try and not make my view seem biased.
The comments I found aggravating and rude where Ofan stating "You could quit again." Cornatto virtually agreeing with the statement via a "v." And Noxa very much not disagreeing with either of them but more or less encouraging the idea with her comment of "RAW."
Seeing who was already in the conversation at the time and the history of said people, I don't believe it is too far fetched for Marcel to believe that they had been talking to him. He tried to clarify said comments being directed towards him to no avail, Ofan mysteriously disappearing from the cbox and reappearing once Marcel stopped questioning. I can neither confirm nor deny that this was intentional, as I am aware that people are pulled away at random. But to me it seemed aggravatingly 'convenient.'
Furthermore, whether the comment was directed towards Marcel or not, it is no less rude and uncalled for. Whether directly attacking a member due to past decisions or encouraging any other random member to 'quit again' and have two others back that opinion up is hurtful and non-community minded.
1) Act maturely, friendly and responsibly. You are expected to express yourself in a civil and level-headed manner during discussion or debate, therefore insulting fellow members or staff is forbidden, as is any kind of discrimination, overly aggressive behaviour or general actions which are not deemed by staff to be polite and proper during your daily discourse.
In the first line. Act maturely, friendly, and responsibly. I don't find it mature to tell someone to just quit when the conversation and question had absolutely nothing to do with quitting in the first place. On top of that, there have been some instances with Marcel losing motivation to stay on the site, so I would be more than willing to state that those involved were baiting/taunting/tormenting Marcel with no prior aggravation in these current conversations on his part. In addition, there is nothing friendly about telling someone to just quit a site. It is quite obviously telling someone that they are unwanted and unwelcome. Lastly, I can think of very limited moments in which it is responsible to tell someone to just leave a group/community and 'quit.'
In case one would like to pose the argument that rule one applies to the site and not the cbox.
5) Bad behavior in the c-box will not be tolerated - treat it as an extension of the site.
