Frite had currently arrived near the docks of the South Capital. Upon seeing the harbor, where some ships were located, he landed on one of the walkways extending out from it. Some workers would look over at him, not knowing who or what he was. Some tended to their normal business as usual. As Frite walked closer to the exit of the docks, the people near him would space themselves out, but not too much. Frite wasn't the type of person that wanted to walk in a crowded city where nobody knew what he was. Humans tended to be afraid of things that they didn't know of, which Frite learned when he walked into a town in the North.
He would stick to the outskirts of the city, where all the other strange people were located. As he was walking, he'd come across a few stands and the occasional merchant standing around selling items. He'd walk over to one of the stands, buying some meat. He'd continue on his way, devouring it as he walked. He continued to walk and mind his own business until he came upon a spaceship in the outskirts. "Well, I wonder who's in that?" Frite would walk over near the ship, and then call out. "Anyone in there?!"

PL -- 278,171; 6,397,933 [x23] “Yes, there’s someone here,” an even-toned voice responded. The ship’s door suddenly opened with a steamy hiss, and a figure stood at its entrance. It was a dark-skinned man in his early twenties dressed in a nice green collared shirt with a black and gray stylized tie, black slacks, black dress shoes and a pair of sunglasses perched on his forehead. This was one of the uncommon occasions where Beryl opted not to wear his favorite beanie. “Hello. Are you here for an interview for the Galactic Patrol?” Beryl asked as a retractable, metal ramp extended from beneath the entryway, leading all the way down towards the ground. With that, Beryl began to walk down the walkway, the golden, ornate Galactic Patrol badge pinned to his chest glinting in the afternoon sun. Once he got down to ground-level with Frite, Beryl suddenly realized just how tall the blue Arcosian was. Usually, most Arcosians were usually around only four feet tall in their suppressed forms, but this one stood at around five feet eight inches, making him taller than even Beryl. “If you are here for an interview, we can go ahead and get that under the way right now,” the Galactic Patrol leader said. “Or are you looking for directions or something?” Arcosians weren’t exactly a common sight on Earth, but they were around; perhaps Frite was a visitor from Planet Arcose, and he needed help getting around on the blue planet. Frite watched as a door on the ship opened, with Beryl saying there was someone there. Frite could see a figure in the background, with the steam blocking him for a few seconds before dissipating into the air. Frite scanned Beryl's appearance as soon as the steam cleared. "Formally dressed, how about that...?" Frite smirked, before Beryl asked was he there for an interview for something called the 'Galactic Patrol'. Frite thought on it, he had heard of the Galactic Patrol. Apparently peacekeepers of this quadrant of space, Frite would give it a try. It was not like the Arcosian Empire was looking for him, as he had left a while back. Frite watched as the ramp extended down to the ground, before Beryl walked down it onto the ground. Frite looked at his badge, authentic. So this apparently was the leader of the Galactic Patrol?
Frite listened as Beryl asked was he ready for an interview or was he just asking for directions. "Yes, I am here for an interview." Frite then took a few steps closer towards Beryl, waiting on a reply from him. Frite was actually taller than him, as he was just about as tall as most other humans. Quite tall for an Arcosian in his suppressed form, rare among their species. Frite wanted a glimpse at his Power Level, as this man was the leader of the Galactic Patrol after all, as assumed. He had to be strong. Frite's Scouter (Contact) Lenses scanned the man, before getting a total on it. Power Level: 6,397,933. "Damn, that's high! I can only get up to 20,000 in my Full Form!" Frite stayed calm nevertheless.

So, the Arcosian wanted an interview? It wasn’t completely out of the question that an Arcosian wanted to join the Galactic Patrol. The Arcosian Empire mostly kept to itself and was known for its strict, brutal hierarchical systems; recently, there had even been a shift in power, but Beryl didn’t know too many details about it. All he could go off of were the few intergalactic reports sent to him about a day or so ago. Either way, Arcosians weren’t always tied to the Empire; there were plenty of them who left for a slew of reasons to do their own thing. Frite happened to be one of the Arcosians. While Arcosians were known for being cold and tyrannical, if Frite was that way, then Beryl would make sure to not accept him. He didn’t need someone with a bad temper and insatiable greed to be in a position of high, intergalactic law enforcement. “Oh. Then, we can go ahead and do your interview right here then,” Beryl said, completely oblivious to Frite scanning his power level with a pair of scouter contacts. “Anyways, you don’t have to worry about getting dressed up or anything.” Beryl blinked, realizing the irony behind his statement. “Well, I don’t know any Arcosians who wear clothes in the first place so--” A dark-skinned hand rubbed his cheek. “You know what I mean. This interview will be fairly relaxed. All I ask is that you be honest with me and tell me as much about yourself as possible. So, what is your name, sir? Also, what is your current occupation? Plus, tell me a little bit about yourself such as your hobbies, your likes and dislikes, anything that you’d like me to know.” Frite

Frite listened as Beryl said their interview could be in the same idea where they were already. "Alright." Frite replied. Frite listened as he said he didn't have to wear clothes, and that most didn't wear any in the first place. "Hmm... I wonder if that was worth mentioning, but things can get a bit awkward sometimes, especially for humans." Frite watched as he rubbed his cheek, but Frite was standing solid as a rock with little to no movements. Frite didn't really have to breath anyways for that matter, or blink, but he chose to do so anyways because it moisturized his eyes more than they naturally did themselves. Frite listened to Beryl asking him a few questions, the usual for an interview.
Frite would take a breath as it was required for him to speak before he spoke. "Well, my name is Frite. No need to tell me your name, as I've heard it before. For my occupation, I don't do anything much. I would love to try something new though. For my hobbies, well I don't have any worth mentioning. I particularly sit in the blizzards of the North most of the time for boredom, and I don't go anywhere near much civilization because I'd rather not have people staring at me all the time with confusion about who or what I am. I've learned to get over it though, but that's just how I am now. I don't really have any likes or dislikes, as I haven't been doing anything for the past year or so, but I could say I don't like being bored. I like training also, but that hasn't been effective since I've had no one to train with. I feel as if I could be a service to someone by helping them out, then people will have a different look on me. And yes, I just said all that without taking a single breath."

Arcosians weren't particularly known for being the most sociable individuals ever; however, Frite seemed like he knew how to handle himself in a social situation well enough, despite his preference to be alone. It was a bit alarming to discover that the Arcosian didn't have any sort of notable likes or dislikes or even hobbies; the one thing that appeared to be consistent in Frite's life was boredom, and the Arcosian wanted something to break the monotony while at the same time giving him a purpose to work towards and the chance to be able to be viewed in a better light by others. However, Beryl did manage to notice that Frite did like to train -- as did many -- however, he had no one to train with since he didn't take to socializing much. "Hmm. I'm sorry about your experiences with the towns and cities here on Earth. It's nothing against you, but most aren't exactly used to seeing Arcosians. If they have seen Arcosians, they definitely don't see them as big as you are," Beryl said. "In regards to training, you will have plenty of individuals to train with in the Galactic Patrol. All Galactic Patrolmen are expected to train daily and consistently improve their combat skills. You will have multiple resources available to you including a gravity chamber that's able to simulate up to one hundred and fifty times normal gravity, dedicated training facilities and even personal instruction and training from myself. I even have my own martial arts school sponsored by the Galactic Patrol: the Zen School." Beryl then smiled slightly. "I think you'll have plenty of things to do so you won't have to worry about that." "Anyways, do you keep up with what's going on on different planets, including Earth? If so, what can you tell me about what's been happening so far and what you think about it? Also, is there anything that you want out of me specifically if you do become a member of the Galactic Patrol? What can I do to make sure you get the most out of being a Galactic Patrolman?" Frite

Purika listened to Beryl's first sentence closely, before replying. "Yeah, I've been told im substantially taller than most others in my suppressed form, not to mention my natural one." Purika took a breath of air, while Beryl completed his second sentence. He listened closely as it was a lot to take in at one time. He watched as Beryl smiled, and Frite returned a smile and a reply. "Thank you." He listened on yet another question from Beryl, well this conversation was quite extensive. "No, I haven't been keeping up. But if I had the technology to do so I could. Since im not around a lot of people I don't get much information, but I assume the Galactic Patrol has the means to learn this information. And for what I want out of the Galactic Patrol, nothing really. I'll think about that later, for now I just want to help."

“I was first under the impression that all Arcosians were noticeably short -- at least in their suppressed forms. Even then, when they did assume their natural, true forms, they don’t grow much taller. If you’re already this tall in your suppressed form, I’m sure you’re practically a giant in your more advanced forms,” Beryl commented before giving a small frown once Frite admitted to not keeping up with the current ongoings of various planets and the entire galaxy as a whole. Having an uniformed Galactic Patrolman just wouldn’t do; however, Beryl couldn’t fault Frite entirely for not keeping up with how things were being run all over the place. For the most part, laws and regulations were the same from planet to planet: don’t cause trouble, and be mindful of your own actions. No killing or stealing or anything like that wasn’t something that carried from planet to planet. Planet Vegeta, for one, was known for its particularly loose laws regarding violence and even Planet Arcose didn’t necessarily have rules stopping someone from blasting a mouthy subordinate or a heated rival. “Well, the Galactic Patrol does have many ways in order to keep its members informed about anything and everything important going on in the galaxy. However, it is still up to each Patrolman to do their own research and make an extra effort to be cognizant of different laws, rules and customs on various planets,” Beryl explained. “If you are accepted as a Galactic Patrolman, I fully expect you to do these things. Of course, judging from your eagerness to help, I don’t think you’ll have any issues at all.” Beryl then adjusted his tie briefly. “So, do you have any combat experience? If so, tell me where you learned how to fight and if you know how to manipulate ki at all. If you want to tell me anything specific things you want to learn or do training wise, feel free to tell me those too.” Frite

Frite listened as Beryl commented on his size. "Well, yes I am very tall in my True Form as well." Frite listened again, not paying attention to Beryl's frown, as he didn't take notice to it. Frite continued to listen carefully, intrigued to join and help. Beryl expected him to keep tabs on the galaxy. Frite would put his best efforts into doing that. Frite also listened as he asked if he had any combat experience. "Well yes, aside from my natural strength from birth, my father taught me how to fight. The Arcosian Empire's Military also taught me the more experienced parts of combat. I can use ki at will, also. Ki isn't needed for me to fight though, as my physical strength is great also."

"How comfortable would you say that you are with your combat abilities? Can you tell me some of the combat situations you've been in?" Beryl further asked, wanting to find out as much information as possible. "As you've probably guessed, Galactic Patrolmen are expected to be able to handle themselves comfortably in combat; this is so that you, a potential Galactic Patrolman, will be able to defend the galaxy and yourself with utmost confidence. The last thing I want to do is to potentially put you in deadly situations that you are not prepared to handle." After all, Beryl didn't want to be sending his Galactic Patrolmen -- good people -- to certain death. "With that said, I'm actually curious to hear about the Arcosian Empire's military combat regime. I have actually spent some time on Arcose, and from what I've gathered, combat is something that is taken rather seriously there. It shares some similarities with planet Vegeta in that respect." Beryl paused awkwardly. "Oh, I hope I didn't offend you with that statement." He knew that the Arcosians and Saiyans had an extremely strained relationship -- one that was most likely on the verge of eternal hatred considering what the Saiyan Solar Empire did to both planet Arcose and Kanassa. "But yes, tell me about the extent of your fighting ability, some fights you have been in and about the Arcosian Empire's military training. Oh, also, if you had the chance, would you want me to train you personally?" Frite

Frite listened as Beryl asked him about his combat abilities, with Frite wondering when this interview would be over. "I'm content with my abilities at the moment, but I would wish to improve my abilities as they could always be better." Now for the followup, after Purika had listened to the next question and the extensive comment after that. "I have been in multiple battles where the Arcosian Empire has annexed or occupied planets, and also being on the defense on multiple border worlds with their enemies, like the Saiyan Solar Empire. I also participated and survived in the Battle of Arcose, where I defended it. I left during it so I would not die, as the Tree of Might was sucking all the life out of the planet."
Frite continued listening, with Beryl hoping that he didn't offend him. Frite quickly replied. "No, it doesn't offend me. Saiyans just follow their orders, as well did I." Frite then listened again, before replying once more. Quite a lengthy interview. "Well, as I mentioned, I've been in a lengthy few. For our military training, they just gave u some basic combat and ki training to make it, and we would gain more experience in battle. And yes, I would like to train with you, and I would like to train with others as well."
